Tomas was so lovely, fantastic Italian sense of humour, we laughed as I bought coffee, Limoncello chocolates and handmade greeting cards. The atmosphere is always pleasant - it may be that I just gravitate towards Italians, as my hubby is an Italian gentleman! Highly recommended for the food, wine and service with a smile!

Although i have not been here for some time i can see why it was so busy. Great welcome from Graham and his staff. Friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Food was great and service excellent. I will certainly visit again soon and bring more friends.

I smelt this delicatessen before I walked through the door and was transported backed to my trip to Italy. Everything in the store looked so inviting and I ended up buying from the deli the olives artichokes and some of the pastries. I’m excited to take them home and try them the owner of the storehad the most wonderful Italian accent and really made us feel very welcome in his store. I would really recommend this experience and I look forward to sharing the food that I bought with my friends and family.

Went here with my husband’s friends and partners. Food was amazingly and service was good but not intrusive. They have a large sea food menu however if like me I can not eat sea food (I like it it does not like me) they have other very good dishes that will come back for. Looking forward to the next time.👍

Have eaten here in the past and enjoyed it but the last two times we've attempted to eat here we've walked away empty handed. The last time we were sat down and subsequently ignored and the time before that we weren't even acknowledged even tho the place was nigh on empty. We've given up on them now, as you walk out there's a Chopstix which is cheaper, tasty and they don't play hide and seek with you.

Sadly this restaurant has gone downhill. The businesses either side have closed down and Bella Italia is looking shabby with wall paper torn off and unclean booths. We decided to ignore this and order lunch, there was hardly anyone else eating when we arrived. We ordered a pizza without cheese, the server punched the details into the iPad and read the order back to us but when this arrived it had cheese on it. By now several other diners had arrived and the server was dealing with them. When l was able to get his attention he checked and said he had placed the order correctly but the fault was with the kitchen. We were offered to have another cooked but we declined as the kitchen was busy and we were on a deadline. We paid the bill and were charged half for the pizza despite leaving it.. We will not return!

Turned up on the hop and got a table on a Thursday evening. Very busy but not packed which was good to see. Really friendly server and good service too. We had some drinks including a gin and wine (ice in the water would have been nice) along with garlic bread with cheese, bbq chicken pizza and prawn peperonata. Pizza lovely but is it smaller nowdays? Prawn peperonata was really good and lots of it. Had a Biscoff sundae (no biscoff) but still a nice finish £75 for all the above. Very good food. Have the prices gone up a bit too, probably have like everywhere has. Always a good standard and reliable restaurant chain. Enjoy
