The best restaurants serving Fast food food in North West

Poor service at best. How long do you wait for a chippy tea? 2 hours these guys took and when I called to ask where it was I was told “we’re busy” before putting the phone down. No apology. No nothing. Absolutely disgusting manners. Looking at the other reviews I’m not the only one. With service like that you don’t deserve my custom. Reckon that food hygiene score might be due a review too.

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 with no lettuce and a large chips with salt & vinegar to pick up !!! Easy you would think ? What I got was 2 double burgers, no cheese on either, both with lettuce. No salt & vinegar on the chips !!! Wow !!!!!!

Everything was great, the place is very nice and calm. Food was exceptional.

We have a caravan nearby and when we visit Poulton we always have to get a Pork Pie and Custard Pie from this shop to take back to the caravan for dinner! Never had a bad experience with them and the staff are friendly although they are at times very busy.

I had a Nashville chicken burger with curly fries here. The chicken was tender and the sauce was excellent. If you are a fan of spicy food, you'll love it! The curly fries were incredibly tasty and crispy. Korean food are also recommended!!

We bought two small fish and chips . The fish was chewy tasteless piece of fish . Batter soggy. It was cooked fresh . We were pounced on as soon as walked in door felt we were being rushed to choose what we wanted

Nothing so annoying as not having good mobility and making a real effort to get somewhere for a specific dish In my case PLAICE and chips, which you know they sell and have on the menu... Only to find when you arrive that they stopped doing it months ago, but just haven't been bothered to update either their on-site menus or the internet. Was told Plaice was too expensive to buy, which is fair enough... But update your freaking menus and the internet so people aren't coming all that way for nothing!! 😡 The food's good.. But the slovenly approach to keeping their menus up to date has really ticked me off, as I went to quite some once to go out of my way to get there.

My new go to chippy!! Massive portions of great tasting food, lovely white crispy battered cod and great tasting chips. Friendly staff and a spotlessly clean environment. Defo recommend a visit you will go back again.

Came down from Kendal for some fish and chips. Excellent fish and chips. Made to order with fresh fish. Decent sized fish. Pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend.

They would get a zero, went in the Pemberton shop today on my way home from work it was 4-30 & they said they wouldn't serve me as they were closed, went on website site & they only close at 4-45. Was not happy

First time I’ve done a review for this store even though I’ve been several times. Can never fault the food in Greggs, it’s always tasty and great value for money. We come here quite regularly and the state of the floor and the tables in the seating is disgusting 90% of the time. I appreciate there’s usually only 2 counter staff and it’s usually busy so they’re needed behind the counter, but they should either plan their day better or have an additional person on during the busy period. You shouldn’t have to bully the staff into cleaning up. On this occasion we had 2 hot southern fried chicken baguettes in our order and we had to go on a treasure hunt to find the chicken.
