Excellent attentive staff. Very helpful. Good pizza

Firstly, I would just like to say that our waitress always had a smile on her face and was helpful with providing a member of our party with the gluten free options. However, the rest of my evening wasn’t particularly great. A few minutes after everyone else received their meals I was approached and told mine was going to be another 5 minutes as it was overcooked, this didn’t come until 10 minutes later when the rest of our party had either finished or was close to finishing. The waitress didn’t once come over and ask whether everything was ok with our food and had to be reminded to get us the water we had requested earlier. Then for dessert, the chocolate fudge cake was burnt, the sauce had turned to a crisp and the cake was crunchy. It was very disappointing. Lastly, when taking my 4 year old to the toilet it became apparent that there was no soap in any of the dispensers. Overall, it was a disappointing evening sadly.

Caesar salad for £15 . Is your chef blind ? Lettuce and cheap croutons salad basically . Two anchovies , 2 slices of eggs and 3 shreds of chicken . Pathetic! One chicken breast and one whole egg is not a lot to expect for that money. Daylight robbery. ! Sort yourselves out. We won’t be ordering from you again . Delivery fine but not letting that skew the overall rating .

driver never turned up after an hour of waiting so ended up having to drive and collect order myself

Ok Uber eats order completely messed my order up they kept cancelling drivers so my food by the time it got to me was cold, my review is to say a massive thankyou amazing customer service from Olivia in st Neots who really stepped up and made the situation as good she could, she was friendly polite and easy to talk to, she is a credit to that team thankyou (Uber eats however can do one)

Great tasty food, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Installed the app while there and got our dough balls for free.

Missing food. Tried to tell the delivery driver that knew little to no English. He just smiled and said yes multiple time's. Called the restaurant and was informed, they cant do anything as its a fault with just eat. Submitted an email await outcome

if you must charge 10p for the very flimsy carrier bag - at least make it stronger. Too many groceries stuffed in mine & when I picked it off my doorstep it split & all fell out. I am a disabled lady & find it very difficult to stand too long let alone stooping to collect things off the step. Ime bound & life is very challenging already so please, please be so kind as to do something better. Products - great! One dis

Burnt ends pizza. Burnt ends sorely lacking. Dips had spilt in bag. Spoke to restaurant who advised nothing could be done. First and last time ordering from Pizza Express. Back to Dominos. Not impressed.

Always have a good time at pizza express! Tried something new on the menu which was really good! Had a lovely meal. The rewards scheme is great that we now always get free dough balls and other things when we visit.

We ordered the food to arrive at 18:45, at 19:20 I called Pizza Express for an update. I was told they were waiting on the driver and that he was five minutes away. I asked if the food had been cooked and was waiting and I was reassured it would be cooked when the driver arrived. Although this would have meant that the delivery would be even later, I at least hoped for a hot meal. The driver arrived less than ten minutes after I called Pizza Express (we are a ten minute drive away from the restaurant). The food was cold and soggy. The label on the bag showed that the pickup was at 18:41., three quarters of an hours before the food actually arrived to us. No idea what the driver was doing in that time and also disappointed that the restaurant lied to us.

Really enjoyed going there as the staff is great, pizza is wayyy better than domino's 🤣 and nice lunchtime quite place to be.

Pizza Express in St Neots is a lovely dining experience for all the family, we were served by Aurimas. Me, my husband and kids have a great time there. All the staff are very attentive and welcoming :)

Won't order from pizza express again nearly 2 hours late, no way to contact the restaurant over than the phone which they didn't answer when I tried to call, when it did arrive it was stone cold!! Never again .

The staff here are great and the food is always served to a high standard. A bustling branch of Pizza Express near the cinema and centre of town. Perfect for a stress-free dinner. Always impressed by the smiles and warm greetings I'm met with here by the friendly team.

The pizza was burn and chicken was only on one side pizza so not very happy and let down by the Quality so much, so I don’t know if I’d go back again

Went to St Neots restaurant for daughters 10 th birthday tonight. Was very busy but staff were excellent and attentive. Our waitress was particularly great. Nice food too. Would recommend.

Update: February 2024 Still good food and service, but does feel expensive without going wild on drinks and using the app for loyalty rewards. Is pricing itself into the range of other more 'special' places. Will still come here, but will also consider the alternatives before making the final decision. Tasty food, expensive drinks and pleasant surroundings. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Yet another good visit, lovely waitress, great food. I sooo enjoy coming here!

Had a very friendly waitress who was patient with me and my 6 year old son. Food was very good as usual. We weren't left waiting at any point during the evening. The atmosphere was good and overall it was a very good experience which I would repeat.

Delivery was grateful and service was good but the food was cold and not cut through. the pizza was very tasty though and side's were also good. Warmer please.

Really disappointed, pizza express ignored all notes on the order. The dessert pizza was smaller than when in the restaurant and it doesn’t come with the gelato either despite asking when it’s the same price at the restaurant for it with. I had high hopes, barely any sauce too. Felt let down.

