Appalling attitude and service from owner. Upon entry no greeting just a miserable old woman with a face like a pitbull chewing a wasp, pointed To the board and said the flavours are on there. When asked to taste a sample of the Vanilla for the kids (Which wasn’t on the board!) The old lady behind the counter with a disgusting attitude said “Vanilla is Vanilla!” Well if that’s the case why an earth would I pay nearly £4 for a fussy child to have a tiny scoop of your “Just Vanilla” if it tastes just like everywhere else! Walked out without buying, absolute ignorance and rudeness was bewildering from a shop clearly struggling as it is empty on most occasions i travel past.

Best ice cream in London, an absolute must try. Unassuming shop in East Dulwich which serves homemade ice creams, flavours change depending on what has been made that week. My son gave it 👍👍

Fantastic gelato flavours, excellent, quick and efficient service. Informative when I asked a question about flavours. Great coffee!

Insane and inventive flavours along with old favourites. Plenty of vegan friendly sorbets too. Pricier than your average but excellent quality.

A - M - A - ZING helado y sorbete que hacen en el sitio con fruta real a diferencia de la mayoría de las otras heladerías (le pregunté al dueño de la tienda y esto es lo que me dijo) ¡DEBE INTENTARLO! ! !

Seriously, is this place having a laugh? Please avoid; here's why: We called in for milkshakes on a very hot afternoon in London. On entry we were met with completely uninterested service: no greeting, no welcome, just stares... to the point that I actually asked if the business was actually open. We ordered two milkshakes, for a total cost of £12.50. Now for that high price we expected decent-sized portions of thick, creamy, full-flavoured shakes. What we got were two carton cups (of the size you get when you order a large Americano coffee, but barely three-quarters full), of milk. There was no thick creamy shake; there was no flavour, no froth, no thickness. Just milk. That's not my idea of a milkshake. I'd chosen the apple ice-cream for my shake. I didn't see how much ice-cream went into it but it could not have been much. What also displeased me was the fact that the container used to make the shakes was not rinsed between shakes? What if one of us had an allergy to something in the other shake? And the plastic straws need to go. Having never runs business I do not have any business acumen. But this is not how you run a business. Perhaps that's why, on a very hot afternoon, the place was virtually empty. I won't return.

We have used this restaurant a number of times to cater for groups of between 40 and 60 people. Our experience has been first rate on each occasion. The menu offers great variety and is a perfect balance of quality and affordability. The service is friendly, flexible and thoroughly professional.
