waited about 2 hours got told they were at my door and knocked i know they werent very unhappy i also paid £5.99 for free delivery for 90 days

as if it takes over two hours to make two wraps and deliver them, takeaway is a joke 😂

When you ring them they just give you false information

5 slices of cold 12"pizza n hardley no meat in the tray of kebab likke the driver ate some of my order tried to call and kept geting hung up on ween ask to speak to manager wen geting an answer

unfortunately my order was wrong I orderd margarita pizza and got pepperoni orderd chilli and garlic and got two garlic so was disappointed

chips weren't the best, pizza's & garlic bread were nice

Honestly such tasty pizzas and really reasonable prices

it's was 10 to 15 minutes but there were missing a driver but it didn't matter it was lovely and hot thank you great service thanks .

Absolute joke food never turned up after constantly ringing we were just told the same thing “there on way” after an hour and a half we just gave up and asked for a refund don’t bother with this place

We order for here a lot, the food is always lovely but the past few times the food has been late. Maybe it’s a busy period.

Ordered online, did not get a notification to say food was ready. Food was sat at the end of the counter waiting when I just went to go and see where it was. Food was stone cold and they really need to look at the quality of the burger, unfortunately I got a mouthful of grit with the first bite. Never ordered anything else before this was my first time.

I seen the worker drop the wrap bread on the floor and a piece of chicken and he put it back on the cooker and cooked it for customer avoid

Order food, get given a delivery time, the fail to keep it, give a much later delivery time, fail to keep that, then when I ring, its not even left shop. Then when I say I want to cancel order, its apparently my fault they make repeated false claims and I should have ordered earlier despite their not keeping the delivery times they advised. No apologies or anything for their failures. Avoid this shop if you actually want to get any food

Spot on food every time and delivery always early keep it up

ordered our food at 6:45pm. expected it to be delivered betweeb 7:25-7:45pm (time the app stated). 7:45pm came and gone so rang the shop around 7:55pm. I was told that the driver has just left and will be with house soon. fine fair enough, we waited.. another 25 minutes passed (we only live 5-10 minutes away fro. the shop) so i ring again. I was told the driver is on his way. 5 mins later the drivers arrived to tell me he was aasked to deliver quickly and only just left the shop.

Pizza Needed put back in the oven for like 5 mins but it was okay, Normally alot better tho and the delivery woman was aps miserable, Usually a 10/10

the pizza was very rubbery not sure if it was too much cheese or the type of cheese but really wasnt pleasant (on both bbq pizza and cheese only) the rest of the food was nice tho, however i was missing my garlic sauce

I pre ordered at about 4.00 to make sure we had it at a certain time so we could sit and watch a film thinking it's not a last minute order should be on-time , had a notification to say drivee on his way not sure which way he went as it was 40 minutes later. I could have walked along quicker to collect it. this is the second or third time from here and you pay alot for delivery it should be on-time or at least near not 45 minutes late without even an apology.

Ordered on uber eats and food never arrived. Called them up to ask for an update and got told it would be a few minutes waited another 20 minutes and still no delivery. Called them back to get told the driver was out with it and when I asked to cancel the order they started to shout and give abuse down the phone and hang up and then not answering the phone again

Used to be great now there absolutely rubbish and always use the same excuse of being busy every time you ring, yet theres about 8 plus workers in there daily. Wont be ordering again in a hurry

Well where do I start. After playing pool match in Boldon we got back to the Ben Lomond to late. Being hungry my, well known mate, and I, went to this establishment. My friend who actually worked on their set up and comes in to engineering problems said he's my mate look after him. I wasn't expecting anything but when I asked for salad with my mixed kebab and garlic comments were passed as a joke even the responsible lad behind the bar of the place joking with my mate and taking £1 off. Ok nothing to worry about eh? Having ordered the mixed kebab, I was asked do you want onions and peppers, my reply yes. Why? Because it's part of the order!!!! So watching the same responsible person putting two pincers of kebab meet into a silver food tray meant nothing to me, until I got home. Opening up a tray the same I realised that it was indeed what I'd seen filled with extras of onion and pepper before the other meat. Why was I asked about this and if I'd said no would the poor portion have been better. The fact there was two pitta made no difference to me, one was enough, they didn't ask me about that and change or add more elsewhere. Opening further I found the salad, normal and expected until the sauce. The sauce they and my mate had joked about wasn't garlic but chilli. Even the fact that they'd joked about the order they couldn't get it right. I didn't expect to get any special service but my mate who has done so much for them just wanted them to respect his request. I care that he hasn't had the response he hoped for but even worse for me, STANDING IN THE SHOP PLACING AN ORDER, AND THEY STILL COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT. Spoilt my meal and night.

Lovely food first class service

recently started ordering from here and it's now the only place we will order pizzas from. take aways in our house are a rare treat so finding somewhere decent and lovely is a must. there was a bit of a mix up with an order on Saturday eve but I called the shop spoke to the manager who was amazing I have to add and all resolved. what more can you ask for!! I would highly recommend best pizza as that's exactly what they are!! gorgeous food, delivered on time, piping hot, and fantastic staff.

Had a delivery a few weeks ago that arrived a bit late and was not hot, they had been having a very busy night, phoned up to complain about this, they could not have been more understanding and apologetic and told me next time I wanted to order to ring them direct and I would receive my order free of charge, did this tonight and the food was piping hot and delicious. Everyone has their bad days but the customer service was excellent and more than made up for the previously delayed food. I will be using best pizza again

Took 3 hrs to get my order. was expecting 1 hour cause said busy. rang 3 times got on its way, will be 20 minutes, sorry for delay. finally got order and most was cold. cheesy chips was basically a solid block.

Worst Parmesan I have had, Chicken was over done/burnt around the sides and very little cheese on top of chicken maybe 60% covering the chicken. No Bechamel sauce at all and was so dry and over cooked. Will not return
