I was served by the manager Renata, she was very mindful on her service towards me as a customer and she was prompt on time with food and drinks. She deserves a thumbs up. Excellence skills.

Had a fantastic experience at TGI Fridays, thanks to our waitress, Dalal. She was welcoming, attentive, and offered great menu suggestions. The food was delicious, and her friendly service made it even better. Highly recommend dining here and asking for Dalal if you want a pleasant experience!

I went down with a friend today to enjoy some lunch . We had an amazing experience and the food and drinks were amazing , especially the starters and the purple rain ! Thank you to our amazing waiter Rebeca for being very efficient and providing great customer service. Many thank to Rebeca and team !

4.30pm reservation. Friday dinner. 4 people. Restaurant not even a third full, plenty of staff hanging around to match the plenty of food waiting to be served. Whilst service was very slow and not very professional I can’t help but feel sorry for young staff clearly untrained. Toilets absolutely vile. ‘S**t’ on the women’s toilet seats & floor (2 out of 4:5 cubicals) ‘s**t’ in the sink of male toilets. Food served with missing Ingredients- thus we had to show the waitress the description to show the chef to have it added to the meal (in a separate bowl) 12 mins between first of 4 meals arriving to table to the last meal arriving. Double spirits ordered but had to send back for the double to be added to the soft drink. Bill arrived with more drinks added than ordered and consumed. Absolute disgraceful from start to finish. Over priced. Will never return to ANY TGI’s and advise you don’t either. £230 spent/wasted

Our drinks order took ages to arrive, our food also took a while. My daughter ordered fries as a side for her meal, when it arrived there were 3 fries on her plate!!! The waiter muttered an apology and went off to get more. My other daughter was given her food and told they didn’t have the side she wanted so they just swapped it for fries! My husband and I went for the smashed burger which is meant to come with 2 patties in, both of ours had just one. My husbands was fine but mine was very tough and dry, my fries were cold and the burger bun was hard. So disappointing as other TGI’s I have been to have been really nice with good food and really friendly staff. The staff at the Wembley restaurant looked so miserable and fed up.

Came here after doing a bit of shopping in the local discount mall, which is really good by the way! Huge restaurant but was really quiet for a Saturday afternoon. It took a while for a waiter to come over but when he did he was friendly and took our order. My wife ordered strawberry daiquiries and as it was on a 2 for 1 deal she got two half pint glasses of strawberry flavoured ice, didnt taste of any alcohol and probably straight out of a machine. I ordered a house pilsner but had to send it back as it was competely flat, so got a Moretti instead. Stupidly we did not check the price of the daiquiri so we had a huge shock when the bill came..... one of these iced drinks cost £19!!!!!!!!! I thought we had been double charged. How this chain can justify charging 19 quid for a no frills glass of coloured ice is beyond me, then have the temerity to offer 2 for 1 - shocking. It is a real shame as we actually enjoyed the food. Recommend the sesame chicken, it is very tasty though at £21.95 is overpriced. Our waiter was also very good and very apologetic to the point of completely agreeing with our challenge and the ridiculousness of the cocktail prices vs what you actually get! Will not be coming back to TGIs, you can get much better value at most other similar restaurants

Dirty uncleared tables and took ages to place orders. Had to pay at time of ordering. Staff could not provide itemised receipts and on 2 occasions had to wait 10+ minutes for the manager to show the staff what to do! Waited what felt like ages for the food. Service is not the quickest. The worst part was finding a piece of bacon in a vegan meal. Called the manager, who took a picture, said something about cross contamination, muttered a “sorry “ and I will be back. Did he come back - absolutely not. Saw him leaving after his shift, avoided eye contact. Could understand the pace of service if it was busy but it was very quiet when we were there. Will not be going back.

We were enjoying a 'gash' day out shopping in Wembley which has a good range of lunch options, but on a whim thought we'd try 5 Guys, and are so glad we did. We're crinklies so not always at ease when being patronised by youngsters but the young lady who took our order was a happy, helpful soul who made us feel at home. The restaurant was bright and had tons of room but the crowning glory was the meal itself served by a cheerful giant who was determined to ensure no on left even a bit peckish with huge portions doled out, which would be understandable if it was a cunning plan to compensate for a poor meal but the burger was delicious - really! The skin on chips (fries to children) were pretty tasty too, so coupled with the offer of about 200 free toppings (OK, 18 I recall) we felt our investment well worth it. £39.05 bought us 2 large burgers and toppings, unlimited ketchup, a skip full of chips, 2 Brooklyn beers and a comfy seat with busy street view and a cafe full of chatty families. Thank you 5 Guys - we're fans for life.

