Delivery was good McDonald’s was bad stone cold no sauce

Chips were freezing like usual. Not happy. At all.

Took an hour after ordering for it to arrive and when it did arrive the whole order was cold and the whole drink spilt in the bag

Totally wrong order and I’ve been waiting an hour for it

Didn’t ring bell left my order on windshield and phoned me to get code but couldn’t because he ranged me so I asked him to come back to get the code. When he came up stairs I said never leave my order on windshields because some one could have taking it plus’s you didn’t ask for code and you wouldn’t been paid for it. Was not happy with that but thank you for my order

Good is freezing cold and had no Big Mac looks like the bag has been opened

I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and a burger happy meal for my grandchildren unfortunately we got 2 chicken nugget meals, my granddaughter was not happy

Freezing cold food when it got there said he was on a bike but turned up in a car

given the wrong order. the guy was arguing back with me saying he couldn't bring thr order back to get mine. not happy customer today

App said it would take 30min and took almost 50min with the timer being constantly updated to later times. Chips were cold and rubbery. Old lettuce in the side salad.

Food was dissapointing and not enjoyable. I'm sure McDonald's in Llandudno is getting worse , won't be ordering again just a waste of money for the food quality you receive

when I ordered the food the delivery time said 37 minutes, then afterwards it changed to an hour, it arrived 85 minutes after I ordered, McDonald's is a 6 minute drive from my house. the only reason I didn't drive was my son is autistic and he doesn't like going out in the evening. the food was basically cold when it arrived and the milkshake had melted and was undrinkable, really disappointing.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back, ordered at 8am wasn't delivered till gone 10am! Then when it arrived it was cold and half the order was missing.

Took a while this morning. Seemed to take long time to get it to the driver. Apart from that the service was excellent.

The food was ordered at 7.54, it said 25 mins. That then kept rising. The food came at 8.40 and was freezing cold, and inedible.

Our food was bagged up and labelled at 18:45 but was not delivered until nearly 20:30 all of the food items were cold and ended up in the bin as the chips etc had gone like rubber. Really unhappy. Ended up having to order elsewhere.

Very poor service, wrong items delivered, waited in total over an hour from time of ordering, Llandudno McDonald's need to pull their pants up and sort things out

The order came and once opened we realised that we were missing 4 drinks and all the sauces. Disappointing because it was difficult to contact macdonalds, they refunded with credit less than the cost rather than to my card. 🤷‍♀️

The food hasn’t came yet we are still waiting on the app it says on its way!!!

Disgusting and a blemish on the McDonald's name! Upstairs closed off, kids running around uncontrollably, the most disgusting accessible (and only open) toilet imaginable and apparently only 4 staff on seemingly without a care for customer service in the world! More interested in chatting and giggling in the back between themselves than sorting the restaurant out. Bins overflowing inside and out, litter all over the place outside, never have I seen such a poor McDonald's. Normally at any other restaurant, you'd see someone sorting the litter and there'd be at least some organisation but this place was horrendous! Whoever owns this franchise, you seriously need to get your act together!

my drink was half full and half in the bag, my food was cold. I was missing a double cheese burger

Burger was dry and smothered in sauce to the point there was more sauce than burger

Ordered food and it didn’t even turn up. Put a note saying to ring my number when you arrive and you didn’t. Shocking service

Took my son there as I'd promised him quality time with his mam whilst he was doing a charity event. I'd downloaded the app so I could order ready for when I arrived. What the app doesn't say is that if youŕe sitting in you can't order as you need to give them a table number. You have to order whilst you're inside. Defeating the object a bit. Ordered minecraft meal with coke for my son...just cheese and Big Philli for myself with milkshake. Chips were bland, no salt like normally, quite anaemic looking, big mac was one burger, slice cheese then another burger with bun on top. Might have bought a plain double cheeseburger meal instead. When I told the staff I got told they'd only give me what I ordered so ordered wrong. Needless to say we left the chips and won't be going there again

Great food shame milk shake was missing

It took a good while before a driver could be assigned to my order. When the food arrived it was cold. We arnt far away from the restraunt so there isnt much excuse for it being cold. I had to hear the fries in the microwave

Well over an hour late, courier sat in the restaurant for almost an hour. I then get the food I ordered almost 2 hours from the time I placed my order and it was freezing cold! So disappointed.

absolutely shocking ordered the food at 4 and didn't get it till 5:50 recieved cold food not to mention delivery didn't start tracking untill they was nearly there and one of the drinks were upside down and spilt..

I ordered condiments but whoever packed the order they didn't put in and I still got charged, I know it's only a quid but an order is an order whats the point in making an order if its not going to be followed 🤷🏻‍♂️

We are located in a tricky spot to find. The driver followed the instructions and delivered early and without a problem, app worked well in terms of order and tracking. Thanks

Had a bit of accident with cup of tea when been delivered the bag where the cup of tea was in came through the bag tea all over the floor and carpet .

I have never had a problem with mcdonald's in all my life. I think they should be shut down. The last 2 times i have been the staff lie. Food always cold and toilets are disgusting. Girl came in went to the toilet but not on the toilet took photos and posted it on line bragging about it. I told a member of staff and he said he was to busy to sort it. My friend works for environmental health within there area so will be informed
