I put Twice that I didn’t want jalapeños or something spicy on my wrap and it was full of jalapeños and very spicy, so disappointed.

Went in was 30min before closing time staff where more interested in closing than serving, waiting in line to be served staff made no effort to serve me ended up walking out.

Dreadful experience. Chips luke warm at best. If you can't even get the simplest item on the menu right by serving a decent hot portion of chips, I hate to think what the rest of the offering is like.

We purchased battered sausages and this is the second time we've been served overcooked items (left in the heated area too long) to the point they were too hard to eat and had to be thrown away.
