The Llandudno Hotel in Conwy

I recently stayed at the Llandudno hotel and had a great experience! The hotel was good and nice, with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were satisfactory. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Llandudno.

I would recommend going to this place if ur going for a short stay. Staff is really kind. Note; if u r going staff is at reception 10am-6pm maybe. Pillows were comfy I likey. We had to change rooms bc our room didn’t lock (room 6). No breakfast or dinner since new owners but got discount at a pub Queen Victoria (15% off) also recommend going there the chips were scrumdidlyumpcious. Also tv didnt work in room 6. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good overall

This place has lots of potential, has just been recently taken over, beautiful location of Llandudno, welcoming attentive hosts and staff, dog friendly, good luck with the renovations, 👍

Well at £54, you get what you pay for - 54 reasons not to go back. Reception say they are working on improving the place and to bear with them! Jokingly I asked if this meant me needing a paintbrush. If I described everything in room 5 that was bizarre, we would be here for a week. Let's just go with the foot of the bed being inches higher than the headboard end the plants growing into the room on the window frame, the 3 sided frames for mirrors, no bedside lamp and a comforting decor from just after WW2! Anyone wishing for a romantic weekend here has set themselves a challenge but if you have a sense of humour, book now!

I just woke up in my worst nightmare. The llandudno hotel. I had to pinch myself thinking it wasn't real. This hotel is like something out of a horror film only there's no happy ending.

(IGNORE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS). I would give it a 6 if I could. This place is brilliant, ideal location, hotel was clean and tidy. Fantastic decor and facilities. Hotel staff very welcoming upon arrival. Ideal for couples and families. All in all one hell of a hotel and will definitely be visiting again.

Avoid room 12. It is ghastly. No TV, very dusty bare bracket on the wall. No toilet paper. Had to go get some from a different hotel. No soap provided. Room very cold. Heating not working. Draughts from window frames. Top landing lights don't come on making the entire floor dangerous in the dark. Had to leave a day early as it made my companion ill. Very disappointed and very disgusted. Messages through booking dot com go unanswered.

Please don’t book this hotel.very poor service,nobody is there in reception.For rooms the lock is not working and we are not able to close the door ,heater is not working,room is not clean,very unsatisfactory

“I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, there was no staff at the reception, and I waited for hours without any response or assistance. I spent the entire night without any support or information from the hotel, which is completely unacceptable. It felt like the place was entirely abandoned. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.”

We had a very relaxing time here! The only negatives that we could see were that the toilet and shower take a little bit of getting used to and, despite what they advertise, they do not do free breakfasts. This was pretty disappointing to us, but our time there was beautiful anyway! I would say the best part was having a top floor room, the view was maybe the best in the entire city. Would stay here again, definitely!

Horrendous place. Clearly not being cleaned and maintained. Do not stay here. Ripped wallpaper, damp, smashed window covered with only a piece of cardboard. Door handle missing only to be found in a drawer later on. No staff present on site day or night. Free would be paying too much.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!!! This hotel had no staff in reception and the bedroom was dirty we asked for 2 single beds and 1 double bed but we ended up with a bunk bed and the bunk bed frame was not screwed on properly so the frame was loose they wallpapered over wallpaper there was no handle on our room door it looked like the ceiling was gonna collapse and there was mould in the bathroom and the soap holder was mouldy and rusty. This hotel is haunted earlier on in the day the spoon was moving on its own and I heard scratching on the wall we also heard glass in the reception bang together and no one was there. The hotel front door was open and no one locked it so anyone could walk in and all rooms were unlocked so anyone could go in any room for example a killer could walk in and kill people because the front door was never locked and the toilet seat was not screwed on properly

Don't set foot in this place. HORRENDOUS 😭
