I havent been to McDonald's in a while because I heard it'd gone downhill. I'm sad to say it is true. Everything I had was thrown together atrociously, I couldn't finish the meal and only had a few bites as the while thing tasted soggy. Kids were running around with no supervision.

Ordered my food to wait nearly 2 hours, my order was simply a burger, chips and mozzarella sticks and they forgot my chips!!!

Lovely food, hot when arrived. It’s my dogs 3rd birthday and he also enjoyed his Chicken Nuggets 😀

the food was cold cold no straws for drinks baring in mind 1 was a milkshake... no sauces as ordered.

Rubbish maccies, I won a free meal on the McDonalds Monopoly and I was asked by the McDonalds staff member if I’m over 18 (I’m 30). Once I told the clown my age, he tried to input the code in the system and it didn’t work. He told me to try it in another McDonalds. Absolute useless, incompetent service I don’t recommend at all. Go elsewhere!

Not bad at least some of our order was correct but like other order at post the order is either mis heard or not correct and it is so frustrating when you have left the place to find food order is not correct. This fast food order system is pants and we need to return to human face to face ordering and not this stupid tower gadget that dosent work unless you shout so the whole car park can hear your order

Food is dyer always cold like its just been splattered together. The service aint any better take far to long staff dont read orders properly and continuously get them wrong staff are rude. The atmosphere is horrible because the place is like a youth club with teens.

Absolute shambles!! Boxes of food were battered, food was put together by what looks like a 4 year old!! Food was absolutely freezing cold!! Paid for dips that were not delivered not to mention no straws to go with the drinks…£30 you’d expect your food to be prepared properly and all items purchased to be delivered to you!

Ordered a delivery a few times via Uber and JustEat, each and every single time there is always something missing. The latest order had 2 meal deals, both missing the fries! Burgers stone cold. Uber say they can't refund, McDonalds won't answer the phone. Terrible service.

Considering how busy this branch of probably the world's most famous franchise gets, the staff do a very good job. OK, get there at lunchtime rush, and you will find the queues a little bit daunting, but the team, although obviously under pressure do get things done and the waiting times are a little longer, but not excessively so. The site is on the large and very popular trading estate, the number of people shopping here is huge, and naturally, since McD's are the only true takaeaway provider, it too will be busy. However, the toilets are kept clean, the tables are always cleaned down properly, the atmosphere is good, and it surprises me that from a comparitivley small footprint they do so well. The drive-through is always busy, and there are good seating areas outside. I have been more than once, and I know I will go again. I reduced to 4 stars only because, I did see some folk get missed items or order mistakes, and I do believe that there are bigger units avail on this estate they could move to to beneift everyone as space is somewhat at a premium here. But dont be put off, go early or late and this branch of MacDonalds wont let you down.

Terrible. The "fast food" took 2 and a half hours to arrive. Entire order was stone-cold, incorrect drink, McSpicy was so dry it must have been cooked hours before, stale chewy fries. Everything went in the bin.

Fresh hot food although they are getting very expensive these days

Disappointed at the least, our food arrived 2 hours late the chips were stale and stone cold the McFlurry were melted and warm the chicken nuggets were also stone cold the wrap was inedible!!! I ordered at 9.00 the food arrived at 11.20pm at my work place I finished at 11.00pm I had to wait in my work place for the food after doing a 17 hour shift my little girls was starving this is a disgraceful!!!

One of the better McDonalds I've been to. Actually got what I ordered which is unusual as there is always something missing from the order. This is why I'm giving 5 stars.

They never provide ketchup even when you pay for them on the order

We order from you on a regular basis. There is ALWAYS something missing, dips, straws, wrong size meals! It’s just not good enough! May think about going to KFC from now on.
