Never went as closed falsely advertises its open when I called said they are only open on event days

Well.. this has to be right up there for terrible food and service. I was concerned looking at the last review from 2021 saying worst experience, and I was hoping that a year later something may have changed- but NOT Ordered what we thought was garlic bread, but was just dough and cheese, 2 lots of carbonara and a prawn tomato pasta dish 1 hour later bread and carbonara comes out, tasteless Still waiting for prawn pasta, to then be told another 15 minutes. No communication from the 2 guys working behind the bar. We asked for refund in the end on all food. I was shocked that they didn’t apologise, but at least we got a refund No drinks in the fridge, lucky we ordered beer from pumps Felt like we were in butlins with a load of noisy riff raff (not saying there is anything wrong with butlins!) Would absolutely never go back, wasted over an hour of my life and went to the concert hungry!

Booked a table for four for a pre Euro2020 final meal. My family is Italian and we were looking forward to a 'fairly' quiet, enjoyable fine dining experience before the game. After a day of abusive behaviour from drunk England fans we hoped to escape this for a while. Sadly the entire 'meal' (I use that word loosely) was tarred by constant abuse from drunk fans, one guest had beer thrown over them, perhaps not deliberately but it happened and it should not have. Plastic cutlery and plastic glasses, terrible food which did not represent the 'Event day menu' online at all. Incredibly noisy due to all the fans from the 'outside' bar coming in using the dinning room bar because of queues, this made it also difficult to order anything to eat as we had to order at the bar. Fine dining!! NOT Good experience - no chance Terrible food.

Das Frühstück des Hotels wird hier serviert. Daran war nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben einmal zu Abend gegessen. Nudeln mit Thunfischsoße. Diese waren soweit gut. Das Hähnchen Milanese hatte keine Soße wie in der Karte beschrieben. Der Salat hatte kein Dressing und als Kartoffeln wurden matschigen Pommes Frites serviert. Leider ein wenig enttäuschend. Außerdem wäre es schön wenn die Mitarbeiter das mit der Karte bezahlte Trinkgeld auch bekommen würden, denn sie geben sich alle Mühe.

Nice Italian restaurant, food is nice, fresh and well presented, very quiet, this restaurant belong to an hotel but you could just use the restaurant for food and drinks or drinks only. Price it's very reasonable. Will come back to dinner again for sure.

Restaurant was completely empty on a saturday night which was not a great atmosphere to start the night off. Asked for a double vodka and lemonade and got sofa water, asked for water for the table twice never received it. Considering we were the only people in the restaurant, dont know how that was so difficult to get right. Ordered calzone and seafood pasta. The pasta was good but the calzone was nothing like I've seen before. This was a folded base of pizza with toppings on top. Nothing inside the pizza and a burnt base. Wouldn't recommend! After a long deliberation we did get the pizza taken off the final bill but was a struggle. Was a very average visit and underwhelming considering we wanted to start the night in a high before going to a concert.

Terrible service the entire night. Not only did we get skipped at the bar when another couple walked up 5 minutes after us waiting... when addressed, the staff was unapologetic. On top of that, 3 dishes were served and finished before our other 2 dishes got to the table. When we asked, the server had forgotten about them. On top of that, we asked on 5 different occasions for the mess from the group before us to be cleaned off the table. They NEVER cleaned it (in picture at the end of the table where we piled it), which is unprofessional and annoying.

We only had afternoon tea as it’s fairly local and didn’t stay in the hotel. It was nice the service was good but the whole experience wasn’t anything special. Saying that I would go again as we got a groupon voucher and was good value for money..

the food was very good , I had the tuna over linguine in a light cream sauce and it was fantastic. My brother had the penne pasta and he said it was very good they had a very nice selection of wines.

The only thing bad is to park the car.

5 minute walk from Wembley Arena, so great location. Phoned to say we were running 15 minutes late, staff very understanding and once we arrived were very attentive. Clean and cool. Reasonably priced and nice drinks. Food was edible, but not great...we had chicken and mushroom risotto- first orange one I've ever had! Chicken similar to something from a takeaway. Acknowleged the mixed reviews on here, but it seems one of the only places you can reserve on event days. Would probably come back again and stick to calzone/ pizza!

