The best restaurants serving Fast food food in London

This place is right next to the hotel I was staying at (Premier Inn): so I went out of convenience and because I was hungry… I wanted something quick. I ordered at the kiosk, paid at the kiosk, but then never got a receipt for pick up and the screen never showed me a number for pick up either… I had to guess which order was mine. I told two staff about the kiosk problem and neither felt inclined to fix anything or have a look at it. Then I got my order; cold, drab burgers… they missed out my fries too, which I had to go back for to get… Another case of staff that just don’t give a hoot about doing a good job.

This is hands down the worst burger King I have been to! I worked in the area for 2 months and over that course of time I went there quite a lot as It was convenient late at night, and I can confirm it was consistently appalling! Under staffed always out of sauces, the drink machine always out of the good flavours that I like. The self ordering machine always out of order to your forced to order at the till. Understaffed the black guy with the dreads who’s meant to be taking the orders makes you wait 10 minutes as he’s preparing the drive thru orders! Absolute shambles when as I ask him who’s taking orders after 5 minutes of being ignored he rudely says just wait your turn and stand behind the guy in front of me in the queue! The worst Burger King !!! That franchisee should be ashamed of him self!

Bagel estilo americano y canadiense. Caro pero sabroso si usted está buscando algo familiar. El hombre no era muy amable ni estaba orientado al servicio. De hecho sentí que me estaba haciendo un favor como cliente. No sonrías, no hola, no tengas un buen día.

Could possibly be the worst Chicken Fillet Burger I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely nothing like the image, absolutely no batter or crisp, essentially just a bad tasting chicken patty - ‘bland’ would’ve been better. Chicken wings weren’t bad, but not great (nice crisp to it, to be fair). Service was good but cash only and a bit pricey considering Dixy is just next door and genuinely 10x as good. Only went came here to try it and I definitely won’t be going back - waste of money, unfortunately.

Very poor choice of vegan food at Pierrette. Give this place a miss if your diet is vegan or healthy. Twice I visited and the only vegan food available was a cheese sandwich on white bread or a boring looking chickpea salad with a use by date for today. I don't eat white bread as it's the least unhealthy opposition and crammed full of salt, sugar and bleach. On both my visits there was an abundance of choice of hot and cold food for those that eat flesh. Fortunately there are many other food outlets in this location that offer much better food choices for those with a vegan diet and welcome vegan customers.

We stopped by Joe & The Juice to grab few smoothies. I wish they can use more fresh ingredients but ver all a good place to grab drinks.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, mainly due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. A specific employee at the till was rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of customer service. This wasn’t the first time I encountered such disrespect here—it’s happened before. I paid for my order and simply asked for a little extra, but she refused in a rude and egoistic manner. The attitude of the staff makes the experience unpleasant, and I won’t be returning. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this place fails in that regard.”

For all customers passing through, Italian or otherwise.... Avoid like the plague being served by Krzysztof B, i.e. the one who gave me the receipt... some people really shouldn't be hired and if you really made a mistake in selecting your staff, remedy it as soon as possible. Rude service with an air of arrogance, which is also unfounded. It's true that customers are passing through and are forced to buy, but certainly people should be kept behind the scenes, at the MC's plates.

And now it has closed down yet again!