Friendly and efficient service, good food well prepared. The only negative is that the restaurant has a lot of hard furnishings resulting in it being very loud and noisy.

The gluten free pizza was the worst pizza i have ever eaten. It was 2 small pizzas and like a piece of rubber. Uncooked, no taste, random areas had filling it, it was not a pizzas in the slightly.

Placed an order on Deliveroo. They cancelled it 25 minutes after I placed my order because they ran out of gluten free bases. Why not cancel it immediately??? The app literally said my order was being prepared. So now I’m annoyed and hungry. I’m hangry. Either take the GF bases off the app so it’s not even an option or how about always having them in stock since it’s one of the only places I can get a GF pizza in town.

Absolutely awful. Took 2 hours to come. Arrived with the wrong food and no explanation and no apology. 0 stars.

Had close to no cheese on my pizza, turned up cold and extremely dry (due to the lack of cheese i assume) Makes what I thought was a bargain dinner a total disappointment.

I got a 20% discount, but there was very little meat. Mostly bbq sauce in the burnt end pizza and 4 spots of n’duja in the Hawaiian hot. Disappointing

Yummy food, lovely helpful staff, and if you're eating after 6:00 p.m the parking is free just across the road in the big town car park. Price is decent, and if you use the pizza express app you can get really good deals. 👍

We rang this restaurant to make sure it catered for disabilities We were assured it did. On arrival we were met by Joe who showed us to an ideal table It was my partners first time out to a busy restaurant after a life changing injury All the staff were lovely but Joe in particular made sure that we had everything we needed to make it a positive experience If you are disabled or not I would highly recommend going here as food and staff are exceptional. Thank you so much for making what could have been a stressful outing into a positive and happy one We will see you again very soon

Food is absolutely terrible, quality has gone way down! Calamari with thick batter, rubbery, chicken wings tasted like old frozen, meat just falls out of bone, haloumi was a JOKE, tiny pieces, undercooked with batter falling off of it, disgusting food, won't be ordering from them again.

Standard pizza and pasta joint. We asked for a quiet table at the far end. We were seated two tables from a table with two toddlers. Lot of screeching throughout out meal. (My friends had accepted the table before I could intervene.) I had chicken caesar, which was awful. We had to repeatedly ask for oil and vinegar, and pepper, and cutlery for the main course, and for the bill. £160 for four, two / three courses, wine and coffee.

Food is absolutely terrible, pasta is hard and seems as if is out of date and there is an overwhelming smell of onion through whole thing which is rather offputting and everything is Cold. Would like a full refund please

After being to many pizza expresses as they offer a get vegan menu this is by far the best. The staff are fantastic, the food is great and it's so clean here.

Food ok but pizza is nothing special for a company with pizza in the name. Pasta arrived incorrect and 15 minutes before the rest of the food came at the table. Service was good.

Modern premises, decent waiting staff who know their job, food fine. Marble tables!! But at lunchtime it was extremely noisy, mostly, but not all, kids. I realise (a) that kids want to make a lot of noise, and (b) it's not the restaurant's fault. However I will choose somewhere to eat that is calm, and it isn't here. Pity really. Two people, two courses, bottle of wine, two coffees £80.60. The salade niçoise is excellent.

Well tasteful food, quite to hot 🥵, in my opinion no rationally prepared in regards to pepper 🫑 in pizza twice more than meat. Desert are fantastic delicious, also Amalfi Peachello digestive.

I'd have hoped that an establishment with the word "pizza" in it, could make a pizza. In this case, clearly not. My first, and last time ordering a pizza from here. I got fed up with the amount of grease on Domino's, so I thought it try here. Huge mistake. Undercooked base, burnt topping, and hardly the "double pepperoni" that's advertised. In fact, probably the worst pizza I've had in town. Awful.

Food is great but I did put a note on asking for not herbs on my pizza not an allergy requirement but I hate herbs. Pizza came full of herbs so a bit disappointing

Food is adequately good. Service is shockingly bad unfortunately. Empties seem to be something that waiters are afraid to touch as they sit on the table from start to finish. Finish your dessert and you're left sitting waiting for someone to clear the table and ask if you'd like the bill as if your table has been lost in the Bermuda triangle. Unfortunate as the food, as said, is decent especially the calamari starter!

Food is always tasty and the Gluten Free options are always well labelled. Delivery is great and always quick.

We've lived in the area for coming up to 2 years now and visited this branch many times. The service has always been excellent and the food continues to be of good quality and great value for money. We've also been visiting Pizza Express for coming up to 40 years (!) across all its branches and this is definitely one of the best.

We are regular visitors to P E St Neots as a couple and with grandchildren. The service and food is always excellent. It’s obviously well managed and the staff are all so welcoming friendly and efficient. We always leave feeling we have had a very pleasant experience.

It was a last minute decision to eat here, we were a family party of 10. They were very accommodating, the waiter was friendly. My grandson was celebrating his 10th birthday, they brought him out a dessert with candles which was a lovely touch. The pizzas were excellent and it was very good value, we will definitely be going back.