Ate here late afternoon before a concert at Wembley stadium. Restaurant is in s hotel and feels a bit characterless but decent food and a quiet oasis in a busy area. Really convenient with the stadium just across the road. Was full at 5pm so book if there’s something on at the stadium or arena.

This place is way better than the chain offerings around Wembley Stadium. Visited pre a Wembley concert so it was very busy but the service was still very good. And the food tasted like “proper” Italian fair. All very good and would definitely recommend. Reasonably priced as well.

The location was very convenient for us as we were going to a concert in Wembley Stadium! We all loved our starters - the melon with prosciutto was particularly nice. The mains were also nice, although in my carbonara there were a couple of large bits of egg which was a bit off-putting for me. We all agreed the carbonara was a tad too eggy and that taste was a bit overpowering. I would recommend the chicken and mushroom risotto more.

I am allergic to spicy, I told them clearly that I can not eat any food that gets black pepper, hot pepper or chili. And they make me my plate of Linguine al Tonno full of chili, if I had tried it I would be in the hospital right now. This restaurant is an inconceivable one.

Wir haben hier vor einem Konzert zu Abend gegessen. Leider war alles ein wenig fad, von der Suppe bis zu den Teigwaren. Am Salat würde es zudem ein wenig mehr Sauce vertragen. Das Essen wurde sehr schnell serviert.

Soup was a bit bland but decent, do not get the Margaretta pizza. Didn't order too much service pretty good.

Nice place, quiet place to eat before the concert

I’ve eaten here twice now, the first main meal was a pizza, not great but I ate most of it. On the second occasion I sent two mains back and on the third I gave up.

We were staying at the hotel, so thought that we would eat in their restaurant as the menu looked fair and we didn't have a lot of time.

Had a couple of drinks in here whilst staying at the hotel and the service was excellent (sorry I didn't catch your name but you were serving on Jan 30th at 2:30pm)

Dined here while staying in the adjoining hotel. Food was nicely cooked and presented and each course arrived without delay, even though the restaurant was busy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Very good value for money, we'll worth considering if staying at the hotel.

I had a risotto and it was absolutely perfect. We were satisfied.

The worst food ive had in years. The whole meal was swimming in oil, totally inedible and my partners spaghetti was dry, tastless and looked like it had come out of a tin. Although I ordered a meal that suited by food intolerances, I have had a reaction - I hate to think what was in it. Definitly never to be repeated although the waiting on staff were lovely. Shocking.

We have eaten here on four occasions and the food has always been good and the service excellent. We would certainly recommend it.

Wasn’t too sure about this place as it looks to be a part of a hotel and not particularly Italian. However we were pleasantly surprised. Caprese actually had proper buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes that tasted of guess what- tomatoes ! Nice olives and bread, scrummy arrabiata and penne al pesto. Huge potions . Reasonably price wine and lovely service. Well recommended

I am not the person who usually complain but I have to share this experience. Waiter adrian was really rude. We have been told to leave by 6pm cause the table was reserved. We were waiting like 10 min for menu. People who actually came after us received menu before we did. I decided to take take it by myself as we have been told to leave early. Waiter adrian said something like..."are you in rush or what". My friends food was absolutelly without flavour and came cold. We also ordered garlic bread without cheese cause my friend is vegan and we wanted to share. We received cold food, garlic bread with cheese and noone even appologize. My plate was really dirty from some tomato sauce even I did not have any in my food. Manager was aware of the situation he aslo saw that my plate is dirty, noone do anything, noone even appologize. I am working at restaurant as a manager so I know how the things supposed to be...this was literally rubish!

Decent size room, all amenities TV, Flipchart, comfortable table and chairs. Refreshments replenished all day. Good choice of set menu. Rafik and his team did a very good job and aimed to please, nothing was too much trouble and the event went very smoothly.

Went here before watching a game at the stadium. Really nice inside, reasonably priced with a good choice of Italian food (think the menu was reduced in size as well as there was an event on at the stadium). Exactly what we wanted, nice feel in side would definitely recommend or go again.

