Nice service. Good range of hot food for a burger bar. Great quality to the hot food also. Red hot great tasting coffee and tea. Ice cream is delicious as are the freshly made doughnuts

I went there last night just a day after Eid, the service was terrible and the food wasn’t cooked enough it was disgusting. I’ve been sick since 6am, never been a place like this before. Really don’t recommend to go there.

The experience overall was a delight, yes there may be some individuals there who ruined the atmosphere. However, the food was immaculate and on top of that the worker who served me my food, Ethan was an absolute angel, his manners were exceptional.

Food was good my grandchildren love MC s ser vice friendly atmosphere OK but some loud youngsters can be annoying

Took 12 minutes for 1 food item. Hearing managers swearing and being overly bossy. On their phones during work time, an overall sense of no member of staff wanting to be there and no rush or care at all.

The staff were very rude. Slow customer service!!! All they did was chat and chat and chat when we were standing by the till to pay! The chips were very cold when we got them it was wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Casually ordering McDonald’s from Just Eat and maybe half an hour later, he arrived with the drinks spilling out of the bag.. had no clue whatsoever that the drinks were spilt. Told my mother to come down quickly cause they were spilling that bad. Terrible place to go at, I would not recommend coming here whatsoever.

After some long driving on the motorway with my family we pulled in for something to eat, we were greeted in the car park with a member of staff or 2 riding round the car park on a motorbike without a helmet and no lights, not only that the sound that was coming from the motorbike was ridiculous it was so loud it woke my children up who had not long fell asleep, we then eventually went inside the “restaurant” to get some food and 2 minutes later the same inconsiderate “worker” then comes in really loudly shouting that he had broke his motorbike! Not happy, wasn’t a very pleasant experience all down to one member of staff! On the plus side the food hit the spot.”

Cold chips. Asked for them to be changed. Less than a minute later chips came back and still cold. This not a good McDonald’s.
