Turned up on the hop and got a table on a Thursday evening. Very busy but not packed which was good to see. Really friendly server and good service too. We had some drinks including a gin and wine (ice in the water would have been nice) along with garlic bread with cheese, bbq chicken pizza and prawn peperonata. Pizza lovely but is it smaller nowdays? Prawn peperonata was really good and lots of it. Had a Biscoff sundae (no biscoff) but still a nice finish £75 for all the above. Very good food. Have the prices gone up a bit too, probably have like everywhere has. Always a good standard and reliable restaurant chain. Enjoy

On a Friday in June the place was mercifully calm at lunchtime. I had a decent meal (Salade Niçoise) pleasantly served by Chloe. The starters on the menu are mostly dough balls (ugh) but I swerved them and had arancini. Starter, salad, two large glasses Soave, coffee £43.

We had a delicious meal and our waitress Chloe was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and smiley. Also the chocolate fondant is back and it was SO good!

Uber eats didn't deliver my order so I had to go and complain to Pizza Express. They were awesome, made us more food fresh and gave us free drinks. Can't fault them at all. But I'll never touch Uber Eats ever again.

Lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. We were served by Aurimas who was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious too!

Came here Sunday night so it wasn’t busy, only a few tables. We walked in and took a couple of mins before anyone helped us to a table. We said table for 2 and he looked at us like we needed to book a table as if it was so busy there was no table free. We said we didn’t book and showed us to our table. Got menus, waited and waited for 20 mins before anyone came to take our order. No one came by beforehand to ask if we wanted drinks. Staff walking around clearly could see we were waiting to get served but ignored us. We ordered drinks and food. My husband ordered spirit and waitress said we don’t serve that here. He said it’s on the menu so she had to check. It’s like are you serious. Surprisingly the food came out almost immediately. Garlic bread was nasty, a bun barely slathered with garlic butter. It was just bread with a smidge of garlic butter. The pizza was ok a bit salty. No one checked up on us and being it wasn’t busy, they should’ve had time to check on us. Horrible service for mediocre food.

Tried to get a pizza take away on a Saturday night, called already a bit late, around 8pm, they told us on the phone we would wait 45min. It was fine for us. We went to pick the pizzas up 45min later and they were not ready, the restaurant almost empty, the pizza makers were cleaning! The waitress looked confused when we asked about the pizzas, went to check the orders and came back with a bill with two completely different pizzas!! So they messed up with the order, we had to wait another 15 min, they were really tiny and because they rushed, quite undercooked. They gave us a complimentary drink to apologise, but the pizzas were terrible, really tiny and quite expensive. Never again!

Excellent tasty vegan pizzas and sorbets, very friendly and helpful staff, however it's a bit too expensive for what it is.

Arrived at 4pm on a Saturday to be confronted by balloon-wielding kids behaving like Samurai! I thought I'd stumbled in 'Frankie & Bennys' in error. But the young lady who served us was warm, chatty, calm and efficient - thank god for the calm bit! Meals, mainly pizzas, were tasty, as was the desserts, but also quite expensive...what makes pizza expensive? The décor was tasteful, but as we left at 6pm it was still like a Madness concert, loud and lively! Their choice...not mine (but the Madness concert would be!).

I went to PizzaExpress with my friend. Not only was the food great but we really enjoyed the company of our very kind waitress Alive. She had excellent food knowledge and she was kind and funny.

Second time I've eaten at PE in St Neots on my trip 'down south'. There's nothing I dislike about their pizzas! We booked a table just in case they were busy and Sheila and I caught up on the latest gossip and put the Brexit deal to bed! Service has always been good and they don't rush us between courses. It's a nice, airy restaurant that wasn't too noisy for our Wednesday visit (might be different at busy weekends). Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Really pleasant evening.

Another great evening. Both shared the yummy dough balls with garlic, pesto and tomato dips. Then we both had pizza which they adapted at our request. With drinks came to just over £35 great value as both full.

This Pizza Express has a pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food is always good and the superfood salad is a must. Went here to catch up with friends and their kids. Easily catered for the children too. Also used a deal for a Starter and main which was good and hardly anything was excluded which was brilliant

My family & I have been visiting this restaurant since it first opened and we’ve consistently received excellent service. The food is always of a high standard and I like that the menu has new additions quite often. I tried the seasonal pigs in blankets this time which were really good and even though still late November and a little too early for Christmas decorations, the pretty candle jars and tree etc. did make us feel prematurely festive.