This review is for La Regina in the George hotel, Wembley. We pre- booked our table by email to ensure we had a reservation after the football match as it was very close to our hotel too. We were told we would probably have plastic glasses which is understandable. However when the 7 of us walked in they could see that we were not going to be any trouble and offered us glasses with our drinks. The Pinot Grigio was very nice. All the staff were lovely and there was a nice atmosphere. We ordered olives and breads while we chose our starters and mains. We weren’t too impressed with our starters to be honest but all our mains were very impressive. I had seafood risotto and my husband had a steak which he said was perfect. Nobody wanted desserts apart from my husband but they didn’t actually bring him one! They brought me a dessert out for my birthday though. After sorting out the bill and knocking office the dessert which we never received it was about £85 a couple with drinks. During our meal there was only one other table occupied which I thought was strange. I would recommend trying here if you are in the area and it is close to other bars and the shopping centre.

I politely responded by pointing out that their booking system allowed me to book a table for 10.30pm. The waiter started being annoyed and said he had tried to call me (indeed he tried calling me 21.20pm whilst I was in a concert). His whole attitude made us feel not welcome as he kept repeating that he tried to call me. He said we could stay but clearly his comments and facial expression made us feel like a huge inconvenience so we decided to leave. Sadly we cannot comment on the quality of the food but a good restaurant should focus at least as much on their customer service and offer a welcoming atmosphere. I hope this comment serves as a reminder and hopefully other customers don't have to experience such an attitude - absolutely unacceptable!

Nice food but wine served in plastic glasses

Fiquei hospedado no hotel onde está instalado o La Regina. Boa comida, excelentes cervejas e pratos variados, de boa qualidade.

This is a very good little Italian restaurant. The staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our meal very much and the food was cooked to our liking. They have a good wine list at reasonable prices.The only downside is that the restaurant is small and some tables are a little close. In spite of this we would definitely use again.

Had the most wonderful dinner here before a concert, food was divine, service excellent and very good value, I would advise anyone to eat here, a real treasure in a usually high priced poor value area.An absolute gem of a place.

This was a great find if you want a real restaurant dining experience. The meals were really good, with a choice of authentic Italian dishes, or English and French cuisine. There is also a wide variety of wines to choose from that doesn`t cost an arm and a leg.

Served us only for lunch, as we had booked, after a power cut on December 30th, 2017, about which we were warned by telephone. We were on our way to Wembley arena for a show, when we were called again to advise the power was back. Delicious pre-show meal.

We ate at this restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime; arriving early soon after 12 we were the only customers so that meant we could chat easily without too much other noise going on - background music was set at an unobtrusive level. By the time we left after 2, it was filling up and more lively. The waiter was very attentive and helpful, food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our relaxed meal there at a reasonable price (for London).

Booked this restaurant as we were staying at the hotel for a show at the Arena, and none of the restaurants in the LDO will accept bookings on event nights. Couldn't fault it - great service, extensive menu - mainly Italian -,reasonable prices and HUGE portions. We also had breakfast there the next morning and my non meat eating friend asked for a vegetarian breakfast. When it arrived it contained mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, hash browns, avocado, rocket and fried eggs, and she pronounced it delicious. I ate from the extensive buffet and there was absolutely nothing lacking. Will definitely be back next time we're in Wembley.

The food is superb, the service unmatched, and the prices are very fair and affordable! Highly reccomend checking this place out! My favorite (Which i ordered 3 different times during my stay in london) was the mushroom risotto.

There were 2 visits when I visited and the chef and French batista were amazingly kind and I thought wow this would be a great place to treat our elders to afternoon tea .spoke to the vchef he was just great .Went back last month the staff were changed but thought it was because it was an event day .Ate folks weren't as friendly so thought extra staff for an event day .Till last Friday popped in on way shopping to see the chef and encountered rudeness of the new management. Asked for the chef .The new manager a dark haired middle eastern man used his body to block my entrance. Treated as if I was something under his shoe .His behaviour amazed me to the point I complained. Sadly he is now the new restaurant manager and he won't keep staff because he treats them just as bad .The previous team were great .Infact it's a long time since I saw this attitude as he told me this hotel could not be for us try somewhere else .imagine .

