A Heaven for Deserts! Exceptional place to be with the family, nice place to hangout on the weekends with the kids. They have great offerings when it comes to gelato and cakes. Khushi especially was just amazing 🫶🏻 She’s great with the customers and has really been an excellent host to us.

Great service and good gelato options... Ferrero was on point, made the school boy error however by not trying the red velvet gelato beforehand - not for my tastebuds. Vegan salted caramel fudge cake was decadent AF.

I recently visited Urban Chocolatier and treated myself to their strawberry milkshake—and wow, it did not disappoint! It was creamy, perfectly sweet, and full of fresh strawberry flavor. The texture was smooth and thick, just the way I like it. The staff were absolutely fantastic, super friendly with big smiles, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a sweet treat. I’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a delicious, refreshing milkshake.

Poor Quality of cakes, I bought red velvet cake and it was so hard looked like I'm eating a brick. When I told to the manager he said you could have used microwave oven... The guy works in Wembley branch apparently looks manager but I'm not sure what he has a very poor customer service and I would never recommend to go to that place if you wanna eat fresh

Got the mini doughnuts, San Sebastián chocolate cheesecake & pistachio milk cake. My top fav was definitely the milk cake & the mini doughnuts. San Sebastián was average, not for me personally.

When I received the food, the milkshake was spilled all over the bag. I also noticed that the cup had a split in it. When I called the restaurant, they were rude and unhelpful.

It was lovely coming to this place, the sundaes were huge and they were so good we forgot to take the picture before we ate. There are plenty of options for all the tastes, and if you don't like desserts too sweet then the fruit sorbets are just the thing for you! Also kudos to the staff for letting us stay very late, I deeply appreciate you. Surely coming again with friends!

Kaushal was amazing. Food was amazing. It’s a 10/10. The food came fast as well. And for the price, the size is actually good. So is the taste. Kaushal was very sweet and kind. Another thing is that normally the waffles from other places taste a bit of egg. But here it was juts so tasty and sweet….no taste of eggs.

i must say that I was filled with utter regret when ordering ‘red velvet freak shake’. However it later came to my attention that this regret was to be short lived due to the incorporating fact that the picture of the product, on the menu was indeed false. This brought me deep pain and as a result of this I did infact not enjoy my food. I would also like to add to this very thought out review that during the end quarter of my stay at the premises, a staff member approached my table with someone else’s order. I did not mind this as we are all human and all make small mistakes. However, what happened next shocked me, I thought it was an appropriate moment to ‘crack a joke’ and therefore I responded to the staff member with: “No that is not ours, but I will take anyways” I would like to add that I said this while chuckling in an attempt to make it clear of my joke. But, the staff member in a manner of extreme rudeness, gave me an extraordinary dirty look. I must say I was dumbfounded at this encounter and immediately left the shop in an attempt to escape the quickly escalating situation. I now hold a sovereign grudge against this company. I must ask dear readers; am I not able to make a joke on New Year’s Day?

The driver attempted to walk into my house he opened the door as I unlocked it and stepped into my house uninvited after I had already expressed my concerns with him opening the door.

They kept me waiting 25 minutes for 1 Hotcholate and 1 Shake they saw I was waiting and they were talking to their friends and colleagues in their language.

This dessert shop is located on Wembley High Street and is very easy to find, it’s just a 10 mins walk from the underground station. They had a wide selection of desserts, and I ended up choosing a sundae. However, it felt a bit too sweet for my taste, and the drinks were quite average.