This was my first visit to Pizza Express St Neots but it won't be my last! We arrived as they were opening and were immediately greeted with a big smile by Shannon. She gave us our pick of the tables, bought my grandson a clean highchair, some crayons and a colouring book. I went for the Puttanesca pizza which was a vegan option but not being vegan I just asked for regular mozzarella and to switch the base to the Classic.....none of this was a problem. My daughter opted for the Ragu pizza also on the classic base. The food arrived quite quickly, hot and cooked to perfection! My pizza was probably the best pizza I've ever eaten at a Pizza Express....and I've eaten a lot of them lol. We followed our pizzas with the sticky toffee bundt cake and the vanilla cheesecake which were both incredible....especially the sticky toffee pudding...that's a must try!! Since I have a taste card our bill came to under £20 which was great. Also, Shannon checked on us a few times and her and the other employees all seemed very happy in their work and that made for a nice atmosphere. My daughter was very impressed when she took my grandson to the babies changing room saying it was one of the cleanest shes ever used and even had a mobile hanging.....if you have a little one you'll understand why this is so important! Overall a wonderful visit to Pizza Express.... 5 stars guys!!

We were there 3 Times in 3 days and the Pizza was well baked. All toppings are fresh and toasty. Everytime I am in UK I visit Pizza Express restaurants and that one on St. Neots is one of the top of them.

I held my sons 7th birthday party here and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff were amazing with the children and nothing was too much bother. My son thoroughly enjoyed making his own pizza and then having a meal with his friends.

Went last night for dinner with a friend had the calamari to start and pollo pesto pasta for main. It was really tasty. The service was good the waitress was attentive but not over bearing. We had a mini pud with coffee which was really good. Good service tasty food. Good place to meet friends.

Visited with young grandchild for lunch. Although it wasn’t particularly busy, it did take some time for food to arrive, and finding things to amuse the youngster was becoming an issue waiting for our food. A large group arrived with numerous babies and prams and eating our lunch was disturbed by chairs being moved around us, and people pushing by as they rearranged that section of the restaurant to meet their needs. Having said that, the pizzas were tasty, and the child meals are good value. I like their option of a small pudding with a coffee.

Visited for lunch with small children. Arrived to an empty restaurant just after it opened and shown to a table by a very helpful member of the team. The debris and crumbs under our table was a clear indication that the restaurant had not been cleaned thoroughly from the previous day.Whilst we received excellent service from our waitress and cannot fault the food, I was quite shocked by how dirty the floor of the restaurant was. The toilets were fresh and recently mopped so why this wasn't the case where the food is served I don't know...

Having previously visited many times and twice reviewing at 5 out of 5 it's fair to say we're a fan of this restaurant. However our last visit we were really disappointed.Our starter of dough balls were all very well done. Not quite burnt but definitely overdone. Our side of Polenta Chips were also overdone, burnt around the corners. Three of our pizzas has burnt elements to the crusts, one was also nearly black on the underside. The only dish which wasn't either burnt or over done was the Campana pizza. It was soggy.A poor showing from the chiefs working 4-5pm on Sunday 18/03. A real disappointment we'll doubt coming again.

We ate here to use up our Tesco Club card vouchers and were looking forward to it. The Restaurant was busy as it was Weds night and the Cinemas do offers on Weds night (think Compare the Meerkat 2-4-1).The restaurant setting was fine, but the food really sub average. We had a bowl of olives and they were the only thing that was okay. Starter of Calamari didn't taste of Squid at all and was out of the packet breadcrumbed & dry.The Pizza - which they change at £12 - was small and un appealing and lacking flavour.At no stage did anyone ask how food was.I wouldn't rush back.If you do want to go - parking on Tebbuts rd is free after 6pm.

Previamente a Huntingdon Pizza Express un número de veces (que no nos podemos quejar, con una iluminación fantástica y un encantador y relajado ambiente íntimo) y hemos ido a varios otros restaurantes de Pizza Express para años como la cena de clase estándar medio!Este restaurante en particular era muy decepcionante para mí; sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que este es ahora nuestro cadena local. La iluminación era muy duro (nos volvimos para cenar por la noche) y estaba muy concurrido, con muchas familias alrededor, así que no podía tener una conversación decente sin levantar nuestras voces entre el ruido de los niños.La comida era estándar, así como el servicio, no hay nada que destacar.Nos podrían haber tenido una mala noche, pero es totalmente disuade a volver. Prefiero mucho más hasta llegar a visitar su restaurante Huntingdon en vez de volver a éste.

