Can't beat a fresh cooked burger.

This place is an expensive joke, had a mixed kebab got 2 bits of burnt chicken 2 slices of donor and a salad so small it's not worth mentioning. Ordered a salad was a tiny box just with cabbage and a whole onion to top it off rubbery chips obviously had been re cooked. Called for half the money back after alot of persuasion got offered extra donor meat the next time I said there won't be a next time. In the end got offered a fiver. Honestly this place is so expensive but not worth it at all

Amazing shop, staff are friendly especially marc & harry and happy to help and milkshakes are delicious, lots of amazing choices and combinations you can choose from. Definitely recommend.

Was worse kebab ever . Cold and looks like someone else got there before me . Hour and a half trying to call to complain . They sent another but was not much better . Kebabs are of the menu for a while . Chinese much better value .

Always get food here when at Bluewater. It is still in a shopping centre but is a good as you can get in the circumstances. The food is always great

Rating down because it did not live up to the promise and it should be better from Five Guys. Service on ordering was friendly, but the burgers and fries produced were a mess.

Portion size of the cips was tiny, i ordered a large and the portion wouldnt even feed 2 children, chips were also drier than a nuns foof. The burger was not very nice, and the chicken wrap being £10 is an absolute robbery considering what turned up.

Bad customer service was told to move twice by worker. Just because she wanted to clean. Like she has any right to tell me to move.

Parked up for one Big Mac meal with no one in the drive thru! What is the point!

All staff been preparing food without gloves which is very unhygienic.

Looking for a quick bite to eat before going to the cinema at Bluewater, my Wife and I had a wonderful chicken salad each with drinks. It was extremely well presented and very good and fresh. Presented in a huge bowl with extensive tasty salad topped with pieces of chicken. On arriving it was easy to order and service by Millie Anderson was first class, professional helpful and friendly. It was easy to find a table and we had a wonderful meal at an extremely good price. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be going again in the near future. Thank you again Millie for your kind service with a smile.

Really politely girls working when I went with great customer service. The burger I got was fully stacked and super delicious and for what I got cheap! Seems like a very nice family run cafe with plenty of customers which is always a good sign. Would definitely return.

Customer service is terrible here. 3 girls told me the kiosks were not working but I seen a woman use one and recieve her food just fine, so I went and asked what was wrong with them and they told me it made it harder for them? Following this i went to the woman at the till and ordered my food. I said I would like a fruit shoot and she selected a Pepsi max, so i repeated myself. She then tutted at me and looked at her friend with disgust. I've never seen anything so disgusting in terms of customer service in my life.
