This is my first night here, it's unbearable here, the windows can only be opened by tilting them. The air conditioning has a dirty filter. There is still dirt everywhere on the carpet. The 4-person room has miserable extra beds. The carpet is secured in some places with duct tape. The bathroom is miserable. The flushing is bad, the bathtub/shower is dirty and everything is calcified and it also looks like mold in some places. (I'm not sure but it's disgusting.) It's almost impossible to sleep with the window rolled up because there are cars and motorcycles on the road all the time. Crime is probably quite high here in this town, so you have to be afraid to walk around in groups in the evenings. I'm on a school trip here and I don't know how anyone would come up with the idea of booking this hotel, look at the reviews and everything they say is true (90% of the reviews say the things I just listed.) DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! It is the worst hotel I have ever seen with this miserable location where the only positive thing is the train connection.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week. 1st arrival: The first impression is not really good. The facade is divided into 2 parts. One part has the new front, the main part the old facade, which just doesn't look appealing. The rooms were relatively old, but clean. We had a 3-bed room, which wasn't a 3-bed room, but a 2-bed room with a folding bed and an extremely soft mattress where you could feel every single spring. The bed sheet was old. After I complained to the manager, an extremely friendly and helpful chambermaid named Elena came (this woman should get a promotion for her likeable character), who took great care to fix the problem. I didn't get a real bed, but a newer folding bed with a new mattress, which ended up being better than those of my roommates (adult beds with very soft mattresses with spring cores). The hotel corridors are poorly ventilated in summer. The hotel was quiet at night. The windows can only be tilted, but there is a portable air conditioning system. There is also a kettle (with tea and coffee bags) and a safe. The simple breakfast consists of small fruit yoghurts, milk (lactose-free milk on request), ham, cheese, jams, chocolate rice, cornflakes, clusters, canned fruit, butter and white/whole grain toast slices. For the actual "English" breakfast that you expect in the morning you have to pay 5 pounds extra! The staff were friendly at all times. This consists of shriveled sausages, tomato slices, breaded triangles (vegetables?), bacon and baked beans. The dining room looks old but well maintained. The hotel is 5 minutes (walking distance) from a Lidl, McDonalds and other shops (important if you only have the "simple" breakfast every morning), and 7 minutes from "Wembley Park" station. Nearby (10min) there is the large Wembley Station, Wembley Arena & Wembley Outlet with many shops and restaurants.

The rooms online look bright airey and clean, nothing could be further from the truth !!!! We took out stuff into our room and went out straight away. My partner was almost in tears. We went and found another hotel and booked in to there. When I returned I collected our stuff and went and checked out. I wasn't even asked what was wrong. Would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were looking forward to a nice school trip to London. But when we stood in front of the Wembley International Hotel we were shocked. First about the exterior facade: The picture of the facade that you can find here on Google is not up to date. All the mirror tiles were removed, so the facade was made of concrete and ugly metal struts. The window frames were also so yellowed that it just looked sad from the outside. You immediately felt uncomfortable. The reception was okay, the sports bar was unfortunately run down. About the rooms: We had a four-person room, but were given a two-person room in which two folding beds were placed so that there was no space to move around and we had to squeeze through the hotel room. The mattresses were completely worn out and hard. After the first night, my back pain was so severe that I had to go to bed with my roommate. The windows didn't open properly, so you couldn't ventilate. The air was always stuffy. The air filter in the corner, which was extremely yellow and covered in dust, didn't help either. The bathroom also left a lot to be desired. The shower and the faucet were very calcified and you can't shower well because there is only one shower head, which protrudes two meters high from the wall. Some of the tiles were broken and the toilet flush sometimes didn't work. Keeping yourself hygienically clean here was very difficult and unpleasant. Unfortunately, there was also a garbage bag in the hotel hallway for 3 days that contained something disgusting smelling (possibly full diapers) and so the hallway smelled worse from day to day. For breakfast: We had booked breakfast for 13 pounds and were looking forward to a delicious, balanced meal. However, there was only cereal, a canned fruit salad, yogurt, toast and dry croissants. When we wanted to help ourselves to potato rostis and fried beans, sausages, etc., we were very rudely informed several times in a row that you could only buy these with an upgrade of 5 pounds and were sent away again. Afterwards we were watched critically by the staff the whole time. When we wanted to get water and juice from the dispenser, we noticed that the water had unfortunately been filled with tap water and therefore tasted inedible of chlorine and salt. You really shouldn't drink something like that if you want to stay healthy. The juice was also made from a syrup mixed with tap water. From day three of our 5-day stay we decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Another critical point is that the entire staff treated us very unfriendly, even though we didn't behave in a conspicuous or disrespectful manner. When we sat down in the lobby we were looked at and watched just as badly as we had been at breakfast. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Anyone who goes here on a school trip can expect a lot... Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't deserve the three stars, even the locals laughed when we said we were sleeping at Wembley International.

Never, but never think about renting at this hotel. The hotel is too old, it does not have A/C, the plug to charge your cell phone is broken, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom is in terrible condition, the bed is uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi works intermittently. Breakfast is limited per ticket, but it is good, the parking area is also ample. The attention and staff are a little irritable when you ask a question and they know they can't resolve the situation.

Rooms are tired looking but comfortable. Probably the highest powered jet of water from the shower I've ever seen. Location great for Wembley Stadium

The only plus point is the location, close to the metro. The rooms are a disaster, hair in the bathtub 🤢, dirty windows, walls and carpet. Furniture destroyed. The breakfast was terrible, I have never experienced anything like it: there was toast, cheese, ham and butter, as well as croissants, jam and fruit yogurts of rather poor quality. The internet isn't the best either.

Rooms were a bit tired and shabby, but seemed clean enough and came with basic amenities - you get what you pay for i guess. Came with free continental breakfast which was decent but the staff in the restaurant made us uncomfortable. They were stood around watching us like hawks and were generally passive agressive which was quite off putting. The staff at the front desk however seemed nice.

Chewing gum and blood on the walls (literally), it smells really bad, blood and cum on the beds. The food tastes bad and you even have to pay 4 pouns extra fot scrambled eggs! Also there are weird stains on the ceiling. The neighborhood is very dirty and smells like weed. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Location was alright but there were pee stains on my mattress, the bathroom was full of mould and the lights didn’t work properly as they would not turn off unless keycard was taken out. Had friends in the next room over and it was even worse than mine. All decided to sleep in my room, that’s 8 people in 3 beds. 1 of those beds being temporary and constantly sliding apart, got the most sleep out of all of us with 6 hours, most got 2 at best.

Have to say this Hotel is so very run down. Don’t get me wrong the room was spotless but all fixtures and fittings are very tired and need updating. But having said that we only had one night there and booked for a three course dinner in the empire. The food was delicious and served to us by very welcoming staff. Breakfast too was delightful and everything you needed. It’s close proximity to the Wembley stadium I’m sure is what reflects in the price but we did know this before we booked. As I said a very tired Hotel but there is no reflection on any of the staff as they are all very professional and courteous.

Had a few pre-concert drinks in here and a sandwich from the bar menu, neither were expensive. It's nor the biggest bar but it was clean and comfortable.

My wife and myself were going to see a Fat Boy Slim concert at the SSE Arena Wembley and we went into the Mirage Bar and Restaurant. Very friendly staff and have superb meal deals. We had the traditional British fish and chips and The Wembley Burger, absolutely delicious and superb value for money. We will be back.
