Absolute game-changer! London pizza with Parmo was unreal— —fresh ingredients, rich béchamel, and that maestro sauce! Next level. Toppings were fresh and packed with flavor. Mouthwatering from start to finish! 🔥🍕 Oh, and the Palestine cola! Way better than the original! 🥤👏

Ordered food from them at 3pm via Just Eat. Initially scheduled to arrive at 3:45. Then it changed to 4:15. Then 4:40. At 4:15, the order was cancelled with no reason or rhyme, leaving 4 of us hungry and having to make do with the (mediocre and overpriced) hotel dinners. Not impressed!

Since under new management running the shop to the ground and food taking a huge hit and prices going up I’d avoid from now on

Actually so so sad this is under new management the food has dropped massively in quality and taste, the square pizzas had a fresh base and always fresh ingredients, food was always hot too. ive ordered a pizza, got a hawaiin and the pinapple is rotten on it, absolutely stinks too idk how you dont notice its rotten before putting it on a pizza its ruined the whole pizza that i paid an extra 1.60 for chilli flakes and 1.80 extra for chicken on top Wont be ordering again.

Since the owner changed recently it isn’t good. Food prices have gone up and quality has greatly reduced. Sign outside the shop still says “home of the square pizza” but it is just frozen pre-made round pizzas now, no option for thin crust or stuffed crust anymore. Much better options nearby.

Pizza was thick with hardly any sauce and cheese just average. Fast delivery. Gutted it's been took over will miss the lovely square pizzas, the only place that did a nice thin base pizza.

I have just done a 12hr shift on an ambulance on a bank holiday weekend. I placed an order at 19.55 for a 21.00hr delivery.... to have my order cancelled at 21.33 with no explanation... now where do I get food after being out saving lives... disgusting service... avoid at all cost... should not of accepted my order if you could deliver it... I'm bouncing angry and very hungry!!!!!

Even though they were closed they whipped up some food for us and very nice it was too, best chicken kebab ever. Very friendly people too

Usually love the food! Ordered tonight and the parmo was lovely but ordered the cookie dough and wasn't impressed at all, it was 2 cookies and they were so burnt! They were black and smelled awful of burning. Ended up in the bin as they werent edible. Can't believe they actually sent them the way they were. I have also taken photos of the cookies.

Great food! Pizza was better than dominoes, best donner meat we've had and fed 3 of us for £23 with left overs and a drink too.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Ordered and half the order was missing, along with a snotty driver, they promised the rest of the food and upon arrival demanded the first half back. Manager is snotty so is the driver. Disgraceful service and am still hungry. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! RE

Well I'll start with a positive, the food is really good. Seriously nice. The trouble is you've got little to no chance of actually receiving what you order! I previously left a 5 star review after several initial positive experiences but there's now a member of staff there that just hasn't a clue what he's doing. He prepares the food well there's no doubt about it but he just can't take phone orders. Even repeating the order doesn't work! You've more chance of getting what you want by just calling up and asking him to make you something! I accept mistakes are made but it happens every time now and no effort is made to put it right. (a call some 10 mins later when I've already left and am home isn't customer service). Also, saying the deal doesn't include what we ordered even though you took the order yourself isn't an excuse for getting it wrong! The last 3 times have been a disaster now so we won't be going back. Shame really as the food is lovely. Manager/Owner if you're reading this, you need good capable staff to support your business. You've an excellent product but it's being let down by frontline staff.

Love this place, we've tried so many pizzerias in Middlesbrough and this is our regular place now. Nothing beats them, the sauce is excellent, the pizza is baked to perfection and the fries are never soggy and always nice and crispy. Also their garlic sauce is just great and flavorful! Can't recommend this place enough, really!

Parmo didn't taste very fresh, small amount for money, guts churning all night, stomachs very ill

First time ordered from here was recommended by a friend. We were out the area for delivery but they still delivered to us. Delivery was very quick and food was the best take away we have had. Will definitely be ordering again

Don’t know where to start ! Great food on all fronts love the Pizzas and Parmo , Donner calzone with garlic butter topping (requested extra) is immense ! My only issue.. I’m there too frequently. The staff are extremely helpful and have often went out of their way for me and my friends who order frequently. Could not recommend highly enough.

Nice parmo. But unfortunately wasn't impressed with the mixed box meal. A bit dry and everything was forced into the box. It would be better if they done it in separate boxes.

The parmo was very thick and tasty, the spiced chops made a change and the choose your own toppings for the cheese garlic bread was very fresh.Delivery person was very friendly.

Disgraceful. Forgot kebab meat. Sent pizza with toppings wrong and wrong sized sauce. Turned phones off and closed website down so I couldn’t inform them and let them know my son was disappointed and going hungry. Going elsewhere from now on.

Quite, underestimated, nice grilled parmo. Good guys talkative if need to be and quite and humble other times. All in all great food great service.

Parmo tastes nice but takes a stupidly ridiculous time to come and was ice cold inedible due to the fact I was so hungry I just forced it down only ate here twice and time I waited was well over 2 hours when initionally stated would only take an hour 😴😲😢😭😡😡
