The French Patisserie at Saveurs is incredible, with delicious cakes, coffee and bread; highly recommend! We had coffee and raspberry chocolate browny; wow, wow wow! We also had pear flan with amazing buttery pastry; so good. Its difficult if you are just visiting, so we took away more delicious patisserie for later

Easily the best food we had in Warwick. I found this little place by looking around Google maps and was encouraged by others reviews. And they were right!! I honestly canât believe there werenât any other customers in for dinner while we were there. We went for dinner for my birthday. The restaurant didnât even know that and they still went out of their way to provide us a wonderful experience. Staff were attentive, helpful, and were wonderfully engaging with our 2 year old. The owner even gave him a model car heâd been eyeing up in the window! As well as a free bowl of ice cream and bread (as he was hungry before the food came out). On top of all of that, the food was absolutely delectable. We ordered 2 starters, 2 mains, and the crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e and were impressed by each. We also ordered a bottle of wine (one of the cheaper ones but was still alright). While the atmosphere was simple, it felt clean, tidy, and comfortable. They do display artwork for purchase that depicts nude models which wasnât a problem for us but is perhaps something to consider if bringing older, more aware children. Thanks again to 7 Square for a wonderful dinner!

The filled baguettes are nice however the service is mediocre. I have visited three times and its hard to know where to stand once you have ordered, should I pay next or wait etc. I will never come during a lunch time again. The staff seem a bit lack lustre as well and watch you like a hawk.

We popped in here for a late lunch. Had some delicious warm scones with clotted cream and homemade Jam. The food was lovely, service was very good and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself had plenty of character and charm and we will certainly visit again.

Visited on the last opening day of Brasserie in this academic year. We were seated by t he window, probably because there were not many customers on the day. The window tables have a lot of sunlight when the weather is good. Our waiter was a final year student and informed us that some observers are watching their performance. Afterwards a teaching staff also came to explain the similar situation to us. Our waiter was polite and courteous. We ordered soup, code fish as appetizer, lamb rump and sea bass as mains. The food presentation was good, but taste was just acceptable overall. The soup, the sea bass and the lamb were on the salty side. Price wise it is more with the market level and did not offer significant concessionary price. However, we did make some donation to help the student activities on our way out.

As weâd planned a visit to Highgrove we decided to stay in Whatley Manor as they had this restaurant, which we hadnât previously visited. We both went for the a la carte option. It was a good choice. What made in more special was that my wife asked if they could offer a fish main course and the chef kindly offered to cook her turbot. Which is one of her absolute favourites. Big tick! As youâd expect the food was superbly cooked as well as beautifully presented. My wife said her turbot was sublime. I opted for the lobster mains. It was lobster three ways. It was just quite delightful. Iâd say the best Iâve EVER had in all the Michelin starred restaurants weâve been lucky enough to visit around the world (including in Maine). On top of that the sommelier also kindly went the extra mile with her advice, help and service. Overall it was a lovey, lovely experience.

Fantastically tasty waffles. Extensive vegan menu too. And fresh, raw juices. So pleased we stumbled across this place (it doesnât pop up when you search for breakfasts on Tripadvisor) - we got lucky to find it and enjoyed a great breakfast in a delightful venue with welcoming staff.

My wife and I dined at the Angelus on Friday 20th Aug 2021. The restaurant is one minute from the Royal Lancaster hotel and also Lancaster Gate underground. We had starter and main course and were so full we could only share a pudding. My starter was butternut soup and my wife had the scallops, both with traditional baguette and both very tasty. For mains we opted for the boeuf bourguignon which was fantastic: lots of tender beef, vegetables firm and not cooked to a pulp, and a lovely rich gravy. For sweet we shared Pear Belle Helene, pear with chocolate sauce and caramel ice-cream, again beautifully cooked and presented. The wine list was extensive and we selected a bottle of Crozes-Hermitage which went particularly well with the main course. This is my 1st ever Trip advisor review, but I felt I just had to share this 'secret' restaurant. The whole meal was absolutely delicious with attentive service throughout. The pub itself used to be frequented by Churchill before closing, so nice to see the building retained and still full of character. We can't wait for an excuse to go back!

Wow what can i say, this is the first time coming here as we were visiting my parents who have recently moved here so they treated us to a meal for my birthday. The food and service was by far a 10 out of 10. All freshly cooked food and decent portions for the price too. I had the Sticky Chicken for starters đ€€đ€€and a Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie for main course which was well filled. I loved the deco and how comfortable the crushed velvet chairs were which made it even more comfy. The whole place was clean and inviting to everyone. All the staff we were in contact with with so bubbly and friendly, especially the owner? Who took our order and the lady who waited on us too. The only niggle for me was i was to hot but thats personal preference as im never cold and was sittinf by a radiator. Such a lovely pub its a shame its going to be closing âčïž
