I decided to try a new fish and chip shop yesterday and settled on here. I ordered fish, chips and a battered sausage. The chips were average and not the usual style of soft and crispy chips that one expects - some may have liked them but they weren’t for me. The fish was soggy and bland and the batter tasted of oil and had no flavour to it. It was one of the worst pieces of fish that I’ve had in a very long time. The sausage was no better. I gave the inside of the fish to my cats and threw the rest of it in the bin. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this venue nor will I be back.

So happy to be back. Joe the owner is so friendly and nothing is to much trouble the best coffee for miles and I will definetely return

Deliciously tasty chicken shish and the Turkish picked cabbage is out of this world (sorry but cabbage is such a tasteless thing that the fact they manage to make it tasty is amazing) all very good value for money

They’re not open 24 hours. I thought i could grab a bit before starting my early morning shift and i was stopped from entering say they are closed. Then why do they have a board outside saying “ open 24 hours

food is good but slow service. The workers there also hate me for absolutely no reason.

14 year old daughter treated terribly. Card declined through no fault of her own. She got her purse out to pay with cash and server just shouts out her to leave. Made her feel like she was a criminal. Would she have done that to an adult. I thought not until I read some reviews about this Sutton branch. I will not be using it.

This is completely unacceptable. I ordered takeaway from this McDonald’s on 23/11, and when I got home, I was horrified to find that my burger appeared to have a bite taken out of it. This is not only disgusting but also a serious breach of hygiene and food safety standards. How can a global brand like McDonald’s allow something this appalling to happen?

Absolutely awful, my mum had ordered through their website... They sent a message saying they can't deliver and they're keeping the money £35+... I then had to collect my mum and drive down there at 10pm and also refused to give her money back... They gave her the horrid food, full of grease and no flavour and kept the "delivery and service"charge which was over £6. The ACTING "assistant manager" Alex was VERY rude with vile mannerisms. To top it off she ordered there previously and they forgot a whole meal and said to get it on her next visit which they also refused to do. Definitely will NOT be returning, I would also prompt everyone to avoid this gross place. The management needs training on how to speak to customers or humans in general!

Waited 15mins for food when it came out it was stone cold, had to wait another 10 mins for replacement, while I waited two other customers came up to complain about there orders
