Steven was very helpful and very pleasant and professional

Came in today and had problems with paying on the machine and staff didn’t know what was wrong was met with a rude manager who in the end sorted the problem out however ruined the visit. Sat down with food and staff member Steven was very friendly and helpful and gave my grandson a hat which he was very happy with. Would go again as food wasn’t bad.

Food was really good and Steven (staff)was really accommodating ensuring we had everything we required and were comfortable throughout.

waited an hour, app said it was delivered. no food, no driver even turned up!

Steven who works at Burger King wrexham was very helpful when ordering my food, nothing was too much for him. He even carried my food over to the table for me. He’s a lovely gentleman.

took approximately 1 hour and 10mins. we tried to cancel but app said the food had been made so I would still have to pay. end result..stone cold food

food and drinks come with no straws. I had to go and find the driver as I went past my house 3 times and my house has the number on the door and you can see it from the road not happy I had to go get the driver from round the corner

Amazing delivery quality and kind service

Nice atmosphere, Steven was working the restaurant and was working very hard to keep it clean, creating a lovely environment to sit and eat.

order never arrived. my wife went to there to be told the order was sent at 8pm and the driver never delivered it. staff were rude to my wife as well basically telling her to f off. Will never order from there again.

I don't mind food being late over an hour isn't on and when it did arrive it was stone cold!! I shouldn't order a takeaway for then to warm it up in the microwave!! shocking!! not happy!!!

Couldn’t follow instructions to front door

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive and when it finally did it was squashed and stone cold. Squashed food was not the delivery drivers fault as the bag was fine. It was how it was packed, the burgers looked like they’d been punched before packing and the chips were just thrown everywhere.

2 hours to get delivered wrong item and cold

Food was ok, couldnt help notice one of the workers went above and beyond, cleaning tables, bringing extra napkins, giving out burger king crowns to children who loved it, even helped an elderly woman who couldnt understand the touch screen ordering thing, steve was there to help. He's an absolute credit for wrexham, lovely man and hopefully management reward him. Top class steve

I take my son here every week, staff are very helpful/friendly and the food quality is always better than the average BK. Steven (staff member) was very helpful earlier, despite being confused about certain football matters - namely the correct team to support ;)

The delivery time kept changing every time I went on the app to check and when the food was eventually delivered it was all cold and the chips, burger and the chicken royal had to go in the bin! Very disappointed seeing as I’d paid £27 for the order and delivery!

Absolutely shocking dry burger, a thimble full of fries for £10.58, and I had the gaul to ask for sauces, had to pay extra, did not bother. I will never buy another burger king again in my life.. that is a promise, continue to shoot yourselves in the foot...

Such a nice environment as soon as you walk through the door!! Really pleasant food was hot and tasty order spicy chicken fries and loaded fries. Plus free refills! Super clean!

If all Burger King's were like this one, I probably would have been a fan years ago. It was clean, tidy and looked high end. The food (I had the Smoky Chimichurri Crispy Tender Chicken breast) was hot, delicious and arrived really quickly. Lovely chap on hand, Steven, who quickly whisked our rubbish away and was very friendly to everyone in the restaurant. Wouldn't hesitate to return! Really has changed my opinion of Burger King's. 👑
