Meal Deal - Albion Street - Leeds in Leeds

STAPLES FOUND IN FOOD I and my family are regular customers in the Briggate shop. On christmas eve, me, my mum and my 10 month old son had food, we ordered jacket potatoes. Half way through my meal after feeding some food to my son i ate into 2 staples. I immediately went to the server who refunded my money, after discussing to 2 female staff in the kitchen, who clearly was laughing about the situation. I emailed food safety standards, and meal deal directors. Ive had a response back today from the directors, that state people nearby saw me opening letters with staples on. I didn't have any letters at all nor did my mum, infact just on my phone and interacting with my son. I am taking this further to check their cctv, and taking appropriate steps forward. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- taking no liability.

Second visit first time had the jacket potato with beans and cheese best ever! Nice and soft and huge filling and last week just had a latte but very very good member of staff even bought it to my table not a problem I wasn’t eating such friendly happy staff excellent service favourite place to eat in Leeds and so lovely and central for my shopping

My first visit to the store: A couple of days ago I stopped by the store with two friends and we were amazed at the prices. The place looks very nice and clean. We ordered chicken baguette, ham and cheese panini and a Coffee. Everything was delicious. The only thing that disappointed in the place was the customer service from the cashier ... while I was in the queue waiting to order , I saw how the girl at the checkout cared more about looking pretty and playing with her hair down... (which I found very unhygienic since she is next to the food) than to serve well. When my turn came, It seems she didn’t wanted to take my order because of the attitude she took. I ordered a panini, a baguette and a Coffee , she immediately wrote it down on a piece of paper and when I went to pay he charged me only £2.79 which seemed too cheap and I asked her if it all cost that, and she asked me: what was your order ? So , Less than a minute ago I ordered and she didn’t know what was charging me? Apart from that inconvenience with the young cashier's lack of experience, everything else was spectacular !!

Impecable. . . . valor, calidad, servicio? Probé su desayuno y almuerzo. Tostadas, panini, patatas asadas, mis favoritas

Pasé por la tienda y me sorprendió ver una baguette que se vendía por 99 p, ¡pensé que no podía ser real! Al mirar más de cerca, pude ver que las ofertas no terminaban allí con una gran variedad de opciones para el almuerzo que satisfarían su estómago y presupuesto. ¡Conseguí la baguette de pollo a la barbacoa y estaba delicioso! ¡Estaba completamente cargado y por 99 p una auténtica ganga! ¡Definitivamente regresaré pronto para aprovechar al máximo estos increíbles precios!

For 1.99 I got a tuna baguette, fries and a can of drink, the baguette was loaded with tuna and the portions were a good size. Talk about value for your money! The people working there were also extremely nice and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be going back!
