It was so good to be back here. We hadn't passed by since 2018, so it was fantastic to see that it's still going strong. Even though we had already had breakfast, we couldn't resist dropping by for a 'light' brunch. We grabbed a bacon and black pudding sandwich and a coffee, which was as good as we remembered. This would have fuelled us up, Pen y Fan, but alas, we weren't walking that day, so we just got back in the car with full bellies. As friendly as ever and there's something about the food being cooked in the fresh air of the Beacons. We won't be leaving it so long for our next visit!

Nice service. Good range of hot food for a burger bar. Great quality to the hot food also. Red hot great tasting coffee and tea. Ice cream is delicious as are the freshly made doughnuts

Very bad food and service, blood still in the meat , all salty food and poor customer service. Old looking re-served pickles and sides

Always too busy on a weekend to be able to claim it's fast food. Other than that, standard Maccies fare.

4 out of the last 5 times I went through the drive-thru, my order was incomplete, paying for food I didn’t get totalling £20, the food that I did get, was cold and looked as if it was sat on. Needless to say, that I’ve been to McD for the last time, very disappointed…

The staff were very rude. Slow customer service!!! All they did was chat and chat and chat when we were standing by the till to pay! The chips were very cold when we got them it was wouldn’t recommend!!!!

The women Made it very quick and i didn’t have to wait for long. She was very kind and i would like to give her 5 stars.

Typical McDonald's food, service was really slow, and it wasn't that busy. Had to wait 20 minutes for food to be collected.

Ordered meals at 11:15 pm on a Saturday evening told to wait Parked up with about another 8 cars all waiting Had to wait 20mins and when the food arrived it was cold put both meals in the bin Complained online using the receipt Asked to be contacted And received nothing, not even an email. Never going to the Mold branch again .

Ordered our coffee, seen they had been made and ready to be given to us. 3 members of staff were stood around the serving counter having a jolly chat about their weekend for ages, and had to ask for them to give us our coffees. No apology, just dirty looks. Coffees were tepid. Piss poor.

A employee was not doing his job in the back. I think his name is Danny or something else and he was on his phone in the back look like he was not doing his job

Ordered food for the family, once food had got here it was freezing cold had to reheat everything we ordered and we only live round the corner so no excuses for it being cold and clearly staff members need to get taught how to do there job again because they are constantly missing things out of the order and I don’t mean just a dip they miss drinks and food constantly Would not go to maccies in Abergele unless you want awful service and freezing cold food, not worth paying so much money for a load of crap
