Burger King in Wrexham

I came in for lunch with my family and two young kids , I was struggling to manage my smallest as he kept running around the tables and chairs, young lady Charlotte came over to assist me as she could see I was struggling and helped me use the kiosk, very helpful 10/10 would come back again thank you Burger King Wrexham 🌟👏🏼

Service was very fast and friendly, maria helped me do the order and was very polite. Foos was very fresh.

Really nice place in town for the best food. Clean and peaceful environment and the staffs were very friendly. A staff named Nethira gave us the good hospitality. Plenty of space for parking as well.

Steven was working hard and he did stop and help me with me ordering and he needs a pay rise

Absolutely Disgraceful food, Avoid this place 👀🤢🤮 bought a whoppa meal from here recently the chips and burger was cold and when I opened the bap to look at the burger well see the pics for yourself this place is vile. It looked like arteries and when I reported this to the food and hygiene, because I was ill off the food aswell, the response I had off them was shocking even they themselfs admitted it looks nasty and they look like arteries I’ve also put that email from The Wrexham council in the pics aswell.

A lovely girl named Leela served me last night. Her customer service skills and work ethic was fantastic. Leela is a credit to this branch. Some people say the food is expensive here, however the quality of the food and service I received is always outstanding.

Overall a great visit, Steven was very friendly and attentive Only downside is the music is a little loud (I have sensory issues)

Steven was so helpful. He ordered for me on the screen when my hands were full juggling a purse and a toddler and then was kind and helpful coming to check if my food was ok throughout the meal. He kept the place clean and tidy throughout. I even saw him belong a lady bring her many trays of food over to her family on the table!

This Burger King has massively improved in recent years and we always really enjoy our visit. Special mention for the lovely manager (pink hair not sure of her name) and Steven who was very helpful.

Came in today and had problems with paying on the machine and staff didn’t know what was wrong was met with a rude manager who in the end sorted the problem out however ruined the visit. Sat down with food and staff member Steven was very friendly and helpful and gave my grandson a hat which he was very happy with. Would go again as food wasn’t bad.
