Bland, basic and boring. First and last visit for us, shame as it’s so local, staff are rude and food is actually terrible I have had better micro meals

We were a massive family party for lunch at Cafe La Fiamma. I cannot praise the service highly enough. My nephew is non verbal autistic and at one point, got up from the table and wanted to go to the park, just as lunch was served. Not a problem, the waiting staff quickly sorted my nephew and his parents' lunch into a picnic and passed it through the long windows into the park. It makes such a huge important difference when restaurants have such easy warmth and kindness towards children like my nephew. We're all so grateful, thank you. The food was also delicious. We had a fantastic time and hope to see you again soon.

The staff were quick to serve and very friendly. I got my waffle very soon after paying and sat and ate in a nice dining area.

food was good, but the music was way too loud. The lighting too bright, people walking past peering in the window made us feel a bit uncomfortable

After recently moving into the Gloucester Road area I was amazed by the hospitality at Vitis! From the warm welcome to the teams passion for their jobs I can tell that this place is here to stay! Whether you’re a local in the area or just stopping by this place is worth a visit for the good night that will follow stepping in the door

A piece of Italy in the Ribble Valley. Thoroughly well designed and decorated establishment done to a high standard. One of the best looking places in clitheroe. From coffees to cocktails with impeccable service standards. Been back since to the same service and experience. Enjoyed by all. Even baby change facilities which were supplied with everything you're likely to forget!

Excellent service and food. First time eating here and was not disappointed considering we were a large party of 15. All meals perfect. Will definitely go again soon

Was a bit cold and the sauce was too thin. Pasta was over boiled and there was a lack of seasoning. Had higher hopes but it was ok.

Amazing pizza, I normally don't like pizza and yet I liked it here. Would recommend the spicy chicken pizza

Lee las buenas críticas así que decidimos reservar una mesa para un grupo de 10. Tratado repetidas veces durante cinco días en diferentes ocasiones por la mañana, tarde y noche para reservar una mesa. El teléfono sólo anillos para las edades dice entonces una máquina de respuesta no puede dejar un mensaje. en coche pasando a la hora que tenía el número correcto- mismo número va una propinilla según el frente. Una vez el teléfono respondió y me pidieron que llamar más tarde, de la cual probamos una y otra vez no sirvió para nada. Tienen su lugar reservado vivos al final de la carretera. - Ciao si vas a correr un negocio por lo menos responder su teléfono, o un servicio adecuado para responder de máquina!

I found the service very friendly and kind. It reminded me of the little shop I knew acs a child called "Harry's" in Whitechapel.

Watched three people query their bill and sure enough when it came to pay ours another "mistake" (of £10) was made. Check prices and change.

Went for brunch ordered bacon and cheese on a muffin got half way through and noticed a onion on the muffin and they cooked the bacon where they fried the onions. I can not stand onions it put me off. Will not be going again unfortunately

Hi I ordered a pasta carbonara and am really disappointed with it. Although the delivery was fast, yet the short wait was far from being worth for it… You can nearly see bacons in there, yet when you’re lucky enough to see some tiny little chuncks of bacon you feel disappointed with those having been boiled as opposed to having been grilled and coming out crunchy…. No flavours at all and felt like I have been ripped off….. Also the carbonara sauce is nothing like the ones cooked in restaurants, instead it more feel like a ready-industrial pot of carbonara sauce that has been poured on boiled pastas…. Foodies, avoid the disappointment