Very quick service. Definitely come again !!!. We spent over £100 and are bret satisfied with the meal, good variety of options.

Full rack hoisted sauce ribs.... lovely. Chips nice today and not dry! Came on time also. Shame they don't deliver steak no more.

TGI was an excellent experience, no small part down to João who served us. I've honestly never had such an incredible experience from anyone ever before. Give this guy a pay rise because he's pulling the quality up significantly. What an absolute legend. Humble, kind and very perceptive to our needs, I didn't have to ask for anything bar the bill ( and I'm glad we weren't rushed to pay like in other places). Spilled a drink and he was there in a flash with napkins and to assist, our little one was getting restless, boom, he's arrived with crayons, we never needed to ask for anything. What makes this even more impressive is that the place was actually packed! Like possibly hundreds of customers as it was event day. And in the midst of all of this chaos João upheld outstanding comfort for our needs, even moreso than I am stating above, there is too much to write it all... Brilliant guy. I would love to just buy him a beer and listen to his life story. Too bad it was too busy to get to know him better, but my god the world would be a better place if everyone conducted themselves with the level of respect and integrity as this man. Wonderful soul, and I will be back at the very least to say hi to him, (funny part is he probably won't remember me, he's just being his legend self.) Anyway, if you're thinking of going TGI, make sure to keep your eyes out for João and you might get lucky enough to have an experience like mine.

Fantastic pre-event meal at Wembley. Luís was especially helpful and friendly. Really well organised as extremely busy but food was superb, Luis and his attentive service was brilliant.

We tried to eat here prior to an event at the arena after not finding anywhere else we fancied. Would have liked to sit outside but was advised the outside area is for drinks only. On entering we were greeted by a cacophonous din of music and chat, made worse by the high ceiling, so I was immediately put off but thought I'd give it a go. After being seated and given menus we waited for around 15 minutes and nobody came to take our order. It was clearly a very busy evening and I wondered at this point if we would have time to eat our food before the start of the concert. I asked the couple next to us if they'd had to wait long for their food, to which they replied 'yes' and were now having trouble finding someone to ask for their bill. So we left for the relative calm of the street outside and dined on cold steak slices and pasta salad from a nearby supermarket, saving ourselves a chunk of money in the process. I would not hurry back to any branch of this establishment, not a relaxing environment at all.

It was wonderful the staff was very welcoming and the manager Sam was very pleasant. the food was delicious the cocktails tasted well.

A group of 20 - 10 adults, 10 kids, ate here when we went to Wembley for the FA Trophy final. It was the perfect venue for us. Our server, Luis, was really good. And one kid could eat free with one paying adult - so all the kids ate free.

I had a date here and the customer service was so lovely, pleasant staff and amazing food will def recommend Wembley park tgif!

Had a great time, the food was served fairly quickly and the drinks too. The staff is always friendly & attentive to all customers.

There were only a few tables taken up. We were put on a table in the corner with a broken light above so it was very dark. Food took over an hour to come out, good job we never ordered starters and dessert. Friend had a salad, but wasn't told they had run out of dressings, but still brought the salad out to her, after waiting an hour. Another friend had a double burger with bacon but without the cheese and lettuce - was told it would be cheaper to order it a different way - ended up being charged extra for the bacon that came with it so in the end paid more. Had to ask for the sauce that was meant to come with the meal. And then my Cajun chicken pasta was literally a massive plate of pasta with 4 slices of chicken (picture on menu shows what looks like a chicken breast cut up on top of the pasta). Pretty poor experience for once with TGIs. Didn't have time to complain to the staff.

From the moment we entered the restaurant we were immediately greeted by a lovely young female who seated us & offered us the menus. We were ready to place our order & served immediately by Nicole & she took our order with extreme ease & professionalism. Our drinks were served within a minute & starters were served in 7 minutes & they were fantastic & very tasty. I ordered the ultimate cheese burger which was mouth watering. We were to full for deserts, our eyes were bigger than our bellies. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very Fridays. We will most certainly be returning to this Wembley branch. We all hope we see Nicole soon.

Great spot to have a bite, especially before a game at Wembley stadium, which is located directly opposite the restaurant. I was given a smooth service by Jeli, shoutout to her.
