Wonderful food as ever , all fresh home cooked Italian food, staff were lovely , lovely traditional restaurant. Our favourite place to eat in Grantham .

This is such great food. I have never had anything like it. It’s brilliant value for money as it really does fill you up and the flavours are beautiful. I think my favourite is the pickle but I do like the sweet chilli too. It’s a great idea for lunch on the go but doesn’t have the “fatty” feel that you get with fast food takeaways. Five stars from me.

Now that was a proper pizza!!! Only small criticism the slices could have been a bit smaller as it was hard to eat with your fingers

We enjoyed an excellent meal in this gem of a restaurant tucked away in an alleyway in beautiful Stamford. A warm welcome on a relatively quiet evening with a small number of other diners but a pleasant atmosphere. My starter of mixed insalata was beautifully presented and very tasty especially with the traditional Sardinian flatbread which came with it. The recommended glass of red wine was the perfect accompaniment. Main course were also superb - my wife praised the seafood spaghetti very highly and my ravioli with a salad was wonderful. An excellent white wine and finally Poli grappa rounded off a perfect evening. We would definitely recommend Amore and hope to return soon.

Such a hidden gem in Grantham. The service is absolutely perfect and the food is exquisite. They were super friendly and interacted with our son (9) in such a lovely way. Will always come back.

We love this restaurant, the food is excellent, good selection of wines, a lovely warm welcome and great service, I highly recommended you try it .

We are new to the area and having a kitchen fitted. We rarely have takeaways and I'm finding it a bit of a struggle. I wanted something that wasn't chips, dough, batter etc and thought I'd try the Chicken Napoli. (baked with rice) My husband chose the Calzone with extra chicken and mushrooms and....chips! Being a Saturday night, we were prepared for a wait, but were very impressed with the speed in which it arrived. The lady who brought it was absolutely lovely, very friendly and chatty. My word! The meal was wonderful, piping hot and so flavoursome. Hubby raved about his and I couldn't fault mine. I'd also ordered Tiramisu for myself and chocolate fudge cake for Hubby, which had to wait until much later as we were full. Beautiful! We will be back!

An excellent lunch for our party of ten people. Will be back for dinner next time so we can imbibe a glug or two of Italian red.

Excellent food served at an acceptable pace - not rushed, not too slowly - by cheerful staff. Most important: hot food was served on HOT plates. Imaginative menu.

We went on Saturday we did not book , so we knew we had no chance to have a table , luckily a table for 4 booked only 2 turned up and we have the best table , made my whole weekend, small place but fantastic Italian atmosphere, , real south Italian pizza , by the way this place is recommended by Italian bros from Hampton too , that’s mean if an other pizza place recommend you that’s say everything, and actually they not relatives , Thank you very much to squeeze us in , See you soon , ,

We visited as a family with two children this evening for the first times Food was fabulous, such authentic Italian food, children’s portions were huge Staff were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much for them Will be back soon

Food ok but service was abysmally slow, spoiling the evening. Waitresses were cheerfully doing their best but were ridiculously under staffed. If there was a particular staffing problem that evening an apology and explanation would have been in order. If not - get your act together Prezzo!
