Chicken Cottage in Lambeth

I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at Chicken Cottage. During my visit, I encountered blatant homophobic behavior from the staff, which left me feeling shocked and deeply uncomfortable. When I placed my order, the cashier made a derogatory comment about my appearance and my partner. Instead of treating us with the same respect given to other customers, they openly mocked us, using slurs and offensive language. It was appalling and completely unacceptable. I tried to address the issue with the staff member, but they laughed it off and continued to make derogatory remarks. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also hurtful and discriminatory. It's 2024—no one should have to endure this kind of treatment, especially in a public place. I will never return to this location again and will be informing others about this disgraceful experience. Chicken Cottage seriously needs to reevaluate their staff training and policies regarding discrimination. No one should have to face such hateful behavior, and it’s clear this establishment needs to take accountability for their actions.

You will be sick if you eat from this place. Chick is so dry and the food standards are low very low. You better off cooking at home. I had to give a star. Or else I would say this place is a minus 1000.

Makanan cukup bagus menurut saya, kentang gorengnya gurih renyah. Pelayanan oke dan stafnya ramah, lokasi mudah ditemukan.

Este es diferente esta uno sabe como lo intentaría cuando abrió sus puertas. El pollo es muy agradable y las hamburguesas son frescas. La razón de esto es diferente: no está tan ocupado y el personal escuchar y el servicio es bueno. La comida es fresca que otros. Su ubicación quizás el punto negativo, ya que tiene áreas cercanas en las calles, pero no en frente. Está abierto hasta las 2 de la mañana la mayoría de las noches.
