Our Go To Dessert Spot Having been a long time fan of Urban Chocolatier, we visited this branch to try their new menu which contained: Pistachio - Misu, Doughnut Bread Pudding, Chocolate Pistachio Kunafa Sizzler, Biscoff Sponge Cake and Mango Milk Cake. The Pistachio Sizzler and the Mango Milk Cake were to die for. The Biscoff Sponge Cake was my partner’s absolute favourite. We also tried the Pistachio Affogato and hot chocolate. Both were five star 🌟 The received the firendliest service ever from Kaushal-nick!

Staff is very friendly. They look after each and every customer Same way like family.

Regular customer here and have never had any complaints. Service is always rlly rapid. And the deserts are some of the best I have ever had. The affordable prices make it even better. The waiters are super nice and really compliant and ready to fix any slight imperfection. 10/10. Kaushal especially is my favourite waiter. 😍

Came here last week got the double stuffed biscoff cookie dough. Amazing came Back again this week with my boys got churros cookie dough and cheesecake . Very good desserts . Very good service

I came twice and it was good, the man at the till had good recommendations and excellent service.

Had a terrible experience this evening here, waffles hard as anything and churros also hard as rocks and when i told the waiter they said ‘well this is how we make them’. Reluctant to solve issue and saying im only complaining for a refund?? When i simply asked for them to just make it again as i did not even eat anything. Rude staff and Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you fancy eating stones.

The food was sooo good best dessert shop ever

The double stuffed Nutella cookie dough was very nice and sweet - especially when paired with the pistachio sweet sauce and ice cream. Very well balanced. Good for sharing between 2! The strawberry chocolate crepe was also nice and good reviews from my friend too. Service was nice as well with a set of kind staff that one of which offered me tasters, and another that was very friendly and welcoming. Great overall

A Heaven for Deserts! Exceptional place to be with the family, nice place to hangout on the weekends with the kids. They have great offerings when it comes to gelato and cakes. Khushi especially was just amazing 🫶🏻 She’s great with the customers and has really been an excellent host to us.

Great service and good gelato options... Ferrero was on point, made the school boy error however by not trying the red velvet gelato beforehand - not for my tastebuds. Vegan salted caramel fudge cake was decadent AF.

I recently visited Urban Chocolatier and treated myself to their strawberry milkshake—and wow, it did not disappoint! It was creamy, perfectly sweet, and full of fresh strawberry flavor. The texture was smooth and thick, just the way I like it. The staff were absolutely fantastic, super friendly with big smiles, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a sweet treat. I’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a delicious, refreshing milkshake.

Poor Quality of cakes, I bought red velvet cake and it was so hard looked like I'm eating a brick. When I told to the manager he said you could have used microwave oven... The guy works in Wembley branch apparently looks manager but I'm not sure what he has a very poor customer service and I would never recommend to go to that place if you wanna eat fresh

Got the mini doughnuts, San Sebastián chocolate cheesecake & pistachio milk cake. My top fav was definitely the milk cake & the mini doughnuts. San Sebastián was average, not for me personally.

When I received the food, the milkshake was spilled all over the bag. I also noticed that the cup had a split in it. When I called the restaurant, they were rude and unhelpful.

It was lovely coming to this place, the sundaes were huge and they were so good we forgot to take the picture before we ate. There are plenty of options for all the tastes, and if you don't like desserts too sweet then the fruit sorbets are just the thing for you! Also kudos to the staff for letting us stay very late, I deeply appreciate you. Surely coming again with friends!

Kaushal was amazing. Food was amazing. It’s a 10/10. The food came fast as well. And for the price, the size is actually good. So is the taste. Kaushal was very sweet and kind. Another thing is that normally the waffles from other places taste a bit of egg. But here it was juts so tasty and sweet….no taste of eggs.

i must say that I was filled with utter regret when ordering ‘red velvet freak shake’. However it later came to my attention that this regret was to be short lived due to the incorporating fact that the picture of the product, on the menu was indeed false. This brought me deep pain and as a result of this I did infact not enjoy my food. I would also like to add to this very thought out review that during the end quarter of my stay at the premises, a staff member approached my table with someone else’s order. I did not mind this as we are all human and all make small mistakes. However, what happened next shocked me, I thought it was an appropriate moment to ‘crack a joke’ and therefore I responded to the staff member with: “No that is not ours, but I will take anyways” I would like to add that I said this while chuckling in an attempt to make it clear of my joke. But, the staff member in a manner of extreme rudeness, gave me an extraordinary dirty look. I must say I was dumbfounded at this encounter and immediately left the shop in an attempt to escape the quickly escalating situation. I now hold a sovereign grudge against this company. I must ask dear readers; am I not able to make a joke on New Year’s Day?

Amazing and delicious milkshake served by very friendly kaushalnick

The driver attempted to walk into my house he opened the door as I unlocked it and stepped into my house uninvited after I had already expressed my concerns with him opening the door.

They kept me waiting 25 minutes for 1 Hotcholate and 1 Shake they saw I was waiting and they were talking to their friends and colleagues in their language.
