McDonald's in Conwy

Always too busy on a weekend to be able to claim it's fast food. Other than that, standard Maccies fare.

How can people be so incompetent at such an easy job. Order burgers with just onion and received pickles, ketchup, mustard and wait for it......no onions. Kid on the till took 2 minutes to count my cash and give me my change back (my cash consisted of 3 x £1 coins, 2 x £50 and 5x 20p's) You will never get your sauces you've paid for and have to check the bag everytime they hand you the order and god forbid you ask for your receipt, they look at you like you've taken a dump on their desk and then have to ask 3 other members of staff to find it. Absolutele shambles, I really feel for these kids when they get a real job and actually have to use brain cells.

All food was great but I didn’t receive any of my 4 dips and no straw for my milkshake which was disappointing.

Food was stone cold only got 2 sauces missed a sauce from the chicken selects and 3sauces i ordered seprate

Very bad service can't get orders right and food cold and thrown in bag, you should never visit this place the managers are very poor and some staff are ignorant Even when you complain to H/O they are as unprofessional and ignorant do yourself a favour and don't bother with McDonald's

Incorrect item sent. Ordered The BBQ Ranch stack that has 2 beef patties in it and received a chicken burger.

Food came early but spent £20 on an order and they forgot 4 drinks and 3 McFlurrys so works out I pair £20 for 3 mayo chickens

Food is never hot, always luke warm. The coffees are nice & good value. It's a shame you can't have a plant based milk alternative.

Awful experience. Waited to be served at the drive through and watched others cars go through. Drove to next window to get served and no one present. Went to next window to be told to come in to store to order or drive back round and go through again. Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the manager in store not even an apology. Just an expectation for me to go around again. Avoid this place if you want any kind of decent service. If I could give no stars I would.

Ordered my food at 6:30 food didn't show until 8pm half my food was missing and all freezing cold! No straws or sauce like always!

Food has not arrived I’ve watched him park outside the shop then it said delivered and he drove off I am not happy at all

Although our food was served quickly, my wrap was missing brown sauce. I could have gone back to the restaurant but we were in a rush hence why we went for the fast food option. Food was hot and fresh, used click and collect service, lady served with a smile

Call in most Saturday mornings with the hubby and occasionally in the week with grandchildren. There's a lovely guy called Dion who works there, who is always so pleasant, and brilliant with the children. Always seems to be working hard. Thought he deserved a shout out.

order was cold.a refund of £3.80 is not satisfactory. very unhappy customer.delivery time kept changing.

the delivery guy was nice and polite. unfortunately the chips were already (very) cold, meaning that they have been around before coming here.

Very dirty. Tables floor full of rubbish . No staff to be seen. Grabbed the sanitizer and roll left on the side to clean our table.

Good was as warm as it should be and cold drinks as cold as they should be. Deliverer was kind and respectful as well. I’m glad I tipped and if I could have given more I would have. Also appreciated the free nuggets. Iv had a few freebies from McDonald’s which is nice….kids always love the surprise extras once in a while.

Nothing to do with the delivery driver. But McDonald’s put a boiling hot latte in a paper bag along with 3 water bottles, no cup holder, so with the bag was put on the floor without being told about the hot coffee, it split and spilt, so now we have a lovely coffee stain on our cream carpet,.. maybe put a hot drink in a separate bag/holder, or at least be told

Good choices of items and a play area for children to play in. Good value for money with excellent service. McDonalds' table service wait was relatively short considering myself and the rest of my family had a relatively large order.

Poor experience, food was cold when it had arrived. Food presented very poorly with items thrown in the bag squashing them. Items missing and dips not provided.

Don't expect your full order. I can't hold back anymore! About 80% of our takeouts from here have been freezing cold and had items missing from a sealed bag on delivery. Order with caution.

Great! Didn't have milkshake but that was remedied by giving me what I think was a mcafe iced with salted caramel in it!! absolutely gorgeous! the delivery driver was cool too he let me know about the change

Had 2 medium Big Mac meals. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for them, which, if I did it, would have cost me over £12. Buns and burgers have shrunk in size, and the burger was so thin that it tastes like cardboard.

Got my order wrong and noticed my condiments I ordered wasn't there, the girl on the counter rudely threw my condiments in as though I was in the wrong.

Half the order was missing. Just eat sorted it and gave me a refund but that didn’t help that half the meal was missing so we either had to be hungry or reorder but pay for delivery again. Won’t be ordering from McDonald’s again

As a drive through and eat in restaurant, this place has always been brilliant. Sadly, having food delivered wasn’t a great experience. The food was cold and the chips were stale and we didn’t enjoy any of it. However, the delivery man was lovely and delivery was on time.

Food is always the same standard but edible! Excellent value for money.

Half the drink was spilled, chips were freezing and sauce didn't arrive, on top of this I was only refunded, £4.70 on a £12.52 order of a burger, fries and drink.

The double cheeseburger contained jalapeños and some sort of relish or sweet chilli sauce, it wasn’t a normal cheeseburger. Tried to contact the store but no one answered!

A good example of McDonald's all round. Food good. Staff were really helpful and well organised. Very clean nice restaurant with a nice children's play area

Driver went to wrong location. Kept telling me to update my address - address correct on the order. Asking me for directions but talking over and disagreeing with me when I tried to give. Food was cold by the time he arrived. Refund please
