Vine aquí como un grupo, fue agradable de ordenar sabiendo que todos podían comer de todo! La hamburguesa de pollo vegana estaba buena, las patatas fritas especiadas de za'atar también. Caro, pero como era de esperar para el soho, el servicio fue rápido. Fuimos aquí en una noche de entre semana y estaba muy tranquilo y vacío.

Tuvimos que limpiar las mesas de arriba, cuando le dije a Ram el gerente, que esto era inaceptable, se rió de mí. Éramos un gran grupo de 8 y decidimos cenar. No volveré a gastar nada de mi dinero ganado con tanto esfuerzo en un Pret a Manger. El personal estaba de pie charlando abajo cuando las mesas necesitaban ser limpiadas arriba. Me he acostumbrado a que al personal le paguen por no hacer sus trabajos básicos, después de la pandemia.

Staying in London while working, 3rd visit to this place.. saying after the first we would never go back.. the staff are so rude and ignorant it leaves you with a sense of annoyance you have spent your hard earned money on this place, these people are so rude they DO NOT deserve your money, customer service is zero..!!!!

Compré un sándwich de salmón con queso y atún y pepino, un paquete de patatas fritas una coca-cola y un café con leche, 16 libras para llevar. El sándwich de salmón estaba seco y el pan integral casi aparecía en los bordes, el sándwich estaba lejos de estar frío. El sándwich de atún estaba caliente seco y repugnante para comer, la botella de coca-cola estaba caliente, ya que no podía encontrar ninguna botella fría y el café con leche estaba lejos de una taza llena. Pero como compré esto para el almuerzo en la sucursal de Queensway y entré a Hyde Park para sentarnos y comer, estamos demasiado lejos para regresar a la sucursal, ya que también estaba empujando a mi esposa que es usuaria de silla de ruedas. Muy muy decepcionado con los estándares, especialmente cuando estoy pagando £ 16 por dos sándwiches y dos bebidas. Seguro que será en algún momento antes de volver a Pret si alguna vez lo hago.

Got some of them famous popcorn chicken nuggets. Excellent spice options. Good portion size. Flavour and quality of chicken is tops. Can definitely recommend this place.

Don't understand why the music in every Pret has to be so LOUD?!

Particular sandwich sold out at lunchtime and the staff could only inform me the kitchen is making more but I can not tell you how long. Is the kitchen in another time zone?

It's a relatively small Nando's but they were very accommodating when we visited before a theatre show. It was busy but they found us a table and even moved us (before ordering) to a better table when it came free. Pretty quick food service too. No fuss, just what you want sometimes.

Pretty small. Just 5 tables and no toilet.

The upper terrace is awesome during a warm London summer. Great disco tunes playing. Lively atmosphere. Then comes all the wonderfully tasty food! So many delicious options to choose from. Everyone in our group throughly enjoyed their choice for dinner. Looking forward to returning :))

Very quick service but the staff were a little rude… paid in cash which seemed to annoy them which is a shame. The drink I got was very nice though!
