The pizza order was made fresh whilst we waited and we didn’t wait too long. There are seats to sit. The shop was clean. There were cold drinks in the fridge. The staff were friendly and happy to tell you what offers were available and what the best deal was. We will return.

….. in the same premises it occupied years ago. We received a promotional leaflet with options of 50 or 60% off depending on amount spend. Here lies the crux, no matter how nice a pizza may be, without discounts they are nearly sit down restaurant prices as opposed to takeaway prices. Regardless of prices our stuff crust, half double pepperoni, half Mexican pizza with the lovely and tasty soft pizza dough was great. A let down was the garlic dip that came with it, I couldn’t eat it, it was like butter, horrible. If your looking for a great pizza though, and can afford it (to be fair the cost of living is effecting everywhere) then Papa Johns unique pizza is worth a shot.

Placed an online order for delivery. It Didn’t arrive, rang store to be told 30 mins. Still didn’t arrive, tried ringing, the phone was ringing out - being ignored. Pizza arrived nearly two hours later, barely warm, at this point were tucking into something we quickly cooked thinking we weren’t going to get anything from Papa John, it went straight in the bin. Contacted head office for refund, same ignorance as store, no response. Best advice, avoid, unless you enjoy throwing your hard earned cash away.

70 Ocean RoadA party of 20 for a special birthday family celebration. Booked in advance. Sent orders in advance. What a shambles. Service was slow and poor, food came out with long periods between each diners meal resulting in some sitting for ages waiting for their food whilst others finished theirs. . Food was awful except pizzas and garlic breads and salad. Manager was uncooperative when discussing issues. When food was sent back it was recooked not replaced. Atmosphere was flat. Not recommended.

2 Prince Consort RoadTurned up earlier than expected was greatest by friendly staff. Table was small for just 2 people but hey ho, once seated a waiter came over and took mine and my wives orders. Bottle of wine and a nelson Mandela (Stella) Starters came. Calamari & potato skins Both 10/10 can't go wrong After we indulged in our Italian starters the plates were quickly swept away by a waitress, within a couple of minutes our mains had arrived. Somewhat to quick from just digesting the starters but each to there own. Mains now. Half and half (got to keep the wife happy) Steak pizza Parmesan chicken pasta Pizza was perfect though my moaning murtle of a wife said it tasted burnt. Pasta was easily one of the nicest I've ate locally in my 55 years of presence. We waited a mere 3 minutes which felt like eternity and had to barter a waitress to supply our demand for parmesan and black pepper, which our wishes were granted. Bill came swiftly after washed down with a shot of baileys courtesy of the staff at Mambo II Highly recommend for local foodie and travellers. Please find images attached
