This is not Italian food! , I'm unsure as to what it is. We came in here for my birthday meal and If it was my only option for a birthday meal then I'd wish to be born a leap year. We started with garlic bread and that was nice, but quickly the garlicky goodness was washed away when our mains came , the table ordered the spaghetti bologna, was a massive bowl of 92% overcook pasta Swimming in very loose tasteless sauce and a tiny amount of not great mince , A Margarita pizza which was fine But my lord the spaghetti and meatballs is a sin that I can only imagine millions of Italian nonnas cry at the sight of every time it's dished up , the sauce is very unflavoured. Pasta also overcook, and the meatballs are the worst part . Without a doubt highly processed frozen spongey meatballs that are like IKEA meatballs but made by temu. Servers are pleasant Atmosphere nice Food . Go elsewhere

We were visiting Bedford --where I grew up. This was a Groupon deal, and it was excellent value. From the minute we entered, we were looked after. The staff were helpful, friendly and knew what they were talking about. Our food was the best Italian I have had for a long time. So if you have the chance pay them a visit. They are close to the Embankment and there is some parking close by.

We went for a quick brunch. Was shown a table immediately even though we had not prebooked and they were busy. The staff especially Michael was so welcoming. We ordered Spaghetti Aglio e Olio and cheesy garlic bread. The chef made it to our taste- extra garlic and fresh home made pasta. Loved the food. A great local Authentic family run Italian restaurant

Have eaten here in the past and enjoyed it but the last two times we've attempted to eat here we've walked away empty handed. The last time we were sat down and subsequently ignored and the time before that we weren't even acknowledged even tho the place was nigh on empty. We've given up on them now, as you walk out there's a Chopstix which is cheaper, tasty and they don't play hide and seek with you.

We went for dinner after visiting the Harry Potter studios and we arrived a little late but they served us without any problems, the staff was super friendly and the food was 10, the truth is that it was a great decision to choose it, if you pass through Watford don't hesitate to look for it.

I went to the store to pick up two pizzas I had ordered. As soon as I arrived, I urgently needed to use the restroom. I understand emergencies like this can happen to anyone—it’s part of being human. Unfortunately, the staff refused to let me use the restroom. This was extremely disappointing. Regardless of business policies, sometimes compassion and basic human decency should come first. I wasn’t intoxicated or causing any issues—just a person in genuine need. I hope the manager sees this and reflects on how such situations are handled in the future. Basic empathy goes a long way.
