One of the most amazing beefburgers I have ever had - and service was very friendly. We are always very well looked after in there

We decided to give another chance to this restaurant after few years break. Sadly nothing has changed, the food is tasteless,bland,unimaginative = complete disappointment. Two visits within few years with zero improvement are enough to never go back. It’s a shame because the service is good and restaurant is cute and cosy. EDIT: Thanks for your reply. EDIT #2 I sent you an email twice in September to email address you have provided.I resent it today.Hopefully you will receive it.Thanks EDIT #3 Don’t ask people to contact you via email and then ignore them.It doesn’t make any sense to me.

Booked for a large party and everything was fantastic. The service was seamless, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. We really enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend Luigi’s whole heartedly. Thank you all.

Very small place, nice in the summer when you can sit outside. Fresh pizzas, service is a bit hit and miss.

Buena comida, buen gusto y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Gran servicio en un encantador restaurante local. Mucha variedad con buenos clásicos italianos. Buena lasaña y tiramisú.

Absolutely amazing food, friendly and quick service, lovely ambience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and shown to a table, drinks were brought very quickly and when starters arrived we were offered sharing plates. The staff checked in with us and made sure we were happy, and we never had to wait, even though the restaurant was very busy on a Friday night. We had the garlic bread starter which came with chopped olives, a really good pairing and not something I’ve seen before. Then for mains we had a spicy meat pizza and a creamy cheesy spinach and walnut gnocchi. They were both so so good!

Absolutely astounding pizza - the presentation, variety of toppings, excellent sides, gorgeous dough. Great pizza and delivery time.

Unfortunately the rice was stodgy again Nd inedible for us both.....

First visit here but won’t be the last. Food was very good. Something for everyone!

Booked months in advance. Had a chat at the time to make sure it was "signed, sealed and delivered". Also messaged them 3 days before the actual date to double-check all was set. Arrived on the night, with my party, a group of friends who'd travelled 350 miles to attend, only to find my name "not on the list". In that moment, aside from the embarrassment in front of my friends and the prospect of having to find somewhere else at Christmas peak, could have pulled my hair out how this shambolic nonsense actually happens! Without an apology in sight, they graciously squeezed us in, near the loos, to allow me to spend over £60 a head! Classy.

What’s happened? It used to be 10/10, I used to pay £20+ without batting an eyelid for 1 meal, now it’s terrible, I thought I’d try again hoping last time was a one off, but I ordered a Penne Arrabbiata pasta dish with extra olives £1.50, already part of the dish anyway, (I got 8 in total) the meal was sat in oil and a weak bland of cheap penne sauce to try make an authentic flavour, to top the meal off it had cheese mixed throughout the dish making it a stringy sloppy mess. Gutted, was my fav.

I ordered it at 10ish it arrived at 11.15ish. The hot chocolate was luke warm. Not nice at all had to throw it down the sink

The restaurant was busy with a nice vibe. The service was OK - probably not enough staff but they were pleasant. The food was pretty good. Not quite sure why it gets rave reviews but certainly worth a visit and would return.

Put chilli sauce on veggie burger 😔 So it was not nice. Sea bass not filleted. Not as good as previous times we have used this take away. Delivery driver was very polite however.
