Very poor choice of vegan food at Pierrette. Give this place a miss if your diet is vegan or healthy. Twice I visited and the only vegan food available was a cheese sandwich on white bread or a boring looking chickpea salad with a use by date for today. I don't eat white bread as it's the least unhealthy opposition and crammed full of salt, sugar and bleach. On both my visits there was an abundance of choice of hot and cold food for those that eat flesh. Fortunately there are many other food outlets in this location that offer much better food choices for those with a vegan diet and welcome vegan customers.

There is a good range of sandwiches, toasties, savoury snacks, fruit pots with yoghurt and hot food here to satisfy most people. Vegetarian and vegan options are available as well as the more usual fare of tuna, cheee, egg, prawn and chicken sandwiches, bagels and filled croissants. The yoghurt pots are tasty, made with natural yoghurt mixed with fruit and flavoured with cinnamon topped with granola. Hot food includes a variety of hot plate dishes daily and jacket spuds from the oven. Popular hot plate choices are the chicken noodles, chilli, vegetarian lasagna, cheesy pasta and satay chicken. Jacket spuds come with a choice of beans, cheese, tuna and sweetcorn and chilli. (They will also serve you a personal variant such as Branston pickle and cheese on a potato if you desire) The hot food containers are cardboard and the bags paper but they still use plastic cutlery (?). The staff are friendly and the service relatively speedy. My two gripe's are that the variety never changes. If you are stuck in the area for work sometimes you just need some changes made. For example, salads were late coming this summer and when they arrived we got feta and olive or chicken caesar, this was the same all summer. With an infinite range of salads to make it would have been great to have weekly varieties. My second gripe is the amount of salt in the hot food, surely it is better to add seasoning to taste as a customer? Sometimes the seasoning is a tad heavy handed. Mid range prices but good portions.

I've had to leave this review on trip advisor as I have already left a 5* review on Google for a previous experience at Burger & Beyond Shoreditch but again, an absolute 10/10 meal. Huge credit to Dylan & Luis for exceptional service & unrivalled energy and vibes - something we encounter on every visit at this restaurant. As far as food goes, everything was (as usual) absolutely delicious. I never took any photos this time as I was too busy enjoying it but WOW the new Oso Yaki blew my mind - best vegetarian burger on the market - please never take off the menu!! I would honestly choose this as my death-row meal. Corn ribs are also so unreal. As a veggie / meat eater couple, it's such a special thing to be able to share moments like this - eating amazing food that is catered to both of our dietary needs. Thank you again, 10/10 & special mention to the MUST TRY insane lemonade (thank you Dylan for the recommendation). Thank you again! Daisy & James :)

A lovely pub on a housing estate close to Angel and Old Street. The pub sells a wide range of cask ales and a small selection of bottled beers including some from Belgium. I did not see a food menu, but the bar staff appeared to be making many cheese/cheese and ham sandwiches ready to become toasties. I drank an excellent pint of stout.

Ordered delivery - sent wrong drinks and missed my husbands Double cheeseburger so he had no meal then instead of sending it said they could only offer a refund which would mean I had to deliver the burger again and delivery would cost more than the burger 🤯 food was also cold.
