We just had the most amazing experience at tgi fridays. The food was good and the drinks are to die for. The team are very lovely and friendly. They even sang us a birthday song which we really enjoyed

Our waitress Tanayah was really sweet and made our experience one of the best. Our appetisers came out really fast and we’re extremely tasty. Our mains were also really good and the portions were very filling. We also dabbled in some 2 for 1 cocktails which were banging. Thank you for such a good night.

Went to TGIs as planned after a busy day. Welcomed and shown to a table very quickly. Lovely service given by Aurelia, food lovely and hot. Bonus when ordering a cocktail was 2 for 1.

The lady on the front desk was 1st class and was very organised for the number of people coming in. We were told it was a 30 minute wait and were sat at our table in 10 to 15 minutes. Again table service was very good. We always have their Jack Daniels chicken. Sadly it was not the largest serving and the chicken was very poor - completely different to anytime before. Almost seemed like it was something you would buy in a supermarket. Shame the food did not hit the same level as the service.

my waitress was very disrespectful ignored what i said made no eye contact no smiles and didnt even ask me what i would like to order and she snatched my menu. the food was terrible and cold and soggy. overall a bad experience.

Excellent customer service Sandra is really good at the job and made us all feel really comfortable and welcome. I’ve never had customer service like this and she is exceptional. Helped me with my choice of cocktails and deserts and all of her recommendations we 100% spot on, We ordered burgers and fries with a brownie for dessert and food was great.
