We got a coffee and donuts after the marathon, my partner was really hungry and cold, the tram were brilliant, and quick just what we needed !

Hands down the best chicken and mushroom pie ever! Crust was tender and not soggy at all. There was a lot of chicken in the filling. Ate it while walking around the market. It was so good I went back and got a second one to take away!

Probé sus 11 libras. 95 Bacalao (sin patatas fritas) y que era insípido sin apenas masa, el único sabor era el aceite de freír gastado. Probé sus 13 libras. 50 (sin patatas fritas) kebab que provenía de una sartén y no de la rotisserie que 'podría haber estado sentada en esa sartén desde el día anterior' que tampoco tenía apenas sabor a pollo. No hay nada bueno que decir sobre este negocio. Sus precios son increíblemente altos considerando la comida barata, congelada, frita, insípida y grasienta que sirven, y su actitud hacia los clientes tampoco es excelente en absoluto. Es una despedida mía.

Good quality fast food style fried chicken

Loved this coffee shop I've stopped at many times for a coffee, located inside the station, with nice view of the station concourse. Today (30 October 2024 1pm) that all changed when I ordered a coffee and discovered it was only slightly warmer than lukewarm. I told the lady who served me (who appeared to be a manager) it wasn't hot enough, and to my surprise her reaction was to say it WAS hot enough as it had come from the machine, and she didn't appear to want to change it. Fortunately, the man dispensing the coffees overheard our conversation and immediately proceeded to replace my coffee. The new coffee was hot, at the correct temperature. Annoyed by the attitude of the lady/manager I then asked her whether the fact that the coffee had come from the machine meant it was necessarily hot enough, to which she replied yes. She then went on to say, defensively, that everyone had their own ideas of what is hot enough, and that she liked her coffee cooler! I told her I had had 100s of Pret coffees (which is true!) and knew when the coffee was below an acceptable temperature. What an awful experience, especially if she is a manager. I suggest retraining for her!

Only one waitress for a full resturant, very nice waitress so much pressure, have now be waiting 30 mins for our order won't be coming again,not the same as motherkellys needs sorting

A bad start to the day with a curly haired staff guy in the morning. No drink service? When asked about food, the attitude was not wanting to sell... no dip. food not heated. i am a customer, i came to buy food, i paid, i did not beg for food from you. you are not good so don't make other people's business go down Will not come back

Tuve una experiencia increíblemente decepcionante y perturbadora en Chicken Cottage. Durante mi visita, me encontré con un comportamiento homofóbico flagrante del personal, lo que me dejó conmocionado y profundamente incómodo. Cuando hice mi pedido, el cajero hizo un comentario despectivo sobre mi apariencia y mi pareja. En lugar de tratarnos con el mismo respeto que a otros clientes, se burlaron abiertamente de nosotros, usando insultos y lenguaje ofensivo. Fue atroz y completamente inaceptable. Traté de abordar la cuestión con el funcionario, pero se rieron y siguieron haciendo observaciones despectivas. Este comportamiento no solo fue poco profesional, sino también hiriente y discriminatorio. Estamos en 2024, nadie debería tener que soportar este tipo de tratamiento, especialmente en un lugar público. Nunca volveré a este lugar de nuevo y estaré informando a otros sobre esta experiencia vergonzosa. Chicken Cottage necesita seriamente reevaluar la capacitación de su personal y las políticas con respecto a la discriminación.
