The best restaurants serving Greek food in England

Andreas ha existido durante muchos años, pero ahora se ha modernizado y se ha renovado. El nombre ha cambiado pero aún es un muy buen griego en la calle Charlotte y lo recomendaría.

Pre booked on the way to a preseason friendly @ the “Dockers.” For starters I had calamari & my friends had prawns in a tomato & cheese sauce. I had spaghetti with sea food in a white sauce for my mail & they had sea bass followed by cocktails. Good attentive service @ a reasonable price.

Second time I've been here, first time years ago. Very good, friendly service. We ate in as it seemed to be chilly as the evening was upon us. Excellent menu choice, traditional Greek tariff. Easy to get to by public transport. Restricted parking in street, but not so in evening. Not badly priced.

Cenamos aquí durante el fin de semana festivo. Por desgracia el lugar que pensamos que sería lento y eran muy cortos de personal. Como estábamos de vacaciones, así sentado muy prominente en la vista, no nos hayan informado mucho pero vimos a varios otros simplemente salir después de estar en mesas sucias o esperar más de 30 minutos a la orden. Dicho esto, el personal nos pareció lo mejor posible, haciendo valerosamente literalmente corriendo entre las mesas, cocina amable y el italiano estaba delicioso.

We stopped for a quick pint and were delighted with the pub. Log burner was on and had a delicious pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord. Looking forward to going back. Cheers!

El restaurante se negó a cocinar mi comida pedida a través de Uber Eats. Sin embargo, lo marcaron como preparado en su tableta, a pesar de que claramente declararon por teléfono que no lo lograrían. Les pedí que cancelaran el pedido porque soy chef y sé que tienen la opción de hacerlo, pero se negaron. Cuando cancelas un pedido a través de la aplicación, no te devuelven el dinero. Por lo tanto, el restaurante quería que se les pagara por la comida que se negaron a preparar, a pesar de que simplemente podrían haber rechazado el pedido o cancelarlo. Así que si estás en paz con tu conciencia, bien. 17 libras no te harán más rico... pero todo vuelve. Que es una locura nunca en 20 años trabajar en la industria que una experiencia como esa!

Went for a pub lunch ,had steak and ale pie ,wow!!! Not only in size but taste,service quick ,staff friendly, highly reccomend

Very tasty food cheap for England of course and most importantly very good quality!! Few choices for mains and appetizers, but okay, it's a decent neighborhood tavern!

This place could be cool, but unfortunately the bouncers are not it. Everything goes fine up until one day they decide you are not coming back for truly stupid reasons. Highly NOT recommend.

No trip to Doncaster is complete without visiting this traditional old pub. Vaults on the left, lounge on the right as you enter. 3 different cask ales on sale in each bar.

We recently visited The Real Greek and while the service was friendly and the atmosphere cozy, the food unfortunately didn’t quite hit the mark. The meat we ordered came out overcooked—burnt on the outside and dry inside—which made it hard to enjoy. That said, the sides were decent, and the staff were attentive and kind, which we appreciated. Maybe it was just an off day in the kitchen, but for the price, we expected better. We might give this restaurant a skip next time .

Reservado para una cena ligera antes del teatro y no decepcionó. La brocheta de salchicha de jabalí y el envoltorio de pollo eran deliciosos, las judías feta y el hummus también estaban deliciosos. Recomendaría la ensalada griega y un lado de pan pitta para acompañar su comida, ya que las porciones son pequeñas / ligeras. El vino tinto era encantador también. El personal era organizado, amable y nos atendió muy bien. Una joya griega escondida en el Soho.

Moved local and thought give this place a try for family meal as I had seen it many times but had never been - All I can say is I will certainly visit again as the food was superb and we had great service.
