The best restaurants serving Fast food food in East Staffordshire West Midlands

Very friendly and the food is great. Good portion sizes for the price. I personally like the chicken shawarma but the mixed grills are also good. Definitely worth trying.

Fancied a chippy tea on a dreary night so found Edward Street Fish Bar not far from the train station. Gourmet pie and chips was lovely, tender meat in the pie & nice pastry too. Thank you

Having been a long time customer I think it’s gone completely downhill recently. Ordered a meal deal on the Just Eat app for 3 cod bites, chips and curry sauce for £8.65. When it turned up the cod bites were minuscule. When I wrote my review on just eat explaining my issues in which I mentioned another chip shop who’s cod bites are a lot bigger i received a reply. Wetmore road fish bar said I should have rang them to sort this issue out. And tried to debunk my claim the other chip shops cod bites were bigger. And then proceeded to tell me to use the other chip shop in the future. Bearing in mind they asked me to ring them about this to resolve it. Well a few weeks earlier I rang them because they had got my order wrong again and covered my kebab and chips meal with sauces when I hadn’t requested it. All I was told was get a refund from just eat. No replacement and the attitude that they just didn’t care. Just ordered from the other shop tonight and here is the difference! Remember the customer is always right 👍

Ordered at the drive thru- the food took a long time- the attitude of the staff was 'could not care less'- when the food arrived it was cold- terrible experience- Go one roundabout further up and use McDonalds!!

I was only given chips in my order and a drink missing everything else load off rubbish

If I could leave a 1 star I absolutely would. I ordered a McRib and there were next to NO onions and No sauce. Don’t even get me started on SAUCE! Every McDonalds that I have been to I have NEVER had to pay for sauce (except the 50p pots) the fact a restaurant wants you to eat food DRY is beyond me. To follow this up the lad on the window was about as useful as a chocolate fire guard with an attitude and service about as sh*t as the available parking. To top this all off we ordered a triple cheeseburger WHICH WAS LABELLED and still only given a double. Money grabbing as well as poor attitude from staff….should go back into training. :)

Ordered a delivery and when it arrived there were items missing. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I only ordered tonight because we had been drinking at a family celebration. I know from previous experience that McDonald’s take no responsibility for the fact that their staff struggle to read and pack orders. They can’t send a replacement because of their contract with Uber (easy to pass the buck). They can’t refund you directly you have to phone another number. The phone is never answered. All in all possibly the worst McDonald’s ever.

I broke down here when my car ran out of battery whilst charging my phone and listening to the radio (I didn't notice my lights had been on for over an hour). Amy 'The Manager' offered to come out and jump start my car with her jump leads. Really helpful and would reccommend. If you see this, give the woman a raise!!
