This is a take out place but I ate in the small table they had to the side. Fantastic. Best fish and chips I had in a week of touring Ireland

There's nothing like a walk along the promenade and then head to the Savoy Café for breakfast 😋

A challenging golf course (especiallywhen the wind gets up and the Irish Sea beckons), spectacular scenery and the warmest hospitality you'll find anywhere. My particular favourite holes - the 1st gets you thinking from the off, a carry over the gully into the wind on the 2nd, the elevated tee shot on the 4th with bunkers and the sea waiting for any error, the beautiful par 5 11th (St John's) by Coney Island, and the often brutal par 3 12th. I can't wait to play the newly developed par 5 16th - it looks fabulous.

A beautiful fish pie served with greens. Good crumble and custard. 😊 Excellent meal . I'll asked how the greens were cooked if it's not a secret.

I don’t really like writing reviews im old fashioned and like to tell people how the food was but as the staff was rude when I complained I thought I would share our experience. Me my husband and my son went for dinner on Christmas Eve and it wasn’t very pleasant. I had the salt and chill chicken husband had pork belly son had soup. The chicken was very small potion and you could tell the fryer didn’t have clean oil the chicken had a very burnt taste the pork belly was my husband and as shocked to see the chefs put it in the microwave (you can see in the kitchen) when we ask the young lad who severed us he told us it wasn’t out in the microwave but u could tell I don’t understand how you out food in the fryer to make it crispy then I to a microwave to make it soggy makes no sense. My son had the soup which again u can see the takeaway run going in the microwave [ wasn’t very warm ) what happens to the old days when you put it in a pot and heat it up. Mains I had smoked haddock rubbery texture can tell the fish wasn’t fresh i took two bites from it and that was. Me put off my meal plan overcooked and bit cooked at all asparagus way to salty and some split hollandaise. Husband had steak was cooked well over cooked chips and cold pepper sauce. My son had the Chicken with leek sauce well should I say cream sauce thats all you could taste. We complained to the Manger/owner i think nothing was done or said . Now what really annoyed me I hate being lied to it says on the menu homemade mince pies there where bit homemade even though I asked staff they said yes I work in a very well know supermarket as a baker it’s funny that the owner told me they where homemade he must if bit recognised me when he comes into the store to buy 80 mince pies from marks and Spencer then sells them at his restaurant thats what really annoyed me then Serves it with a very undercooked custard and soggy apple Samosa the cocktails were amazing we were lucky enough to pay out crazy bill and go down the road for some decent food. We have been when this place first opened and everything was fresh and cooked to order now it’s just lying to customers charging extortionist price and microwave food what happened won’t be back

Saw the menus on their website & saw the pictures that they had posted & thought that this restaurant looked like the kind of place we would enjoy. What a disappointment! The menu was not what they advertised on their website, when we questioned the waiter about the menu he said that they hadn’t used that one for about 2 months. The presentation of our meals was most definitely not similar to the pictures on the website, the leeks must’ve flown over the leek & potato soup, would not recommend & we were very sorry we had taken our friends there & would most definitely not be back!!

Absolutely incredible! We both got the sirloin of beef roast dinner and my word, it was one of the best roast dinners I’ve ever had (which isn’t something I’d say lightly). The beef was so tender, the mash was creamy, the veg was perfectly seasoned and the gravy was divine. The rest of the menu looked amazing as well. We will definitely be back to try some of the other things on there.

Excellent chips to take out! Possibly the best takeout chips we have ever had accompanied with excellent customer service. The lady was very generous in her portion size and welcoming to us as first time visitors to Northern Ireland. We were very impressed with the opportunity to gift a meal which we did! A must chip shop to sample.
