We travelled half an hour to come here to buy cannolis, (large cannolis filled with ricotta which were on the website) I was very disappointed that they didn’t have any! I asked and was told “we don’t do those anymore” a bit of a poor show for a Sicilian bakery. We stayed and had a coffee and croissant, it was nice but nothing in the food cabinet was labelled and there was no menu so a little frustrating not knowing what anything was, all in all a bit disappointing!

Extremely unhelpful staff. Ordered Foccicia and turned up at their shop to collect it, but they had moved location to a completely different town miles away, without updating this online. A wasted journey from Cheltenham. So, I decided to give them another chance the following week. Made numerous phone calls to order it but nobody answered. I was never told i could have ordered it online, I was told to call. So I sent a text to ensure it was ordered. When I turned up they had no foccacia as they said they were short of staff, yet we saw numerous staff. Then they said they had a powercut the previous day. Yet I saw them taking freshly cooked trays out the oven when we were there. Being from Sicily we were really looking forward to taking our friends for there for lunch, yet as they had no lunch food left apart from cakes, we ended up eating a tesco sandwich. unprofessional to have their details out of date online and the way the manager dealt with us was really disappointing. The other server had no idea of customer service and was clueless about how to treat customers. Her attitude was terrible. When we asked for a menu we were told to just look at the couner and we can see for ourselves. We spoke with the sicilian chef before, and he was a great guy so we wanted to support his business. His staff are letting him down.

We ordered from here today and it came in no time. Our food was still warm, we had 2 of the focaccia sandwich's and 2 cannoli's, they were absolutely delightful. We also got a free doughnut as they thought they hadnt filled our cannoli's enough, but they did indeed and definitely didn't need to send something free!! we will 100% be ordering from here again. Thankyou so much! (I had eaten half the sandwich I'm the picture )

Sitting next to Weymouth's best ice cream this tiny place provided us with the very best food to eat for a picnic. The foccacia sandwiches are superb but the cannoli are straight from heaven. Don't miss it!

Stumbled across this little deli during our short break to Weymouth. Amazing breads and sandwiches plus the best coffee ever. After commenting on their coffee we were kindly given beans to try at home. Thank you guys ❤️

For a chain, Prezzo provide a great Italian food experience. We just had the set lunch menu with bruschetta and pasta but the fresh basil pesto and pizza base on the bruschetta and the simplicity of the pasta ingredients was so tasty & satisfying. What's not to love? Our waiter was kind and attentive, even staying to chat and advise places to visit in Weymouth, just a nice person, & this also added to the experience. He seemed to be looking after the whole place & doing a really good job. Unfortunately when we left he was on a break, we left a tip with someone who seemed like a manager so hope he got that. Sadly we don't have a Prezzo near where we live, but live in hope they'll open one up. Wil definitely call in when next in Weymouth. One small gripe was how expensive the drinks like tea or a can of Coke were, but well nothing's perfect.
