I take my son here every week, staff are very helpful/friendly and the food quality is always better than the average BK. Steven (staff member) was very helpful earlier, despite being confused about certain football matters - namely the correct team to support ;)

Absolutely shocking dry burger, a thimble full of fries for £10.58, and I had the gaul to ask for sauces, had to pay extra, did not bother. I will never buy another burger king again in my life.. that is a promise, continue to shoot yourselves in the foot...

If all Burger King's were like this one, I probably would have been a fan years ago. It was clean, tidy and looked high end. The food (I had the Smoky Chimichurri Crispy Tender Chicken breast) was hot, delicious and arrived really quickly. Lovely chap on hand, Steven, who quickly whisked our rubbish away and was very friendly to everyone in the restaurant. Wouldn't hesitate to return! Really has changed my opinion of Burger King's. 👑

Walked in for Friday night tea with my 3 kids who I sat down first so I could order at the screen, a chap came over cleaned the table for them and gave them all Burger King 👑 crowns to play with, food was tasty and hot and didn’t have to wait to long. The same guy then got us extra napkins, took all the rubbish away as and when whilst doing the same for other diners at the same time. Not needed or asked for but a really nice change in a mainstream chain to be looked after by someone, especially on your on your own with three under 6! Steve is a credit to the business and I hope his management see this. Well done mate, what Wrexham is all about.

Well well well well, it’s fair to say I’ve had my fair share of memories made today. As I stumbled through the doors of this Welsh self proclaiming sandwich royalty haven in pursuit of quenching my burgery desire, low and behold who should be there waiting for me in the pale mood lighting but Mr Ryan Reynolds. I’ve personally always been a huge fan of The Proposal and I’ve seen my fair share of soccer matches so to say I was absolutely star struck was a complete understatement. His eyes glistened so much more than I could ever imagine to the extent where I completely forgot to order any food! I did however see the picture of the menu and from the looks of it, it looks bloody lovely! You’ll just have to imagine the taste but if we’re being honest, if you go to Burger King Wrexham and there’s a 50% chance of seeing Ryan (you either do or you don’t), then what do you have to lose!

One of the tidiest burger kings I have been to. Staff very handful (especially Steven who was taking peoples rubbish etc for them). Good food too. Great little snack while we were travelling a long car journey!

My 30 year old Daughter was busting for the toilet.The staff would not give her the code without ordering first. She was at the point of having to go in the bushes outside until I got there and ordered . Disgusting service from BK staff.

Over an hour for cold food very disappointed

took about 2 hours to get to me. freezing cold when it got to me. no delivery updates provided by the restaurant.

Ordered cheesey chips and there was little to NO cheese on them. Food was not even warm, pretty much stone cold.

Delivery times kept changing food arrived cold and frozen Fanta drink defrosted just water it took almost one hour from when delivery order was posted

I expressly requested no mayonnaise or onions or pickle on my order and they have smothered my chicken Royal with mayonnaise....this is the 2nd time that they have done this to my order within a week

Paid over £20 for the worst food I've had in a long time.... Burger king used to be filling and quite a nice takeaway meal.. What's happened there?

Food was cold complaint threw just eat to get only half back on a credit absolutely disgusting

we were 1 large fries and 1 double bacon burger without the bacon missing from our order.. we received 1x whopper meal with large fries and strawberry milkshake and that was all... so that's 1 meal missing completely

Wrong order was delivered via just eat. Luckily I wasn't far so walked in. Manager with the pink hair was so apologetic and helpful luckily order was still there. No fault of the staff things happen. Will happily order again.

Always a pleasant experience going to this Burger King! The place was spotless and the staff were friendly. I'd like to give a special thanks to Steven who was so helpful, he went above and beyond for us and it definitely didn't go unnoticed!!

The food was cold, such a shame, it had obviously been standing for ages, awaiting a delivery person

The strawberry milkshake tasted like it was bitter but the chocolate milkshake was one of the best iv ever had.

We ordered a family deal which consisted of 2 main burgers, 1 hamburger, 1 cheeseburger, 1 large cheesy fries, 1 large fries and 2 small fries. Unfortunately, the fries were missing from the order. I have applied for a refund for the missing items but was informed by email that although it was looked into, a refund could not be offered. There was no explanation as to why a refund couldn’t be applied, so very disappointing.

These fast food eateries are getting too damn expensive.

I placed an order which said payment was pending it did not arrived by the time stated so I waited an extra 15 mins then re ordered to then have the first order delivered an hour late and freezing cold I’ve now paid nearly £50 for cold food and food

Chicken royals had hard bits of chicken couldn’t eat it but the chips & milkshake were good

Told they didn't have our phone number AFTER they had rung back to query a sauce choice. Very difficult to obtain refund for missing items. Very disappointed.

Popped to Burger King tea time today, greeted by Steven who got me through ordering process not forgetting the Hamburger for our Monty 😊 then he came to my aid once again trying to negotiate the drinks and helped me out to the car with my order. Top man will definitely be back much prefer a Burger king, its lovely and clean in store too.

Food was lukewarm, but still tasty. Food kept getting pushed back/delayed. Bit confused as to why ‘CCTV CHECKED’ was written on the delivery receipt?