Was in Wembley for a show and couldn’t get into any restaurants in the outlet centre so decided to head to the high street. Found this restaurant which was great - even though they were visibly full they opened up a covered / heated outside area for my small group and approximately 6 others.

What a find. Amazing Italian food which was cooked fresh. Wine was great. Waiter was friendly. Very reasonable price.

We had a very nice meal in here,even though the menu not vast there was enough to choose from.very nice place clean and service very good.

Our second visit while staying at Holiday Inn.First class steak with good sauce.Decent wine at a fair price,very good service.Well done.

Excellent 3 courses, for a family celebration,we had sea bass, steaks, & pasta dishes, and one of the best cheese cakes we have tasted. Waiter was attentive and helpful. Everything was spotless, and excellent toilets facilities. A pleasant surprise and an excellent experience by our party of 6. Will certainly use again when going to the stadium.

LOVELY DECOR, DELICIOUS FOOD ATTENTIVE SERVICE ...5 STAR

I stayed at the connected hotel and it was my intention to go out for something to eat but as it was getting late I thought I'd give it a try. I have to say the service, food and pricing were all excellent. Okay, the place wasn't that busy but it was still a good experience. The calamari was fantastic as a starter, so when the spaghetti carbonara turned up I wondered how much of thus huge dish that i could devour. Needless to say i only managed just over half, so beware large portions.

Booked a table after attending the FA Cup final and nearly just walked past as was not set up as a restaurant - just random tables and lots of football fans drinking out of plastic glasses.

stayed in St George's Hotel, the La Regina is inside of the hotel served fosters lager £4.60 in Plastic glasses only had an English Breakfast which was ok,

I took my Mother in law here today for afternoon tea as it was her 75th birthday. What an absolute horrible experience and let down it was. We were the only customers in the restaurant that should of alerted us to what was about to follow !

Came here with work and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Whilst we waited for everyone to arrived we were offered lovely canapés. My meal was amazing. Calamari to start which was a very decent portion and the risotto was actually the best I have ever eaten! The staff couldn't do enough for us. Thankyou so much.... We will be back!

Overpriced Pasta, Nothing to write home about, give it a miss. Leaves one very short of good Italian Restaurant. Don't bother very expensive for basic dishes.

I came here for a work dinner last week. There were 22 of us and the staff could not be more welcoming from the second we got there. They gave us some canapes whilst we were waiting for everyone to arrive which was a lovely bonus. Each course was delicious and cooked perfectly especially the risotto for the main course. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

We took 22 staff members here last Wednesday just for a chance to catch up. The manager, Rafik, and his staff could not do enough for us, excellent service. There was a few delays with our group arriving so we were given a few canapés whilst waiting, we had pre ordered our food due to the large party and all the food was fantastic - 'the best fillet steaks' and 'amazing mushroom risotto' were just some of the comments from our group. Drinks were regularly topped up and there was no rush at all - thank you for a lovely relaxed evening - we will visit again.

We tried to arrange for afternoon, email came back saying yes with costs. Then when we emailed to confirm of 2 months no reply or to phone calls. Week before we were due to travel they sent email agreeing to the group booking. Nearly £23 for hard bread, we even asked if had been toasted ! Scones were hard on the outside dry on the inside. When we asked questions we were told it had all been made fresh 30 mins ago, well if it had it had been sat in the hot kitchen & not covered. Manager agreed to reduce price so ended up being £19 each for party of 11 disappointed ladies still feel a little robbed

Booked dinner after the Sarries game (we won so everybody happy). Slightly bemused look from the waitress when we arrived but soon sorted and seated. All the food we had was very nice, a variety of pastas and meat dishes. One waiter on duty but he was great, fast service even though the place was full. The restaurant has a view of Wembley Stadium station for a quick getaway and will be a regular stop each time we come.

I have booked a diner for a group of around 25 people. Everything was well arranged before hand. Digital communication was clear and responses sent rather quickly. The group was very happy with a great food and a very customer minded and professional service.

Fresh food, great service and great location. This was a large party booking (17 people) with important guests. We had to dine in Wembley for business reasons and now know this restaurant is without a doubt the best in the area.

