Coqbull Soho in City of London, Westminster

The upper terrace is awesome during a warm London summer. Great disco tunes playing. Lively atmosphere. Then comes all the wonderfully tasty food! So many delicious options to choose from. Everyone in our group throughly enjoyed their choice for dinner. Looking forward to returning :))

We arrived at Coqbull at 3.30 and left at 7.30 having spent 4 wonderful hours drinking some pretty fantastic cocktails and equally fantastic food. Service was friendly, helpful and delightful. Highly recommend,.

I made a booking here for lunch after seeing an exhibition close by. We were shown to our seats by the host. The restaurant was half empty but still loud. The menus looked like the worksheets crumpled at the bottom of a year 9’s backpack. The napkin looked like it had been with the menus. We waited for 10 minutes. Waiting staff were clearing tables around the restaurant but it was as if we were invisible. No one acknowledged our presence, let alone took a drinks order. I told the host we were leaving and why and he asked where we’d been sitting (he seated us) and then said sorry about that. We then had to traipse around Soho on a busy Saturday trying to find a restaurant that was taking walk ins. Super unimpressed. Another example of a restaurant that could not give a damn about its customers, arrogantly self assured of income guaranteed by the volume of people in the area.

Brilliant location. Staff were friendly and helpful. OK choice of dishes. Food was tasty and portions were generous. Good dinner
