Great drinks and food quality but the most amazing part is my every day experience based on the service I receive, myself and my friends. The manager, the supervisor and the whole team is brilliant and they make me feel welcome every day!

Emma from the Kingston branch has the most disgusting customer service I've ever seen. Swears, shouts and is all round terrible. I recognise her from The Fragrance Shop previously and I can say without a doubt her customer service hasn't changed.

My daughter and I were out shopping and stopped here for a quick lunch. She is a vegan turned vegetarian, so appreciated their food. I had the halloumi wrap. It was tasty, but not enough for lunch as I was a bit hungry. She had the impossible burger and enjoyed it quite a bit. She also got lemonade because she really likes the homemade lemonade here. It was quick service, fresh, tasty, and had a sit down area. There were toilets available but one of them didn’t lock.
