At the play off final for Charlton. I’ve never ever seen service like that before. The place was packed and orders were flying out. Well done McDonald’s 👏👏 and most of all the food was hot a d lovely

Dirty store, dirty carpets on the floor, furniture dirty an uncleaned and rude staff who are very untrained.

I never received my order, but it says it has been delivered

I went here this evening as it used to be one of the best, if not the best, local Chicken Shops with really nice and tasty wings. However, this time around they seemed old and were very, very tiny—smaller than a pack of mayo. The taste was not the same either. This truly is disheartening, as I went there hungry after a long day looking forward to the wings and came out really disappointed. The server was polite and courteous, and the atmosphere was as usual. Please fix the quality of the wings to how it was! These are not it!

Very disappointed with my recent order from this McDonald’s. One of the main items was missing, and to make matters worse, when I opened the burger (thankfully before taking a bite) to remove the onion, I discovered a hair inside. Absolutely unacceptable. What made it even more frustrating was how poorly customer service handled the situation. I was left with no solution and still had to pay over £27 for a meal that I couldn’t even eat. I would expect a basic standard of quality and hygiene, not missing items and contaminated food. Extremely let down and won’t be ordering again in this branch.