Booked a table. Arrived on time and they were not ready. Took 10mins to seat us. Waiting staff speak little English and manager had to be called over to take our order. Food was undercooked and had to be sent back. Received back and was awful. No steak knife given with steak either. And had the audacity to charge 15% service charge. Would never go again!!

Came here with a group of friends to watch a match at the stadium. The restaurant is literally just across the road. Great atmosphere and great pizza at a good price.

The restaurant is really beautiful and the waiters were really friendly at the beginning. We had a Antipasto Misto which I would call a funny joke. Two pieces of a tasteless ham which has never seen Italy, a Prusciutto which is not really good and a Salami tasting ok. No cheese no vegetables... ok... My girlfriend had a Risotto with chicken, that was ok... My Pizza was far away from delicious... From the point the waiter cleared the table we had empty glasses and no one came to ask if we want something to drink a dessert or the bill for more than 15 minutes. After the fifth time the waiter passed our table without asking us if we want another drink or something else. I took the initiative and asked for the menu and something to drink. We ordered a chocolate cake and panna cotta... I have never tasted such a tasteless panna cotta... it was just a panna cotta on a white small plate without any decorations... The chocolate cake was ok, also without decorations...

This hotel restaurant is so cute and pretty! The staff were amazing, very patient, didn't let us rush which was perfect for those catch-up lunches! It wasn't very busy which is ideal but the decor is very nice! The food was really tasty! Highly recommend!

My friend and i booked and afternoon tea with free flowing champagne for 1.5 hours

We chose The Regina Restaurant at the St George Hotel Wembley for its special unlimited champagne afternoon tea offer, unfortunately the offer is misleading and the offer is for a bottle of champagne between 2 diners. When we asked whether indeed it was unlimited champagne we were told it was, however when the first bottle was empty is took the waiter 10 minutes to find another bottle. After the second bottle the waiter informed us that there was no more, we explained that we'd dined on an unlimited offer and that we wouldn't be paying if that was not what was provided. After a further 15 minutes a third bottle arrived but it was a different brand to the original 2 bottles and it was not very good - extremely dry and sour. After all the hassle with the champagne unfortunately we cannot praise the food either. The sandwiches were not delicate triangles but typical lunch box half slices. The scones were burnt and hadn't risen and the pastries/desserts were bland. We will not be going back and will in future stick with the Hotels on Park Lane offering afternoon tea.

Disappointed by the calamari - the batter was just wrong! However, the steak was amazing. Hubby enjoyed his meal. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

The food is very simple and absolutely delicious. It is a pure example of fine dining. I have been there twice and the staff was polite and friendly as well.

Excellent food, really nice decor and very comfortable. If you are a guest in the hotel this is where you will have breakfast. Restaurant is open at night as an Italian Restaurant and the choices and prices are very reasonable

Friday 4th November 1645pm lovely and quiet! Lovely food and friendly staff. The meals where filling. Only critism is the cheesecake to use a strawberry coulis instead of strawberry sauce, and an option for plain vanilla cheesecake. Overall would recommend and we will be back!

After reading some positive reviews I was glad I had booked here prior to a concert , however I was disappointed , the menu was limited ( due to gig ) service poor and food was adequate only . I wont be recommending here.

What a way to start our vacation! This was a brilliant restaurant to kick start our 2 weeks of traipsing around England and Europe! The bartender / server was beyond amazing across the board on service, food recommendations and how to navigate all the transportation vices this city holds. Daniel was spot on ! Also , one must note that he appeared completely genuine and was patient with all the questions we posed especially about directions. My parents who can be very difficult to please was impressed by Daniiel and specially requested he was our server on our 2nd dinner there. A must visit especially if you are in the Wembley Stadium area. I repeat food and service are top notch!

We are staying at the hotel which has great rooms and service. The hotel has delicious food. Spaghetti carbonara is yummy! Fabulous service.

Went after rugby final. Limited menu due to match? Couldn't have a glass for beer just plastic but could for wine even though sitting in restaurant having not a cheap meal. Had to promt staff to order even though not busy. Ordered olives to nibble whilst waiting for meal which didn't arrive, no veg with steaks just few potatoes & lettuce leaves. Pasta OK, but have had much better service in other restaurants. Certainly wouldn't have left the 10% tip which was added to the bill at the end given the choice.
