food was exceptional as alway happy service and delivery very polite

I was told my order would be delivered at 9.30 by 9.45 i rang the shop, i was assured it would be there soon. It finally arrived at 10.05 & it was stone cold, parts were not edible.

Unfortunately I ordered 2 cans off coke and they delivered Pepsi which I can’t stand this is the only reason I dropped a couple off stars as was disappointed and had to make another trip to shops to compensate

Never a bad meal from here when we order. Only slight downfall tonight was that the pitta breads were rock hard but can't complain much as the food was piping hot and arrived early

My Mrs ordered from here by mistake, but the food was hot and fresh, got here a lot quicker than we expected and it was really nice.

I ordered at 20:20 and by 22:00 nothing turned up so rang restaurant and was told it was on the way and 20 minutes later still nothing, order didn’t even turn up

Paid for extra pepperoni on the pizza and didn't receive also. The chicken was stone cold and tiny little bits not the usual standards from here

Good good always but My order wasn’t correct when I got home, I paid for a 14” GB with Cheese but only got Plain GB, £3.25 difference and my son wasn’t happy.

Pizza base was not fresh and was cold all chicken was burnt not to the standard it normally is

Waited 2 hours plus for food rang takeout at 10pm to be told it was out for delivery didn’t arrive till 11:10pm was freezing cold and wasn’t edible due to it being cold chips were like eating chips that were left from the night before

Free garlic bread never arrived, kebab meat and pizzas were incredibly greasy. quite disappointed. Food has went downhill in quality lately. Time to unfortunately look elsewhere from now on.

When ordered the time was up to 90 mins for delivery turns out it it was more like over 2 hours, food turned up cold

order was over an hour late. when I called the restaurant, the girl hung up on me and ignored all my calls. when it finally arrived it was stone cold and I was offered a laughable £4.50 credit. I had to reheat all the pizza and mozzarella sticks myself. terrible service all round.

took two hours to arrive, ordered 18:58pm said it was due 8:20pm and turned up at 9pm. food was basically cold/slightly warm. disappointed.

waited about 2 hours got told they were at my door and knocked i know they werent very unhappy i also paid £5.99 for free delivery for 90 days

When you ring them they just give you false information

as if it takes over two hours to make two wraps and deliver them, takeaway is a joke 😂

5 slices of cold 12"pizza n hardley no meat in the tray of kebab likke the driver ate some of my order tried to call and kept geting hung up on ween ask to speak to manager wen geting an answer

unfortunately my order was wrong I orderd margarita pizza and got pepperoni orderd chilli and garlic and got two garlic so was disappointed

chips weren't the best, pizza's & garlic bread were nice

We order for here a lot, the food is always lovely but the past few times the food has been late. Maybe it’s a busy period.

Ordered online, did not get a notification to say food was ready. Food was sat at the end of the counter waiting when I just went to go and see where it was. Food was stone cold and they really need to look at the quality of the burger, unfortunately I got a mouthful of grit with the first bite. Never ordered anything else before this was my first time.

I seen the worker drop the wrap bread on the floor and a piece of chicken and he put it back on the cooker and cooked it for customer avoid

Order food, get given a delivery time, the fail to keep it, give a much later delivery time, fail to keep that, then when I ring, its not even left shop. Then when I say I want to cancel order, its apparently my fault they make repeated false claims and I should have ordered earlier despite their not keeping the delivery times they advised. No apologies or anything for their failures. Avoid this shop if you actually want to get any food

Never had any problems. I love the loaded fries they’re so cheesy just how I like them.
