Subway in South Ribble

10/10 experience Good food Brilliant service and amazing staff. One of the best subways in the area and top standard of a restaurant.

We went as a family , there was only 2 people on the counter at Lunch a massive que. All the tables were filthy. £17 for 2 sandwich meal deals and one salad !

Had a lovely meal here we got 2 x foot longs and cookies and coffee and all were yummy, has own car park which is useful and all inside and out is very clean. Friendly staff. Will be using this outlet again soon. Top stuff.

Lovely service and they are such a happy bunch well run by manager the team help you with your requests and always helps and the cookies are just amazing best one is orange chocolate lovely and clean and ready to serve you .Good experience will be going here and the salad bowls there packed full 😋

This is my first trip advisor review and created an account purely based on how angry i am. I have just walked out of this subway and will never be returning. I even considered handing back my £9.78 sandwich “meal”. I asked for a steak and cheese and got a minimal sprinkling of grated cheese, then it was complimented by brown lettuce clearly on the turn. The other veg that went into it was the least they could get away with. Complete with a bag of crisps and a bottle of coke I got 22p change for £10. Disgrace

Never seen such a clean shop and a lovely staff they helped my 4 year old daughter so much with helping her decide on her sandwich, the toilet facility was immaculate and never seen such a tasty looking sandwich I had the mega meat and it was so filling and fully worth its price the manageress was all but more helpful with showing us the meal deals and how we could get the best out of our time there will be visiting again soon thanks to the subway team see you guys sooner rather then later :)

I ordered 3 meals from just eat. Salad came with bbq sauce all over it, Chicken & Bacon want should of had bbq sauce on you needs a Magnifying glass to see it, Turkey and salad had bbq which should of been southwest. Had to drive 4 mile journey to correct the order. The manageress was rude not interested. She tried to say it was just eat fault until I got them to print the order off. She made a new salad slammed it down on the Counter. I asked for her area manager info to complain she refused. She give me want was meant to be head office email address but guess want wrong address. She needs to go on a customer service course on how to deal with customers shouting in the shop is not the right way. Avoid this shop. This is only the second time I have used it first time was nearly has bad I thought I would give them another try everyone have bad days but I think this shop have very bad attitude days.The young lad was fine it was the manageress.

I come in here quite often or my lunch. All of the staff are always happy to help you with anything and are very accommodating. Always service with a smile and they all go the extra mile to make sure you’re leaving with a smile on your face too! Never had any problems with this particular subway, food is always nice, fresh and tasty! Would recommend to anyone wanting a quick bite to eat or a meal if you can’t be bothered cooking. I have also order food from here for delivery too and my food has always arrived on time, warm and as tasty as it would be if I went in to order. Keep up the good work guys!

I go here with my family which they love the staff go the extra mile for there customers and advise when u have a problem or food intolerance which is good we have never had a bad time here and staff are lovely to speak to they get very busy in this store but they work very fast and are very happy to help advise to sit in and eat get a good sub mega meat is something else looking forward to the Christmas sub the staff tell us about

Didn’t get to try the food as the queue was that big due to the speed of the two staff in there who are not remotely interested in service. Queued for several minutes not going anywhere then heard the words’ were running out of bread’ so walked out and left along with others. Needs a good shake up to say the least.

good food but staff lack enthusiasm at times. its a shame but hopefully the rumoured expansion will help the shop

Ordered a turkey, ham, cheese and lettuce, Got home to find a ham cheese and lettuce, no turkey, this was in spite of repeating the order 3 times.

Please don’t visit during the daytime as the staff don’t allow children to use the toilets after 2:30 pm!!

This is the worst subway I've ever been to, one of the staff made me feel like I shouldn't of been there. The seating area was full of crumbs and bits of food and when I went to the toilet there was no soap, when I mentioned it to the staff they said they had reported it absolute disgrace, wouldn't you think they would have had some hand soap . Won't be going here again, shame on you

Stopped at this subway on the 12 of this month me and my partner had been driving a while thought we would stop for food here, i ordered a ham and cheese 6inch and my partner ordered a spicy nacho steak sandwich with salad and source we ate in, we openend our sandwich and what a mess the source was every were all over the sandwich you couldnt pick it up with out your hands being covered, half of the filling was on the paper, the two members of staff that where on shift that day looked miserable the only time i seen them smile was when they where in the bad talking and laughing.What a shame definitely stick to the subway near us.

This is generally what you always get from any subway you go to. When we’ve been the last couple of times, it’s always clean.

Personally I love subway scince you can choose what you want on your sandwich but once staff made fun for me for what I had on my sandwich wich wasn't very nice I also thing some stuff can be vegan so it is food for everyone but other than that it is a really nice place to eat at
