The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Cheltenham South West

I have tried to get takeaways here about three times. Each time I have been left waiting at the counter. The first two times it took about 15 mins to get chips. Not even busy in the restaurant. The last time the guy behind the counter told me he had a backlog of 20 minutes for orders. There was no one in the cafe. I have only gone back because it was recommended to me! Just go to falafel eat instead.

Honestly the best gluten free fish and chips I have ever had. So incredibly tasty and crispy. Only let down was the chaotic service, can visible see how stressed staff were. Better order management system needed, felt like the owner (or person in charge) didn't trust staff and was trying to do everything.

Don't recommend to order, I've been waiting for more than 80 min, and received different order

Always ordered from this place with no problems maybe the odd late delivery but the food was always amazing. Stopped for a couple of months and recently ordered and the food was late, cold, and got my order wrong. Wings dry and spicy when I asked for no spice. Burger with no salad at all, dry even though I asked for salad. Won't be ordering again sadly. Waste of my money as most went in the bin. Shame as used to be great

Absolutely awful…. Ordered a delivery. Fishcakes hard and dry, chips hard and tasteless. Definitely need to do better….

Don’t go in. Just terrible on all fronts. Ordered at self serve and they immediately marked as complete. I suppose to improve their metrics. Manager was just walking around aimlessly. Asked 3 times by different staff “number???”. Not even hello or anything. The place is filthy. Threw my food away. Was totally cold. Coffee was dreadful. Tasted like mouldy water. Hygiene was just not existent. Staff shouting across at each other and around me while I was waiting. Health inspector needs to pay a visit. None of those people in there should have jobs in hospitality. Don’t go in, go somewhere else.

Under cooked burger missing food didn't get what was payed for... missing buffalo bites ITS THE WORST PLACE WEVE BEEN TOO F**cking P*SS TAKE. wont be returning
