first time ordering pizza very nice chicken burger was a little bit small not too bad though delivery was a little bit late because the guy had an issue with the customer before me on the delivery will order again.

I ordered vegetarian feast and the person delivered me another one. Called up the restaurant and they disconnected the call . Horrible attitude.

Pepperoni pizza was too salty. The wings only the flat pieces were given. I have ordered 20. Had to trow most of the food away.

no coleslaw. very disappointed as asked if there is no coleslaw can i have a canned drink

My first experience was ruined as the order came incomplete, of course the just driver was faultless as the poor guy would only deliver what he is given by the take away, I tried calling the take away but no one picked up, have complained to just to refund for missing item. Food was OK, nothing to rave about but not awful as well.

Very poor customer service. Didnt get complete order. Called about it. Person hung up. Always messing up the orders.

Most of the order was missing. Restaurant says contact just eat , can’t speak to just eat have to use app, that says they will be in contact within 7 days. So no food , no help and no money to re order great thanks for nothing literally

I ordered 2 chicken supreme and 1 chicken tandoori large pizzas but received 3 large chicken supreme pizzas and no chicken tandoori pizza. I’m a regular customer and love the food so didn’t bother returning it. But it would have been better if I had the variety for my guests.

Ohhhh those bbq chicken wings are the best I offered my partner one but then refused to give them away because they were delicious. Drink was cold and delicious and everything was proper hot. Awesome stuff thank you, much love to all staff

The meat feast pizza I ordered tasted stale and as though the meat has been sitting out for days before being added as a topping

Delivered wrong size pizza then talked that they will collect and give me new noone came as miss understood me. They thought me gona come to collect so left with small pizza. At least gona get refund

I ordered 2x Whole Peri-Peri chicken for delivery. Both bags of food were burnt to a cinder. Its beyond insulting that they would have the audacity to deliver two bags of charcoal to my home. The food was inedible so why deliver it? The phone was off the hook so a visit to premises was necessary. Initially the owner shrugged his shoulders and said their was nothing they can do. They tried to fob me off by telling me that's what grilled chicken is supposed to look like. I've been a customer since the original owners in 1996 and it seems their new policy is to deliver inedible food and not take any responsibility. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to correct their mistake, but left me thinking that my money is better spent elsewhere.

Chicken burgers gone down hill, bun so cheap it was falling apart. No longer so spicy burger. Possibly under new management- used to be so consistent. Disappointing

The chicken smelt and tasted off. And my pizza came as a ball, clearly had been dropped or packed incorrectly. Last time I will be ordering from here.

I did not receive my meal I mistakenly sent it to the wrong address and spoke to the driver to deliver to the correct address and he said he was on his way . It was about 5 mins away . He never delivered

I asked for sauces and they did not even provide 1 sauce. I was meant to get southern rice instead got coleslaw and its always the specific wembley kfc. Never order from this restaurant ever again and one day u will not receive any customers mark my word

This ordered I received everything other than the spicy wings which took over 3 hours to turn up after the delivery. I called when the first delivery turned up and they told me it would take 3hours as they have no driver and told me if I wanted it sooner I would have to come collect it. I think this is very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.

Hands down best chicken on Preston Road. And I've never had an issue with their service.

Visited Wembley last week and wanted some food before watching the match. Found Fancy Chicken and Pizza on the Preston Road and decided to give it a try.. Ordered a meal deal £12.50 for 4 pcs chicken 4 lots of chips and 2 Burgers - swapped chicken for beef burgers. A few places to sit and counter always busy taking orders so locals must rate the place. Best chicken I've had in ages and the chips were delicious too. Great portions and my son and I rolled out after eating. The nearer we got to Wembley the more pleased we were that we'd had a great meal and others were queuing for ages to get their food.

Just bought the 2 for 2 and the bread was mouldy on both the burgers. Took it back and got a refund but I am so disgusted that I’ll never eat here again. Such a shame, have been coming here for more than 10 years.

I order here quite regularly, but i was very dissapointed tonight when i recieved a chicken that was old and smelled horrible. Waste of money, i will not be ordering here again.

This food was amazing. Hot, delicious, super great value, huge portions. The only thing letting it down is how spicy the lemon and herb peri peri is, and the lack of an alternative mango flavour maybe. I don't know why the delivery took so long when it's so close to my house, but if the food's that good I don't mind.

It was very tasty chicken the skin was crispy and had good flavour, the chips were a little stale but the coleslaw was realllyyy good as well as the hot wings as they weren't too spicy but had enough of a kick. Also really happy that they delivered earlier than the estimated time we were sooo hungry overall really happy and impressed with this place, would order from here again for sure :)

Waited over an hour for food, it never showed and then they called me to tell me they couldn't deliver as it was too hard to find. I live on a main road, and if you google my address, it comes up clearly. ridiculous service.

Chips cold, pizza cold and chips stuck to the paper. Delivery 40mins late, no updates, no phone calls, no picking calls, delivery guy rude. Yh last time ever ordering from here.

I asked for a spicy burger and recieved a normal fillet burger and i ordered chips and didnt get any! Not atall happy as i order from fancy all the time. This is the second time this has happened.
