Went to GDK Burton for lunch with my family after Ash Wednesday last month. The staff were very welcoming, I ordered on the counter and decided to go for quesadilla. ‘twas the best quesadilla we’ve ever tasted! Will always come back to this particular branch. Very nice place, cozy ambience and great music too. Toilets were very tidy. Kudos!

I spent £50 and they didn’t give me a free can of DRINK !! Wow 😮

It is one of the worst branches you can deal with. They have no respect or taste in dealing with people. Just because any foreigner thought I did not respect the queue and spoke with extreme disrespect. I refused to deal with her and left without buying anything. There is no rating less than zero for you to get.

La comida del gran Bratwurst es igual que el que está en los lugares en Alemania, en la que he estado. su muy buena pero prefiero estilo inglés salchichas un poco más. El servicio es muy amable y una buena adición a la zona del mercado

Al ser un alemán que vive en el Reino Unido, me quedé bastante entusiasmado que te topas con este café en mercado de Birkenhead como lo esperaba podría haber encontrado un lugar para ir cuando el muy raro antojo para comida alemana de junco, concretamente bratwurst. Mejor mantenerse alejado y conseguir pollo / patatas fritas. Te sirven kebab como si lo estuvieras suplicando. Parece que tienes que ser amigo de ellos para conseguir una buena comida

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Trafford Center branch. I’ve been a regular customer, but after this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I asked a simple question about whether an item contained sugar, and this lady responded rudely. When I ask to order them, she snapped, "Excuse me? Can’t you see I have other customers? You can’t see you have to wait etc etc" Her tone was downright hostile, and it felt like she was yelling at me, all while I had guests with me who were equally shocked by her unprofessional behavior. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. My guests even told me they would never come back after being treated this way. It’s a shame that such rude staff members are allowed to represent the brand. I expected much better, and this experience left a very bad impression.

A middle aged asian man with whiffy breath. I made an excuse and went straight back out again. I will not ever want to call in here ever again.

Made a booking for Dom’s Table based of amazing reviews. We booked for December. The day before I went onto the website to check the times to see the website no longer existed. Thinking this was odd I called the number on our confirmation email. This number went to some plumbing company?! After lots of searches and digging on multiple websites I found a different number and managed to get through to Dom. He very casually informed me that no it was cancelled. I asked about my deposit and he said we should get this back and receive an email. We haven’t received an email and he has now blocked my number and email address so cannot contact him. If I never spent time trying to track him down we never would have known it was cancelled. Awful service, left out of pocket and disappointed. Even if we had the option to move our booking we would have but no communication at all has made this whole experience rubbish.
