Great food, an unexpected gem before the theatre 👌

This USED to be the best and the quality of the burgers was there however when I ordered the chicken tikka crunch burger I found multiple bones which was unacceptable, the staff did replace it on my next order but even when I ordered at a later date the burger was over cooked very tough couldn’t eat it. I am so disappointed. Only recommend waffle fries.

It has been very unprofessional behaviour of the staff for not preparing order after 20 minutes they says u have to wait 15 minutes more. Plz hire some professionals

Went before a show at the OVO for a quick bite to eat. I was asked what I wanted to order and said "The Jam" but they didn't have any left, before I could choose something else the guy went off and continued preparing orders for 5 minutes. This should have been my red flag to walk away! I chose "The Dalston Dip" and the croquettes. A BURGER AND CROQUETTES TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES TO BE READY! The croquettes were good but the burger tasted just like a quarter pounder from McDonalds, very disappointing - £21 felt like a violation.

Amazing experience! Especially Rahman who served us well n looked after us. Kids got lollipops after their meal aswell overall very happy.

Food too pricey for basic chicken & chips. Then they have the audacity to not have a selection of sauces with those prices.

IKEA is fine, just please be warned there is a man in a Range Rover outside the ‘customer service and returns’ exit asking ladies if they need a mini cab. I checked my phone after saying no and realised there is no signal in that area as well. Be careful! I tried to call the IKEA but of course I just keep getting referred to a chat bot. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Quite and clean. Food more better than others mcd. A good place where have a fast lunch.

Came here to celebrate my sister's birthday and was given amazing service by Jeff who made my sister's birthday very special. Very appreciative

Used to be proper good. Nowadays it's heading one way only. Service is painfully slow unless using a delivery app. Phoned an order through to save the wait but the girl on the counter knew nothing. A poor lady stood behind me for at least 10 minutes waiting to order whilst 3 riders came and collected. A couple sat eating in had the meal brought to them in 3 different visits. Needs a serious uplift of standards otherwise they'll lose a regular customer

Absolutely amazing. Decent portions which were excellent value for money, salt beef was to die for. Huge selections including Vegan, plus whatever you ask for is never too much trouble. Very, very fun staff that really make the place. Must be a great boss there as the staff are so happy even at midnight. Shame I'm not local but will definitely visit again next time I'm in London. I'll add a pic of the awesome Ria, a beautiful young lady who has enough energy to power London.

Way too packed. Needed to use the washroom and it was locked. Flooded with rude delivery drivers.
