Casa Bella Pizza in Brent

Very rude staff, I ordered through Uber eats but they cancelled my order. I called the restaurant to ask why was my order cancelled and they didn’t even care and said “I like to cancel orders call Uber Eats”. Never order from here and avoid at all cost!!

We’re regulars at this great little pizza spot, and it never disappoints! The pizza is always fresh, with a perfect crispy crust and generous toppings. Although it's primarily a takeaway place, they also have a small dining area that's cozy if you want to eat in. The service is quick, and the staff are always friendly. Definitely our go-to for pizza. Highly recommend!

The pizza is always freshly cooked and piping hot even when delivered. The pizzas are affordable and high quality. The service has never been a problem and the wait time for delivery isnt long

Hi today I ordered Burgers sandwich and pizza the pizza was ok but the burger was mist up like the salad one side and the bread one side my daughter didn’t like it

I've wanted to try this place for a while so ordered a Margherita pizza for delivery. Unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked and barely had any tomato sauce. There are definitely much better pizza joints within the area.

Amazing lovely staff amazing food. The food was fresh and you can tell that good quality ingredients were used. We got the casa bella pizza and 2 burgers with chips along with some chicken nuggets. My kids loved the food and it a place that we will continue going to

I used to eat here all the time but recently their pizza is turned out bad and not only that I had food poisoning. Pizza was kind of hard which is odd because I ate it fresh so I don’t think I’m ever coming back here,I am sick 🤒 as I’m leaving this review.

Having paid £15.50 for my order, upon comparing the value and quality to that of Domino's Pizza, I must express my reluctance to recommend "Casa Bells Pizza." I would suggest the owner invest in enhancing their business practices to ensure the quality of both their food and service. In conclusion, I would advise exploring alternative options for your pizza needs.

The pizza is about what you would expect for the price. Not the best, not the worst, but considering that a 15-inch pizza is £10 its really good value for money. Especially when ordering for large groups, as they have a buy 2 for £18 offer.

Ordered Pizza & wings for collection (any pizza any size for £9.99) and We were very... Happy with the service we got, the owner was super friendly, our food was ready ontime, piping hot and delicious. absolutely awful.....the bread bun for the burger had mold on it ...the chips seemed re-fried....around 3 or 4 times....hard and brittle....the salad was brown and maybe 2 or 3 weeks old.

For what it is this place was really quite good. For London, it's punching well above its weight. Hot, fresh, tasty, reasonable value, friendly staff. Would def recommend

Pizza is OK but not as great as Tehran Pizza Cricklewood. Poor customer service they said they were closed when on Google it said is open when I came at 11:30pm. I didn’t like the shop at all because my £5.50 gone down the drain anyway at least it cured my hunger.

This pizza shop is my favourite, always order my pizza from Casa Bella Pizza. Pizza is delicious made from fresh dough, delivery is always on time. Most important friendly staff.

Do not expect the classic Neapolitan pizza, but just one of the best American pizza! Cheap and tasty! Good staff! Good ingredients. They just fail on the work uniform. No hat, no gloves.

Tiny pizza for £14.50. Ordered buy 1 get 1 free online. Clicked 12 inch. Came up £14.50. Got delivered 9 inch (a two year old would eat it and still be starving but this is £14.50). Called and complained. Was told I made the mistake. Thought I would place the same order again and check the price. Ordered 12 inch.. showed £14.50. I did not make a mistake. They are con men/women. Called and explained if you change from 9 inch to 12 inch it shows £14.50. I asked them to check. They hung up

This place has the worst tasting pizzas do not order from them be aware. Both my pizzas were raw the cheese wasn’t cooked and it tastes sloppy and slimy. It was awful I asked for another pizza as as well being raw it also didn’t have jalapeño when I asked for it. They sent another pizza which was also raw and disgusting 🤮 This shop has the worst pizzas and customer service not only did they give me raw pizza but also a smaller size! Absolutely appalled 😡

Had 2 pizzas a while ago, and didn't really enjoy. For the price I paid they were fine, however I wouldn't suggest this place. I really feel bad whenever some restaurants shows proudly they are "Italian restaurants" just because they do pizza. It is not Italian pizza and if I knew before I wouldn't have had it (I am Italian). Regarding a pizza restaurant in London, why not.

Honestly one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The pizzas were really big but the cheese was really cheap and rubbery, there was practically no sauce on the base and the toppings were really disappointing. We also ordered chicken wings which tasted really gross.

Stopped here for the collection only offer of any pizza any size for £7. Pizza wasn't bad. A little greasy maybe but a lot of toppings and good quality ingredients. The customer service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go again.

I ordered 6 quarter pounder burgers with 2 large chips. The burgers buns seems to have been microwaved, the salad were were all soggy, tasteless and chewy with a drop of cheap ketchup. Absolutely awful. The chips were hard and reheated. Very bad take away. Worse take away I had for a long time. I would not recommend this place and will definitely not reorder from them👎

Strength: Amazing burgers, mozzarella sticks and garlic bread, Improvement: one of my family's member's seafood pizza was cold ,the base tasted like washing powder and tasted old. Phoned them up and asked for 2 quarter pounders (one with no chips), 2 portions of mozzarella sticks, and pizza. They sent us 3 quarter pounders with chips (Maybe the server misheard us), mozzarella sticks, pizza. Apart from that amazing food.

We ordered chicken nuggets for the kids and they use actual chicken breast instead of processed chicken. When I got into my third slice I FOUND GLASS in my pizza!!!! Honestly i was thankful it wasn’t one of my kids that found it! That is the only but huge downside for me!!! Can’t trust it won’t happen again.

Delivery Driver said he delivered the food to me, i called up casa bella who said the delivery driver delivered the food to the customer. But no one came to my door. The man at casa bella repeated this back to me offering no help at all, assuming i was lying? Even though im a repeat customer of casa bella, he offered no help or resolution at all, apart from saying the food was delivered to someone. This is thoroughly unacceptable, and very poor service. I’ve escalated the problem to just eat. Will now avoid casa bella due to the poor attitude and service.

I found my pizza very dry. I ordered the thin crust beefy hot one and wedges. The wedges were nice and crispy on the outside but would be better with a dip of some sort.

Missing food Items.. I ordered a meal deal for 2 as per the website Sharing Meal Deal for 2 Any 12" pizza, 4 garlic bread slices, potato wedges & 2 Coca-cola drink and just a pizza came with Sprite and Dr.Pepper. They missed sending rest of thing things. The Pizza was also cold don't know why.. Tried to call on their site, no on picked up the call. Needs attention.

Average quality pizza. Barely any pepperoni topping. When the delivery driver showed up (shady character) he was strongly encouraging me to order direct from their shop next time so I could get a discount. That’s embarrassing! Why would I give my credit card info on the phone?! And why then is the pizza more expensive on Just Eat ?! I would never go back and order from this restaurant again if that’s how they treat customers.

IMPORTANT!!!!!! GREEDY, STYNGI, CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG!!!! It’s getting worst day by day. Pizza is thin like a sheet of paper. 15” is stretched from 12”. Greedy on toppings. If you want to eat chips, mozzarellas sticks and chicken nuggets they will put it all in one box and serve like food for dogs. Today was the last time I’ve spend money at Casa Bella because there is nothing Bella in it!!!
