Waiting half an hour plus for food, absolutely no atmosphere or music, seems to have a lot of disgruntled customers all wondering why food is taking so long / going to the window to take their food themselves. It’s not even busy, maybe a third of the tables are taken and drive through is quiet. The new layout allows staff to be slow as it’s next to impossible to find anyone.

Ordered ahead on the app in order to save time and went to collect from the drive thru. Big mistake! It took 18 minutes to get through. No apology for the painfully slow service, only to be presented with a lukewarm Big Mac and a chicken wrap that hadn't been wrapped and all the ingredients were in the bottom of the cardboard tube! Also, no napkins in the bag. I am seriously considering deleting the My McDonalds app and avoiding altogether as it's rubbish way more often than it's good!

I’ve given them 1 because I can’t go any lower. So they were booked to cater for my granddaughters christening. The food never arrived when it should have done!! 1 3/4 hours later. It came. It was totally burnt, stank to high heaven and everybody sent it back. Thank you for ruining my granddaughters christening. A lot of hungry people. Shame on you that you think it’s acceptable to send food out like that 😡

The kfc does not sell coffee. I looked over and saw a Costa coffee. So I clicked what it us. I asked the server does the franchise owner also have the costa franchise he said yes. . And there you have why. They don't sell the hot drinks here because they want you to buy the 3 times as expensive coffee next door at their Costa instead. I sell coffee myself so I knew it wasint a machine or hassle issue. So there you have it

On our drive to Scotland, we needed to stop and this seemed an ideal service station. Ordered the food via the touch screen, and got served in a timely manner. However, they did not get the basics right, i.e. clean tables. My wife had to find some wipes to clean the tables. Not sure who's issue this is (i.e. Burger King or Moto), but obviously this is a basic requirement. I understand that it is busy, but they need to employ cleaners. People want to sit after having driven long journeys. Food, drink and price - As expected!
