The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Italian food

Hi I ordered a pasta carbonara and am really disappointed with it. Although the delivery was fast, yet the short wait was far from being worth for it… You can nearly see bacons in there, yet when you’re lucky enough to see some tiny little chuncks of bacon you feel disappointed with those having been boiled as opposed to having been grilled and coming out crunchy…. No flavours at all and felt like I have been ripped off….. Also the carbonara sauce is nothing like the ones cooked in restaurants, instead it more feel like a ready-industrial pot of carbonara sauce that has been poured on boiled pastas…. Foodies, avoid the disappointment

Disgusting coffee. The lady was unfriendly. We was sitting inside at the table and she prepare for us takeaway coffee not even ask if we want sit in. Very disappointed.

El invierno pasado gané el sorteo en su cuenta de Instagram. Después de varias semanas de conversar con su equipo sobre la entrega de mi premio, ¡fui bloqueado! Se negaron a enviar mi premio a Bielorrusia porque es muy caro (por cierto, no había ciertos requisitos sobre la ubicación) Todavía no puedo contactarlos ni en Instagram / Facebook ni en el sitio web, ignoran todas mis cartas. A pesar de tener un té maravilloso, no podía recomendar ese lugar.

Appalling attitude and service from owner. Upon entry no greeting just a miserable old woman with a face like a pitbull chewing a wasp, pointed To the board and said the flavours are on there. When asked to taste a sample of the Vanilla for the kids (Which wasn’t on the board!) The old lady behind the counter with a disgusting attitude said “Vanilla is Vanilla!” Well if that’s the case why an earth would I pay nearly £4 for a fussy child to have a tiny scoop of your “Just Vanilla” if it tastes just like everywhere else! Walked out without buying, absolute ignorance and rudeness was bewildering from a shop clearly struggling as it is empty on most occasions i travel past.

Claramente, el personal no ha recibido su familiarización por estar en Yorkshire - una bolsa de té en una olla de té no logra una “preparación” de Yorkshire! Aparte de eso... el café y el bollo estaban bien.

Sólo quería decir que asistimos a un 13 cumpleaños pasado fin de semana y estuvo genial, el personal no podía hacer más para ayudar. Fue un gran ambiente con un gran equilibrio para jóvenes adolescentes. Recomiendo altamente este hotel para cualquier función y la comida era deliciosa y disfrutamos de todo el mundo.

So disappointed and disgusted at the way my children were treated here today! Will never be back!! Keep your children away, seems like unless an adult is present they will leave feeling demoralised and demeaned by the rude man serving the ice-cream!! Be ashamed and do better!!

El hallazgo más encantador de Stroud Green Road, un pedazo de Italia en Finsbury Park. El servicio fue insuperable y nos recibieron como si fuéramos viejos amigos. Disfrutamos de 5 aperol spritz junto con las porciones más generosas del crostini cubierto. Completamente delicioso La visita más increíble y ¡DEFINITIVAMENTE volveremos! !

I went to the Kensington Church St shop today to buy food to take home for for dinner. I was there at about 1545 but the selection was already limited. I have had good (very expensive) dishes (meatballs, chicken with apple...) but none available, so bought the chicken satay. Very disappointing and nothing like the real thing. Nice fat chicken chunks on skewers, slightly grilled. Minimal evidence of marinade, tiny apology for peanut sauce, no spiciness. You get the message. Do it right, Sally, or not at all....

STAPLES FOUND IN FOOD I and my family are regular customers in the Briggate shop. On christmas eve, me, my mum and my 10 month old son had food, we ordered jacket potatoes. Half way through my meal after feeding some food to my son i ate into 2 staples. I immediately went to the server who refunded my money, after discussing to 2 female staff in the kitchen, who clearly was laughing about the situation. I emailed food safety standards, and meal deal directors. Ive had a response back today from the directors, that state people nearby saw me opening letters with staples on. I didn't have any letters at all nor did my mum, infact just on my phone and interacting with my son. I am taking this further to check their cctv, and taking appropriate steps forward. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- taking no liability.

Very Slow service got order wrong. Brough potatoes to table half way through meal. Charged £4 for hot can coke and at bill charged for extra can told taste card applied said was applied on bill but wasnt .

Every time I ring and order my food for collection it’s a different price. Apparently even when you ring the restaurant directly, collect your order and pay cash they are adding a surcharge. (This was the explanation I was given when I queried the price increase. I believe this is illegal!! People are struggling with the cost of living and when they treat their family to a takeaway they are being ripped off. It’s disgusting and downright wrong. I have banned all my family from going here. If you work hard for your money don’t line the pockets of these people. They don’t deserve our money. 😡

It was a pleasure to have coffee that was full of flavour without tasting bitter. Home baked Welsh Cakes were delicious. There were attractive views into the Main Street. The Art Deco interior made the stay even more worthwhile. Comfortable seating and a very clean interior were also noted. Had we been later we would have tried the wide selection of food on offer such as lemon meringue pie.

We ate lunch, both of us ordering different lunch specials. Both entrees were delicious. The tables are close together, busy and noisy. However, the food was tasty and the surrounding faded away!!! Worth the wait !
