McDonald's in Conwy

Very bad service can't get orders right and food cold and thrown in bag, you should never visit this place the managers are very poor and some staff are ignorant

Don't expect your full order. I can't hold back anymore! About 80% of our takeouts from here have been freezing cold and had items missing from a sealed bag on delivery. Order with caution.

Good staff. Construction of food is a bit iffy but milkshakes are always on, chips are warm and staff are friendly.

Great! Didn't have milkshake but that was remedied by giving me what I think was a mcafe iced with salted caramel in it!! absolutely gorgeous! the delivery driver was cool too he let me know about the change

Had 2 medium Big Mac meals. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for them, which, if I did it, would have cost me over £12. Buns and burgers have shrunk in size, and the burger was so thin that it tastes like cardboard.

Half the order was missing. Just eat sorted it and gave me a refund but that didn’t help that half the meal was missing so we either had to be hungry or reorder but pay for delivery again. Won’t be ordering from McDonald’s again

Got my order wrong and noticed my condiments I ordered wasn't there, the girl on the counter rudely threw my condiments in as though I was in the wrong.

It did not turn up I want my money

As a drive through and eat in restaurant, this place has always been brilliant. Sadly, having food delivered wasn’t a great experience. The food was cold and the chips were stale and we didn’t enjoy any of it. However, the delivery man was lovely and delivery was on time.

Aboulute joke over an hour late and didn't give me the chips for the family of 4 meal, won't answer the phone and the burgers are stone cold!

Only the drive arrived and not the food.

Milkshake was wrong flavour, food was cold

Half the drink was spilled, chips were freezing and sauce didn't arrive, on top of this I was only refunded, £4.70 on a £12.52 order of a burger, fries and drink.

The double cheeseburger contained jalapeños and some sort of relish or sweet chilli sauce, it wasn’t a normal cheeseburger. Tried to contact the store but no one answered!

A good example of McDonald's all round. Food good. Staff were really helpful and well organised. Very clean nice restaurant with a nice children's play area

Hi i ordered 2 happy meals and just one came! Order was late too! Kidd waited for kore than an hour and got only one happy meal! Disappointed

Driver went to wrong location. Kept telling me to update my address - address correct on the order. Asking me for directions but talking over and disagreeing with me when I tried to give. Food was cold by the time he arrived. Refund please

You need to let the restaurant know to pack hot items and cold items separately!! My hot food was stone cold and the mcflurry had melted. No wonder as it was in the same bag together!! it's common sense!! I am not blaming Just Eat for this, it is all down to the McDonalds Llandudno.

Were do I begin orded on the app not to bad picked up from window drive- thru parked up in car park a mater of 1 minute opened the bag of goodies. Well no the fries were cold the burgers not what I ordered and cold so took them back to get them put right no problem getting them exchanged got back to car and still not right it was not good at all a waste of money all I have to say about this is what a pile of DOG POO not nice at all

Bag with drink and mcflurry had been placed sideways in couriers bag and was leaking everywhere, i lost half of my drink and mcflurry

I havent been to McDonald's in a while because I heard it'd gone downhill. I'm sad to say it is true. Everything I had was thrown together atrociously, I couldn't finish the meal and only had a few bites as the while thing tasted soggy. Kids were running around with no supervision.

Ordered my food to wait nearly 2 hours, my order was simply a burger, chips and mozzarella sticks and they forgot my chips!!!

Rubbish maccies, I won a free meal on the McDonalds Monopoly and I was asked by the McDonalds staff member if I’m over 18 (I’m 30). Once I told the clown my age, he tried to input the code in the system and it didn’t work. He told me to try it in another McDonalds. Absolute useless, incompetent service I don’t recommend at all. Go elsewhere!

Not bad at least some of our order was correct but like other order at post the order is either mis heard or not correct and it is so frustrating when you have left the place to find food order is not correct. This fast food order system is pants and we need to return to human face to face ordering and not this stupid tower gadget that dosent work unless you shout so the whole car park can hear your order

Not about delivery but for the restaurant .. no straws for the drinks…? and can we add the option to add sugars and order a toffee latte with my meal instead of plain latte?