Fueron muy serviciales con ser una sorpresa y estaban dispuestos a preparar nuestra mesa hacia la parte de atrás, así que mi hermana no ver como entramos en que todos sus amigos estaban sentados en la mesa. La camarera también tomó algunas fotos de todos nosotros, lo cual fue agradable.La comida fue decepcionante. Más de 10 libras para mi pasta de comida de mar y honestamente puedo decir que he tenido comidas mejores listas. Era sosa y una muy pequeña porción. Tuve tarta de caramelo para el desierto y era tan enfermizo y gruesas sólo podría comer la mitad.La cocina era un desastre absoluto. Sé que está ocupado, pero no higiénicas. Comida todo el suelo y a los lados.En general, estaba bien, pero no regresaré de prisa.

Fuimos para una comida de cumpleaños, no vale la pena. Muy mala elección del menú, no había mucha variedad para kidz, el lugar está muy limpio y fresco. Un poco como un hospital esperando sillas de la sala no muy adecuado para los niños, después de esperar casi diez minutos sin bebidas pidiendo que hasta la izquierda, fuimos y volvería a la vuelta de la esquina a otro restaurante. En general no es un lugar que volvería otra vez, por desgracia.

Un amigo y yo pedimos comida para llevar. Pedimos dos pizzas sin gluten gratis (es genial que para satisfacer las necesidades dietéticas especiales como esta), pero nos informaron que durante la llamada telefónica que no había estándar sin gluten bases libres disponibles. Me avisaron de que no podrían hacer lo mismo en el Children's pizzas sin gluten base gratis y medio que hagan dos cada uno para equiparar para el tamaño de la pizzas estándar. Me registré que sería conseguir la misma calidad y tamaño de la pizza y, como me aseguró que, seguí adelante y aceptó esta sustitución. Pizzas y manejamos recolectaron casa (en retrospectiva, debería haber revisado ellos primero) pero nos completamente desalentado cuando abrimos nuestras cajas. Cada una de nuestras pizzas son enanos, probablemente no más de 10 cm de diámetro y las bases eran tan finas que eran casi transparentes. Además, estos cuatro pizzas diminutas había sido recocido y era negro y duro en los bordes. Aunque había sido informados de que no recibirán las bases estándar, diciendome que las raciones serían iguales en tamaño, estaba lejos de la verdad. Para colmo, nos cobraron por el adulto de cada medio (que era casi pizzas £12. 00 para mi elegido y el total factura Padana vinieron a menos de £30). En el futuro, sería mejor pedir comida de un niño, que funciona en cada justo debajo de 6 libras cada uno e incluye una pizza, pelotas de masa y un desierto. Intentamos llamar a dejar comentarios en su momento, pero el teléfono no fue respondida. Enormemente decepcionada esta vez ya que las dos han sido los aficionados de este establecimiento desde su inauguración.

Esta Pizza Express restaurante está ubicado fuera de la plaza principal de la ciudad a unos 10 minutos a pie. No sé por qué eso es como la mayoría de los lugares de Pizza Express están en el centro. El edificio en sí parece bueno como interior muy moderno. Hay mucho espacio para moverse sin sentir restringido.Para ser honesto, todo es de 5* de la comida que es excelente y mucho mejor que la mayoría de los restaurantes de Pizza Express. El personal escucha y mantener un ojo en usted en caso de que requieran atención. También satisfacer sus necesidades en contraposición a sus necesidades, que es un cambio bienvenido. Explican las cosas de forma sencilla y racional.La puntualidad de las comidas que se sirven también es perfecta. En ie. No demasiado largo o corto. El restaurante también es muy familiar, que siempre es una preocupación en algunos otros restaurantes que he visitado.El ambiente es cálido y acogedor. Me encanta la pizza Express, estupendo ver este en calle Neots. Visitamos un día entre semana, no muy concurrida. Yo era muy rápido y la comida era buena como siempre. Mi única crítica fue la banqueta donde estaba sentado estaba cubierto de desperdicios de comida de nuestros ocupantes. aparte de que disfruté mi visita y sin duda volveríamos.

Es un lugar bastante nuevo, fresco y moderno, y el ambiente muy acogedor. El personal es estupendo y muy amable, especialmente comparado con todos los otros restaurantes de la cadena que han sido. Lovely venue for family meals , very child friendly, pizzas and pasta dishes, are delicious,staff attentive , but not always hovering around you .

Lovely staff, really friendly and happy when serving us. One of the best calzone pizza we've had. Lovely salads too. Only downfall is the price of beer.

Have eaten in this pizza express on quite a few occasions now and on each visit it has been outstanding...the staff are so friendly and the service is good...the food is fantastic 👍
