The best restaurants serving Indian food in London

Absolutely delicious! Used to live nearby in the '90s, we would get it delivered every Friday. We are back in the area tonight and got it again. It was as delicious as ever. So glad you are still there.

The worst experience ever! A rip off! Ordered their chicken tikka Korma, prawn Korma, samosa chart and panner sag. Guess what? A BIG disappointment from left, right and centre! The Korma was just water with 5 small pieces of “chicken”, the prawns were so tiny that I needed binoculars to find them. The panner “sauce” was sour. I didn’t even dare trying the Korma or the chart! This presentation and portion for over £30… daylight robbery! I ordered through Just Eat, and I paid cash on delivery, the worst decision as I can’t get my money back. I called the restaurant to ask what happened to the order as the kormas are just water and the food taste sour… the lady said that’s how they cook and she can’t do nothing. I said: I have never ever saw a pale greenish water which is considered good to be served as Korma. She said they’ll do better next time! How can you say next time when you messed up your first order? I didn’t even get an apology for the dissatisfaction. Would stay away from this restaurant.

Food arrived 2hrs 30mins after being ordered. The restaurant lied continually when we called to find out what was going on. No apology or offer to take money off. Rude on the phone and dishonest do not order from here.

Went there with friends , had vegetarian thaali , its was great, had masala chai, it was so good and fresh, customer service was good as well, abita and marine served us, they were so polite and welcoming, would highly recommend

What horrible service! My mum and I went today and we only ordered 3 items! Mango milkshake, chilli chicken momos and dhal kachori. The dhal kachori came first but the other two items came after we left. We were wondering whats taking so long? I mean how long does it take to make a milkshake? When other people have ordered the same milkshake it came within 5 min! We got so fustrated after waiting nearly one hour for for 2 more items we just got up and decided we never ever want to come here again. We went downstairs to complain to the manager and the waitress (skinny lady, dark redlipstick and wearing a cap) kept interrupting us to speak the manager and started laughing away. No manners whatsoever!! And absolutely no consideration for other people. The manager also ignored me and she didn't want to hear it. Waste of time. To top it all off the plates were filthy! If I could give 0 stars for thier horrible service I would. NEVER GOING BACK. Please don't go here.

The paneer curry had a nice flavour and the naan were freshly prepared. The tables were not clean when we sat down

Small independent Indian sweet mart which sells a variety of snacks at cheap prices. I always go back for the paneer samosa and vada pau which are tasty. This establishment isn’t as busy as it’s famous neighbours but is still a good place to eat. One drawback is that we also for masala tea but they always give us ginger tea which I don’t particularly like. The staff are always friendly and I would love for this place to be successful. We hired this company to do catering for my brothers wedding. My brother is severely allergic to nuts so right from the start we said do not bring nuts at all! They did the opposite. They served nuts in the dessert and my brother had to leave. This could have been such a bad situation and he could have lost his life. I tried contacting the company. After speaking to them once they've ignored my email and phone calls. Literally so angry and disgusted. They laughed saying there was no such thing as a sever nut allergy. I've requested a refund for that event and they haven't come back to me. Really poor service it's almost like they don't care at all.

I have done a birthday party on 2june we all were 16 people the service was excellent we ordered platter and chicken buna and many more items. I would like visit them again. Recommend people to go their Cheers😍😍😍😍😍

Food great, good choice good service and good beer, but they did charge £25 for presseco which was very steep. Had a good night.

Purchased a dosa and mutton roll. Both dishes were equally grim dosa was white and inedible due to the sheer volume of chilli in the massala filling I had the throw it away after two mouthfuls. As for the mutton roll the meat was too fatty and reminded me of dog food. Wanted to love this place so badly as it's close to home.

Tried to find it. Call it. Google maps it. Ask neighbors about it. But not existing anymore. What a shame
