Popped in for a drink on a Saturday night. It was very busy but the place is huge so got a table. Service at the bar was efficient. Green King IPA was good.

We had ordered, eaten and had our plates cleared in 20 minutes. I'm all for efficient service and it was friendly enough but leisurely dining this is not! The macaroni cheese looked like it had been tipped out of a can and microwaved. No crispy topping whatsoever, and the £2.25 supplementary charge for the smallest slices of garlic ciabatta known to man was a bit cheeky.

A great location in the centre of Cheltenham, for food or a few drinks, George and his team work so hard making sure everything and everyone is looked after, highly recommend this pub to whoever that visits,

Recently had an event for work with 80 people and our own entertainment. Booking it was easy peasy, one phone call and it was pencilled in. Every time I had a query or request they answered it or accomodated straight away and they were happy to do a walkthrough the event space when asked. Compared to many venues I've booked this has been one of the easiest. They did ask for a deposit but that just got paid into the final bill. On the night, Adam our bartender for the evening was really helpful and looked after us well. Honestly, having The Copa right in the center of Cheltenham with this good service all round is amazing.

All as expected for a Green King, food ok, cappuccino on the small side for the price. Good enough for a quick pit stop when Christmas shopping.

We had a lovely meal, the staff were friendly and efficient and we loved the warm atmosphere in the pub. The menu is very extensive and very reasonably priced. We called back again the following day and had mulled wine! Highly recommend.

A lovely welcome and superb atmosphere. Adam, the manager took time out to say hello. An excellent team , fabulous service and value for money.

Bouncers on ego trip. Punched my female friend causing her to have nosebleed and facial injuries. If I can get footage will report to police and get them dismissed. Not the first person to witness their unprofessional, inappropriate ego boosting behaviour. Avoid if at all possible.

We felt hungry as we had been shopping! We have eaten at Copa before and it’s always good food. We managed to get a table as it was busy we felt lucky. They had a festive menu on so I tried the pulled Turkey & Smoked Ham Hock Pie and my good lady had Flat Iron Steak! We both had a drink! Malibu with Coke I had a Beer. We both enjoyed our meals very much the gravy with my pie was delicious.

Nice pub, good staff, and great location. Food is good too. In summer outside area is nice.

We tried the Xmas Dinner out it was cold tasteless and what was supposed to be gravy out was peppered water, it was inedible don't choose that option

I haven't been in for a short while and then I pop in twice in a week. Adam and the team are providing excellent service and the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed. I didn't have any food but the meals on the table next to looked fantastic. Definitely worth a visit for drinks and / or food - Chas

Really lovely pub, staff are really friendly all round and provide excellent service. I have walked in as a single female and I feel welcome and at ease, and there is a bonus of a nice little sun trap out the front, even in October!

Came here for lunch on Sunday when visiting my nephew in Cheltenham. Food was lovely and staff were super helpful with my dietary requirements.

Ordered the flat iron steak for £17 - supposed to be served “pink” with “blistered tomatoes” and “seasoned fries” I ate one piece then realised I needed to photograph this sad mess. Disgraceful that they actually consider and sell this as a steak for that much money. I also don’t believe for a second that was a whole steak. They must pre cut and freeze pieces and fry them. There was no pink to be found, a sprinkle of pepper on the fries and those are some raw tomatoes and cress plonked on there too. Absolutely horrific. Vibes were off too - so dead in there and like two Halloween decorations behind the bar. Will never return. Save your money and avoid like the plague!

Food was OK at best, steak sandwich was a joke, thick cut bread with very little steak which was over cooked, basically it comes as it comes. with an abundance of places to eat in Cheltenham I would recommend trying somewhere else.

Nice pub in the heart of Cheltenham. Varied menu including vegetarian and pub classics. We had the 3 small plates. Cod Goujons, pulled beef croquettes, Karaage chicken, with a side of fries. All very tasty and freshly cooked. Friendly staff made the perfect evening.

Came here for my girlfriend’s graduation. Private room and amazing food. Staff were lovely, was served by the lovely Sarah who had a lovely smile and gave very speedy service. Best part is definitely the decor, the entrance feels like your entering the titanic and overall aesthetic of the building is lovely. Would come here again in a heartbeat! :)))
