Burger King in Wrexham

The food was good however, came freezing as if it had been left out for a while

Absolutely shocking payed for something I didn't even receive totally wrong order

Can't even provide an actual contact number to contact restaurant.... online states one number every time you call the line doesn't exist what a joke. Food didn't even arrive

Missing drinks in order, burger unbelievable not what was advertised on the menu very unhappy

this burger was absolutely gorgeous and arrived piping hot too

I ordered the original energy drink, but they put a completely different taste in it, which I don't like, they didn't put a fork in the potatoes

Amazing delivery quality and kind service

food and drinks come with no straws. I had to go and find the driver as I went past my house 3 times and my house has the number on the door and you can see it from the road not happy I had to go get the driver from round the corner

I don't mind food being late over an hour isn't on and when it did arrive it was stone cold!! I shouldn't order a takeaway for then to warm it up in the microwave!! shocking!! not happy!!!

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive and when it finally did it was squashed and stone cold. Squashed food was not the delivery drivers fault as the bag was fine. It was how it was packed, the burgers looked like they’d been punched before packing and the chips were just thrown everywhere.

2 hours to get delivered wrong item and cold

Was waiting nearly an hour, everytime I went on the app my delivery time just kept moving further and further away

Over an hour late from when ordered and everything was stone cold not enjoyable at all

check your orders. no burger, no apologies. there is no game for the child. slow service

I take my son here every week, staff are very helpful/friendly and the food quality is always better than the average BK. Steven (staff member) was very helpful earlier, despite being confused about certain football matters - namely the correct team to support ;)

Ordered £38 worth of food. 3 meals and there were no chips for any of them.

The delivery time kept changing every time I went on the app to check and when the food was eventually delivered it was all cold and the chips, burger and the chicken royal had to go in the bin! Very disappointed seeing as I’d paid £27 for the order and delivery!

Absolutely shocking dry burger, a thimble full of fries for £10.58, and I had the gaul to ask for sauces, had to pay extra, did not bother. I will never buy another burger king again in my life.. that is a promise, continue to shoot yourselves in the foot...

Such a nice environment as soon as you walk through the door!! Really pleasant food was hot and tasty order spicy chicken fries and loaded fries. Plus free refills! Super clean!

If all Burger King's were like this one, I probably would have been a fan years ago. It was clean, tidy and looked high end. The food (I had the Smoky Chimichurri Crispy Tender Chicken breast) was hot, delicious and arrived really quickly. Lovely chap on hand, Steven, who quickly whisked our rubbish away and was very friendly to everyone in the restaurant. Wouldn't hesitate to return! Really has changed my opinion of Burger King's. 👑

Walked in for Friday night tea with my 3 kids who I sat down first so I could order at the screen, a chap came over cleaned the table for them and gave them all Burger King 👑 crowns to play with, food was tasty and hot and didn’t have to wait to long. The same guy then got us extra napkins, took all the rubbish away as and when whilst doing the same for other diners at the same time. Not needed or asked for but a really nice change in a mainstream chain to be looked after by someone, especially on your on your own with three under 6! Steve is a credit to the business and I hope his management see this. Well done mate, what Wrexham is all about.

Well well well well, it’s fair to say I’ve had my fair share of memories made today. As I stumbled through the doors of this Welsh self proclaiming sandwich royalty haven in pursuit of quenching my burgery desire, low and behold who should be there waiting for me in the pale mood lighting but Mr Ryan Reynolds. I’ve personally always been a huge fan of The Proposal and I’ve seen my fair share of soccer matches so to say I was absolutely star struck was a complete understatement. His eyes glistened so much more than I could ever imagine to the extent where I completely forgot to order any food! I did however see the picture of the menu and from the looks of it, it looks bloody lovely! You’ll just have to imagine the taste but if we’re being honest, if you go to Burger King Wrexham and there’s a 50% chance of seeing Ryan (you either do or you don’t), then what do you have to lose!

Food cold missing both drinks won’t refund me, waste of time spent £30 on 2 meals

One of the tidiest burger kings I have been to. Staff very handful (especially Steven who was taking peoples rubbish etc for them). Good food too. Great little snack while we were travelling a long car journey!

Tracking showed delivery 18-45/19-05 it didnt change from 'thanks for your order' atall to any other points on list. It arrived at 19-15. I have screen shots from 18-42 till 19-08 showing no change to progression of order. Cold food, packaging rubbis

My 30 year old Daughter was busting for the toilet.The staff would not give her the code without ordering first. She was at the point of having to go in the bushes outside until I got there and ordered . Disgusting service from BK staff.

Over an hour for cold food very disappointed

took about 2 hours to get to me. freezing cold when it got to me. no delivery updates provided by the restaurant.

Ordered cheesey chips and there was little to NO cheese on them. Food was not even warm, pretty much stone cold.

I expressly requested no mayonnaise or onions or pickle on my order and they have smothered my chicken Royal with mayonnaise....this is the 2nd time that they have done this to my order within a week

we were 1 large fries and 1 double bacon burger without the bacon missing from our order.. we received 1x whopper meal with large fries and strawberry milkshake and that was all... so that's 1 meal missing completely

Gave me the wrong order because I asked for no lettuce mayo and bacon and still put it on

Wrong order was delivered via just eat. Luckily I wasn't far so walked in. Manager with the pink hair was so apologetic and helpful luckily order was still there. No fault of the staff things happen. Will happily order again.
