Joe's Antipasti in Stockton-on-Tees

Just wanted to say we attended a 13th birthday party last weekend and it was brilliant, staff couldn't do enough to help. It was a great atmosphere with a great balance for young teenagers. Would highly recommend this for any function and the food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

Just wanted to give our thanks to Charlotte and the team at joe rigs for a brilliant christening reception. Outstanding value for money, great food, great atmosphere and fantastic service. Charlotte went out of her way to make sure all of our arrangements were made. Thank you so much for everything. We had a party of 50 people and joe rigs provided a great selection of pizzas, pastas, chicken wings and wedges. The food was superb. All of our guests passed on great comments. The service was excellent. We were consulted throughout around what was best for us. All in all a great day at a great venue and will definitely return again soon.

We were very early so the place was dead but it being our yearly get together it didnt bother us as we made our own atmosphere. We didnt know about the new menu but the waiters didnt bother to explain anything so we just ordered a starter and main as normal, thankfully it was very good and i really enjoyed the surf and turf skewers i had, 4.80 for a pint of larger was a little too expensive but As usual they were happy to cook for the member of our party with a nut allergy which is brilliant.

My husband and I decided to try the new menu here, I'm quite fussy and hard to please when eating out, this was delicious!! I can never decide what to have so the idea of tapas and a few small meals was perfect😀.. The staff were warm and welcoming and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely.. Will definately be returning here, it's just what Stockton needed..

Was quite suprised with theTapas style but a great selection if dishes. There was 4 of us so we ordered 4 starters 2 share & 5 mains with some different sides. The main dishes dont come with sides but are cheaper so adding a side order doesnt make the price anymore expensive than the old menu. Staff where very attentive & cudnt do enough 4 us. Will definatly return.

We came for tea on a friday night around 7.30. Only two other tables in. May be why all the staff were stood around the bar chatting an ignoring us. Eventually one waiter came over and explained the menu. The menu was strange from wat i gathered it was ment to be like tapas, but the waiter said it was better to just order one. None of this dishes came with sides they were extra. The food was brought to us by a very loud waitress there were only 8 of us on the table and 2 other couples in the room so it wasnt loud but everything was Shouted at us. Mine and my friends food was cooled so we we asked for it to be returned to the kitchen, it came bc to us extremly hot almost like the chef was taking the mick, unfortunatly the waitress couldnt remember which plate belonged to who. My other friends commented that the food was bland and only luke warm but nothing was offered to resolve this. All in all it was awful!
