Ordered a delivery at 6:10pm. First part arrived at 7:45pm. They forgot a pizza. The pizza finally arrived at 8:50pm.

Its awful turned up 34 mins late and food was painfully cold and the driver just dropped the food on my door step without handing it to me poor! customer service just bloody awful! £3.50 for a garlic baguette in which i got 4! slices i dont know if these guys have ever seen a baguette before but geeeezzz! trust me never order from them!

Great food, reasonable pricing and good delivery. Couldn’t ask for more. I ordered food for a large group of us and everyone agreed it was great.

Tried several times. Managed to lose considerable weight out the rear end the next day each time. So no, not a great place.

Refuse to go here anymore. Time and time again the staff are rude, trying to explain what you want is like getting blood out of a stone. 9 times out of 10 order comes out wrong, last time food was cold from a 3 1 mile drive to bury. Go to white whale instead now far better experience and and is actually clean!

asked for a burger well done plain and a large chips, the bun wasnt cooked and the burger tasted like it was sat on the side for a hour, chips either overcooked or sat for to long, clearly rushed, the only thing im happy with is the bottle of coke lol

This so called takeaway delivered a £60 order to the wrong address and refused to give the money back, they even went to the house they delivered it to and said that they stole the food then promptly called the Police. After a lot of to and fro we got some money back but not all. They are a joke they are rude, arrogant and thought they could speak to women how they wanted, how wrong they were. This is all on top of us dealing a flooded house, we didn’t really need this too. Avoid at all cost.

If you like poor customer service and cold food then this is the place for you! Ring up to ask where your 1 hour late delivery is and they say what? So rude. Food then arrived cold but 2 hours after ordering you accept and go for it. Super rough don’t bother!!!!

Absolute rubbish delivery service...should of been delivered at 20.00hrs...put back to 20.15hrs then turned up at 20.35...cold and wrong order.....would not refund.

I had been a regular customer for years, i ordered a pizza one night and i had an error with my bank card, i explained this to them and they told me to pick up the pizza anyway which i did. When i picked it up all of the cooks were at the counter, many of them with their arms folded and attempting to look intimidating and as i left the restaurant they were making personal comments, mocking me and insulting me. When i got the pizza home the doe was not cooked properly and the cheese was all over the place. Being a Saturday i could not get the money to pay for the pizza until Monday when the bank was open, i explained this over the phone offering them the money by Paypal but this was ignored, the manager then threatened to come by my house if he didn't get the money soon (to do what i don't know), i promptly paid them on the Monday and again they were insulting. This is an utterly deplorable way to treat a long time local customer, i have since boycotted them and i would urge you to do the same.

Ramsey Kebab and Pizza are our 'go to' takeout, mostly because they deliver and are on Just Eat so we can order online and get the quidco cashback. A very lazy reason, but it really makes a difference. Having said that, the food is always good. We always get a decent sized serving, well cooked and with really nice crisp fresh salad. The delivery is fast enough that the food arrives hot, even though we are a long way out of town. All we ask for when we're taking the lazy option.

Great service, the pizzas were not as crispy as I would have liked, in fact the bases were a bit soggy.

Ordered 2 doner kebabs as part of Kebab Meal 2 special offer. Food turned up as two pittas full of meat without any salad. No option on just eat to choose salad or any warning that it would come plain if no comment entered. Contacted shop and offered 2 salad boxes to be delivered later once meal was stone cold. Very poor. Won't be ordering here again.

Love the food from here, we had a mix up with our order though, we ordered a 15" garlic pizza base with cheese and a 10" margharita and the two got mixed up so we got a 15" margharita and a 10" garlic pizza base.

Food arrived hot, tasted great! Delivery guy was friendly. Quick delivery time and good value for money.

Order was late, kebab in a pitta is just tossed into the box - not put together properly. Guy who delivers basically had a go at me, apparently you have to spend minimum of £10 to get it to my house but on the app it says £7??????? Chilli Express is better #sorrynotsorry

All good but pizza was a little undercooked.

We ordered pizza, fried chicken and cheesy chips. Lovely big pieces of chicken. order one piece less than what you think you'd eat. They were a little dry but still tasted good. The pizza was great if not a tad overdone and the cheesy chips were fine but a little greasy-but hey, they're cheesy chips. The delivery time was quick which was great because I was starving! I'll definitely order again.

The donor meat was dry and didn't taste nice or look nice. Complained and got the same stuff dry stuff the second time. The pizza was so thin just think we have had enough

Our food is usually piping hot and tasty. This time the chips were overcooked as was the kebab itself and generally unpleasant.

Cold and cremated. Waited an hour and ended up dumping in the bin. You have lost our custom. How you can allow for this to even leave the shop is beyond me. Clearly don't care..

Our food was not delivered on time and when we phoned we were told it was on the way...half an hour later....NOTHING...phoned again, took ages to get through & for someone to actually answer! We were told the same thing it was on the way....45mins after the delivery time! We asked for a refund and were told to contact Just Eat & Just Eat wanted to contact the take away first...won't be using either again!

Order arrived and was wrong despite the receipt being on the bag. Called and was told they would replace and redeliver. 45 mins later and following another phone call the food arrived. Obviously had a nice trip all around Ramsey because it was cold...put it in the bin. Food and service has always been good but not impressed with this order!

The delivery driver went back to get it and left the other food (chicken and chips) which arrived cold, I rang up and complained and they said they would send replacement chips. 40 minutes after the first delivery the driver finally delivers our pizza with a small portion of chips to replace the large portion of chips that were cold and ruined. Not very happy at all. Won't be getting a takeaway from there again.

Use this company all the time and never ever had one complaint about the food or service always been spot on however today quality of food was a let down......I know you guys are busy but it shouldn't effect the quality of food.

Did leave a message for a sauce to be added. Was not acknowledged. Maybe this can be added in when you decide on salad.

It was very late and half the order was not there not impressed at all.

Pizzas arrived burnt unedable ! went through the just eat and manager said we could have ten percent back in a refund baring in mind we spent 20 quid on them ! He then upped it to a fiver but would not speak to us to resolve this issue and according to the lady on just eat phone line he was rude to her as well ! Never again !

Ordered Spicy potatoes as a vegetarian side option as I am a veggie then I find a piece of boned chicken in the box!!! I think I'll save on my cash next time and go else where.

Order from you many times and will continue, although was very surprised this time with our delivery. The Pizza was very nice, but turned up cold. The combo kebab was amazing, but the salad was non existent.
